基于模糊综合评价的零售企业供应链风险评价

供应链风险评价是对所识别的风险因素采取适当的措施,包括衡量潜在的损失频率和损失程度。文中从采购、库存、配送、销售和售后5个风险视角构建了零售供应链风险评估指标体系,运用模糊综合评价模型对企业供应链风险进行定量评价,在评价过程中采用德尔菲法来确定各指标的权重,并根据评价结果提出改进建议。

从20世纪60年代起,预应力混凝土结构经过几十年的工程实践和研究,已发展成为一项比较成熟的工程技术,其原理广泛应用于房屋建筑、桥梁工程等结构领域。文章简要介绍了预应力混凝土的概念,后张法预应力混凝土的主要施工工艺。     

快递配送中心分拣作业优化研究——以A公司为例

浅议绿色物流中运输绿色化

当前,物流业在极大的促进了经济发展的同时,也给社会环境带来了严重的负面效应,因此绿色物流的呼声越来越高。绿色物流包括运输、仓储、装卸、包装等诸多环节,各个环节都直接影响到整个绿色物流的效果,但其中运输是整个绿色物流各环节中占用时间最长成本最大的环节。因此,首先分析物流中传统运输的种种弊端,然后针对这些问题,从政府层面、企业层面、公众层面给出了一些开展物流运输绿色化的可行性建议。     

基于工程建设三类因素内部关系的工程目标评价研究

工程建设的目标可分为质量、进度及资源投入目标,从工程建设全生命周期来看,三大目标之间相互制约、相互影响,总体关系可归纳为统一性（替代关系）与制约性（平衡关系）。这两大关系的不同影响导致总体目标发生变化,初始目标与最终目标之间的演化博弈过程可以用马尔可夫转移矩阵来表示。文章将最终的演化稳定策略细分为6类。马尔可夫矩阵体现了工程建设中的中期控制的动态变化过程,对目前工程建设中广泛推广Turnkey模式缺乏中期控制是个有益的补充。     

Information Sharing in Contests

We study the incentives to share private information ahead of contests, such as markets with promotional competition, procurement contests, or research and development (R&D). We consider the cases where firms have (i) independent values and (ii) common values of winning the contest. In both cases, when decisions to share information are made independently, sharing information is strictly dominated. With independent values, an industry‐wide agreement to share information can arise in equilibrium. Expected effort is lower with than without information sharing. With common values, an industry‐wide agreement to share information never arises in equilibrium. Expected effort is higher with than without information sharing.     

Searle and Collective Intentionality

A BSTRACT . Several key elements go into Searle's construction of social reality, namely, collective intentionality, constitutive rules, and status functions. But by far the most important and arguably contentious of these is collective intentionality. Searle postulates his notion of collective intentionality as a solution to a conflict between two of his own problematic claims: the irreducibility of collective intentions to singular intentions and what he sees as the requirements of methodological individualism. According to Searle, methodological individualism seems to require that we reduce collective intentionality to individual intentionality; however, this contradicts his claim that collective intentionality is irreducible to individual intentionality plus some mutual beliefs. I will show that at least part of what is really at stake here is Searle's internalism or, as he puts it, his "brain in a vat condition." My strategy will be to examine his internalism and show that Searle's account is far more radical than other internalists in that he extends internalism beyond its usual domain of the mental to incorporate social facts. While there are no knockdown arguments in favor of either internalism or externalism as normally construed in the philosophy of mind, I will show that Searle's account of collective intentionality introduces an element of privacy to social facts that denies us the public access to the conditions on the basis of which we normally take collective facts to obtain.     

中国土地市场化程度及其影响因素分析

在评价和分析1992-2005年中国土地市场化程度及其发展趋势的基础上,深入探讨了土地市场化程度与土地市场政策、社会经济发展以及城镇化发展等因素之间的关系,剖析了上述各因素对土地市场化程度的影响机理,并利用相关统计数据进行相应的模型估计.研究结果表明,土地市场政策变量、非农产值比、城镇化率、房地产业的发展与土地市场化程度正相关,第一产业的发展和城镇居民恩格尔系数与土地市场化程度负相关.最后,在上述研究的基础上提出提高中国土地市场化程度的政策建议.     

ENVIRONMENTAL JUSTICE AND DISSENT FOR POSTCOLONIAL URBAN SUSTAINABILITY TRANSITIONS

Environmental justice principles are widespread at national and global levels of transition discourse, but this is sometimes irrelevant to marginalized communities. To address this issue, we apply environmental justice theory to a participatory postcolonial urban case study where poverty, unemployment and inequality continue to incentivize unregulated exploitation of vulnerable environments and people. It is unclear how national legislation can provide for indiscriminate access to environments that promote wellbeing in complex postcolonial communities, where xenophobic and economic discrimination reproduces colonial-style inequalities. To resist this injustice, the combination of academic and ordinary expressions of critique that confront regressive praxis and orthodoxies becomes a valuable and constructive political innovation for transitions. Empirical results suggest that enfranchising the most vulnerable proponents of transformation could advance their political capital to advocate for themselves, formulate and enculturate decolonized visions of urban sustainability, demand governmental and commercial accountability and foster urban reform that is relevant to them.
