Intelligence‐led policing at the Amsterdam‐Amstelland Police Department: operationalized business intelligence with an enterprise ambition

This article elaborates on the setup for intelligence‐led policing in support of ensuring public safety as it presented itself in the Spring of 2007 at the Amsterdam‐Amstelland Police Department in the Netherlands. The picture that is painted is the outcome of a qualitative research effort involving semi‐structured interviews triangulated with other internal data sources. The main goal of the article is to establish how an organization can leverage its operationalized business intelligence ambition by connecting it into an ambition for better enterprise management. 我国财政部于 2 0 0 0年 1 2月 2 9日以财会 [2 0 0 0 ]2 5号文发布了《企业会计制度》 ;新旧会计制度下的会计报表尤其是资产负债表在项目和编制说明上有较大差异。本文就此进行一些探讨 ,以期有助于会计实务工作者在原有基础上适应和熟悉的资产负债表。     

Turkish Clothing in Amsterdam: The Rise and Fall of a Perfectly Competitive Labour Market

While the Dutch textile industry declined rapidly, Turkish entrepreneurs created a growing industry for fashion goods with highly flexible demand in an informal sector that was initially tolerated by the authorities and attracted many undocumented immigrants. It led to the unusual spectacle of a labour market visibly in perfect competition; predictions of that model are clearly supported. Crackdown of the authorities led to the demise of the sector: production, capital, and labour all proved internationally mobile.     

Prediction of the Netherlands' money stock

Summary This article describes the operational procedure for a mechanical monthly forecast of the money stock in The Netherlands for up to twelve months ahead. In addition to time series data of the money stock itself, the procedure uses the information provided by the disaggregation of the money stock into financial assets, sources of money supply and holdership. The forecast from a univariate ARIMA model of the money stock is combined with three different forecasts from vector ARIMA models for the components distinguished by the three ways of disaggregation. The combination weights, which differ for each number of months to be forecasted ahead, are determined by regression analysis.Professor of Economics at the Free University, Amsterdam and staff member of the Econometric Research and Special Studies Department of De Nederlandsche Bank NV, Amsterdam, respectively. 基于数字证书的自助服务终端身份认证的研究

针对基于Brows／server模式下的自助服务终端和通信服务器间网络通信的安全问题,提出用基于数字证书的安全体系,用数字证书标识自助服务平台以及自助服务终端,并用数字证书验证双方的身份,对传送的数据进行加密,实现系统的单点登录,保证网络通信的安全。并且为自助服务终端管理系统提供高效的管理平台。
