中国入世后必然会对我国就业状况产生影响:就业市场结构性失衡;对各产业吸纳劳动力的影响不同;短期内将带来失业压力;长远看增加就业总量。对此,我们应采取相对措施:控制劳动力供给;扩大劳动力需求;加快劳动力流动和转移。     

Are innovation and R&D the only sources of firms’ knowledge that increase productivity? An empirical investigation of French manufacturing firms

The economic literature presents knowledge accumulation as one of the most important characteristics of innovation. The accumulation of knowledge arises from complex and dynamic interactions between a firm??s own internal capacity and external expertise. Research and development (R&D) remains important in the innovation process, but it must be integrated with knowledge from other sources, such as training and knowledge capitalization. This paper investigates the relationship between such knowledge sources and the productivity of French firms. Using asymptotic least squares, a Cobb-Douglas function including R&D, innovation, training expenditure and ISO 9000 certification is estimated for 1,213 French manufacturing firms. Our results show that innovation, training and ISO 9000 certification have a positive and significant impact on firms?? productivity.     

The covariation for Banach space valued processes and applications

This article focuses on a recent concept of covariation for processes taking values in a separable Banach space $B$ and a corresponding quadratic variation. The latter is more general than the classical one of Métivier and Pellaumail. Those notions are associated with some subspace $\chi $ of the dual of the projective tensor product of $B$ with itself. We also introduce the notion of a convolution type process, which is a natural generalization of the Itô process and the concept of $\bar{\nu }_0$ -semimartingale, which is a natural extension of the classical notion of semimartingale. The framework is the stochastic calculus via regularization in Banach spaces. Two main applications are mentioned: one related to Clark–Ocone formula for finite quadratic variation processes; the second one concerns the probabilistic representation of a Hilbert valued partial differential equation of Kolmogorov type.     

An alternative procedure for imputing missing data based on principal components analysis

This work entailed tackling the significant problem of missing data which was solved by identifying a new substitution procedure, following an empirical approach based on the analysis of the information contained in the entire set of data collected. This procedures offers a number of advantages compared to other techniques commonly mentioned in the statistical–methodological literature.     

浅谈公立医院声誉评价指标体系的构建

鉴于我国政府式医院绩效考评体系的评价反馈效果一直不是很理想,论文在已有医院声誉管理研究的基础上,立足于江苏地区的实证调研,初步构建了公立医院声誉评价指标体系,提出医院技术水平、公益性等七个一级指标、医务人员对患者的健康教育情况等29个二级指标。     

"交保证金"的报酬政策在中国存在的原因解析--一种扩展的夏皮罗-斯蒂格利茨模型

本文通过建立一种扩展的夏皮罗—斯蒂格利茨模型,解释了“交保证金”的报酬政策在中国存在的原因。当劳动力处于买方市场时,工人在失业和就业两者之间严格偏好于就业,厂商有可能采取“交保证金”的报酬政策,那么,厂商就可以支付较低的实际工资,获得较好的监督效果,使工人努力工作。厂商以较低的工资雇佣工人,可以使劳动力市场的就业人数有所增加,但由于并不是所有工人都能够通过“交保证金”而实现就业,故这一报酬政策不能使市场出清。     

产业技术创新战略联盟的性质、分类与政府支持

产业技术创新战略联盟是合作研发的组织模式之一,承载着产业发展的目标,通过合作研发取得产业共性技术,并在联盟和全行业中扩散,最终实现产业竞争力的提升。产业共性技术的复杂性和准公共品性质、联盟合作创新的困境,决定了政府支持产业技术创新战略联盟的必要性。产业技术创新战略联盟有多种类型,政府应针对不同类型的联盟提供不同的支持。在明确产业技术创新战略联盟的内涵及性质的基础上,按照3个维度对其进行了分类,并借鉴国外经验给出了当前我国政府提供政策支持的建议。     

Firms’ human capital, R&D and innovation: a study on French firms

This article investigates the effects of human capital and technological capital on innovation. While the role of technological capital as measured by research and development (R&D) expenditure has been intensively investigated, few studies have been made on the effect of employee training on innovation. This article explores the relationship between innovation and firm employee training. Our methodological approach contributes to the literature in three ways. We propose various indicators of firm employee training. We build a count data panel with a long time-data series to deal with the issue of firms?? heterogeneity. We propose a dynamic analysis. Using dynamic count data models on French industrial firms over the period 1986?C1992, we find positive and significant effects of R&D intensity and training on patenting activity. Whatever the indicators of training our results show that the firm employee training has a positive impact on technological innovation.
