浅谈中职《金属材料与热处理》课的教与学

《金属材料与热处理》课程是中等职业学校机械类专业主要基础课,理论与实践性很强。文章首先从如何提高学生学习专业课的兴趣入手,进而阐述了教学过程中知识的拓展与整合,充分体现知识的先进性和应用性,围绕中职学生的实际情况来探求适合的教学方法。     

加强职业指导,提高择业能力

职业指导工作是职业院校工作的重要组成部分。要从工作定位,了解学生对职业和择业的认识,有针对性的开展相应教育,建立并完善职业指导工作体系等多方面加强职业指导,以为学生尽快融入社会打好扎实基础。     

A genetic algorithm based approach to transactional and QoS-aware service selection

As there are various risks of failure when Web services are deployed in unreliable environment, the execution of a composite Web service (CWS) requires the transaction mechanism to guarantee its reliable execution. However, the existing service selection approaches consider QoS and transaction separately and have not considered that transactional properties may affect the QoS such as the execution time of a CWS. This work addresses the importance of considering transactional properties and how the transactional properties affect the QoS simultaneously in the process of service selection by a QoS-aware and transactional-aware selection approach. First, a performance evaluation method is proposed to calculate the execution time of a transactional CWS. Then, a genetic algorithm based approach, which takes into account the execution time, price, transactional property and successful execution rate of CWS, is presented to achieve global optimisation service selection. Finally, experimental results show the efficiency and effectiveness of the approach.     

‘Who Knows What?’ in New Venture Teams: Transactive Memory Systems as a Micro‐Foundation of Entrepreneurial Orientation

The increasing importance of entrepreneurial behaviour has led scholars to embrace the idea that an entrepreneurial orientation (EO) is an important predictor of firm performance. While EO occupies a central position in strategic entrepreneurship research, scholars have yet to explore its origins in new ventures. Drawing on the knowledge‐based and cognitive views, we theorize that a new venture team's transactive memory system is a cognitive mechanism that spurs the development of an EO. In a field study of high‐tech new ventures in China, we examined the relationship between venture teams’ transactive memory systems (representing the distribution, integration, and utilization of the teams’ knowledge) and EO and the moderating influence of team‐, firm‐, and environment‐level factors. We found that the transactive memory system of a new venture team enhanced their EO and that this relationship was positively influenced by intra‐team trust, the structural organicity of a venture, and environmental dynamism. Our findings provide novel insights into the micro‐foundations of TMS in developing an EO in new ventures.     

滚动业绩障碍法:销售人员薪金佣金模式的优化

销售人员薪金佣金模式,曾经成就了一批销售精英,也促进了一些企业的腾飞。但是,伴随着社会经济的发展,销售人员薪金佣金模式,逐渐失去对销售人员的吸引力。从薪金佣金模式的定义出发,引申出优化的薪金佣金模式——滚动业绩障碍法,并阐述了该模式对企业和销售人员双方面的积极作用。     

基于PLC的立体冷库控制系统设计

首先给出了冷链以及自动化立体仓库的相关重要概念,介绍了立体冷库系统的基本组成单元和系统控制要求,并且针对立体冷库控制系统需要完成的主要功能,提出了系统硬件配置中要采用的重要元器件,其主要包括可编程控制器（PLC）和传感器等,最后提供了部分关键环节的软件设计思路。实践表明,这种系统设计思想具有一定的工程应用价值和参考价值。     

Applying fuzzy quality function deployment (QFD) to identify solutions of service delivery system for port of Kaohsiung

The main purpose of this paper is to apply fuzzy quality function deployment (QFD) model to identify solutions of service delivery system (SDS) for port of Kaohsiung from the viewpoints of customers. At first, to facilitate the main issue of the QFD problem, however, the ‘what’ question of customer needs and ‘how’ problem of the services have to be made, which are two major components and be emphasized on the house of quality (HOQ) matrices. In conjunction with fuzzy sets theory, hence, the systematic procedures using fuzzy QFD were proposed in this paper. Subsequently, a case study for port of Kaohsiung demonstrated the systematic appraisal process for identifying solutions of SDS. The results of empirical study show that (1) 10 key factors are deemed as to have priority to improve the quality of SDS for Kaohsiung port; and (2) eight feasible solutions for improving service quality performance are identified. Moreover, it is suggested that port Authority of Kaohsiung should listen attentively the voice of customers and emphasize on exploiting these customer requirements effectively. And then develop the ‘how’ issues of profiles of solutions, which should continuously strengthen the perspectives of customer, internal business process, and learning and growth, respectively.     

高职院校市场营销专业实践教学初探

对目前市场需要营销人才的状况进行了调查,并对高职院校市场营销专业实践教学现状进行了简要分析,提出了实践教学应围绕以提高学生职业素质为中心,通过课堂实验教学环节、实训仿真摸拟操作环节、一线实习环节、社会实践环节,构建一个适应市场需要的,能培养学生营销实战能力的实践教学体系。     

开展集装箱零担全程快捷运输服务的探索

通过中铁集装箱运输公司济南分公司的探索,分析了开展集装箱零担全程快捷运输服务的必要性,介绍了济南分公司“多渠道揽货、合作式经营、规范化运作、全过程服务”的工作思路和具体做法,提出了做大做强集装箱运输业务,建立拼箱运输经营网络,营造良好的运输经营环境的设想和建议。     

中职会计教学改革探索

改革中等职业学校会计专业教学,培养高素质,实用型会计人才,必须使其与课程设置的科学性相结合,使学生在学校成为有岗位培训,并运用多种手段强化会计实践课教学,培养学生具有较强的操作技能和创新能力,使之形成高素质的会计人员.
