公共住房运行模式新探索

住房问题是关系民生和社会稳定的重大问题,其中政府提供的公共住房是解决这一问题的重要措施.虽然住房市场化对我国的改革开放具有巨大的推动作用,但是公共住房在其具体运行机制中仍面临着许多困境.文章试图通过探索公共住房运行新模式来解决中、低收入家庭的住房问题.     

江西上市公司总体状况分析及发展建议

江西要在中部崛起,资本市场的发展不容忽视。资本市场的发展在一定意义上就是所辖区域内上市公司的发展与壮大。换而言之,通过上市公司这个层面多少可以对一个地区经济发展水平起到管中窥豹的作用。本文以2010年中期江西上市公司有关数据作比较、分析,并就江西上市公司的发展提出了一些建议。     

Dusseldorf's Pro-China Strategy

Since 2004,the number of enterprises China has invested in Dusseldorf has tripled.This is attributed to Dusseldorf's “proChina” strategy,which aims at providing investors with customized and oneto-one service guidance to help them adapt to the local conditions and step onto the track.So far,Dusseldorf has become a region in Germany with the fastest growth in the number of Chinese enterprises,revealed Uwe Kerkmann,Director of the Germany Dusseldorf Economic Promotion Bureau,in an interview with China's Foreign Trade.     

Contemporary Art and Classical Art Shining at the Same Art Fair

As one of the most influential art fairs in Asia,“Art Beijing 2012” was closed on May 2 in Beijing Agriculture Exhibition Center.Ihis year,“Art Beijing - Contemporary Art Fair” and “Art Beijing - Classical Art Fair” were held jointly.According to the statistics from Art Market Research Center (AMRC),the four-day Art Beijing 2012 art fair had an exhibition area of 20,000 square meters (with a year-on-year growth of 46％),160 exhibitors (35％),with the ratio of domestic and overseas exhibitors being 5∶1.This year,the number of visitors totaled 52,000 person times,up by 30％.     

Land rental market, off-farm employment and agricultural production in Southeast China: A plot-level case study

This paper performs a plot-level analysis of the impact of land rental market participation and off-farm employment on land investment, input use, and rice yields for 215 plots cultivated by 52 households in three villages in Northeast Jiangxi Province. Our findings show that households that rent extra land are relatively more productive, but contradict results of earlier studies which found that tenure status of plots affects the level of land investments. We further find that off-farm employment does not significantly affect rice yields. This result contradicts those of earlier studies which found that the negative lost-labor effect of off-farm employment dominates the positive income effect. Another novel finding is that people working locally off-farm tend to switch from green manure planting towards the use of organic manure on their rice plots. We conclude that policies that will further stimulate the development of land rental markets, which is still in its infancy, can contribute significantly to higher rice production in Southeast China. Another implication of our results is that worries about the negative impact that the continuously growing off-farm employment may have on China's goal to remain self-sufficient in grain production are less relevant at the moment for the region examined in our study.     

金融消费者保护基本问题研究

本文对金融消费者概念的内涵和外延、保护体制、保护原则等进行了探讨。金融消费者,是指除金融业经营者以外的购买金融产品和服务的所有人。依据金融消费者在交易过程中与经营者相比所处的地位,可以将其分为三个层次,针对不同层次金融消费者应提供不同程度的法律保护。这是金融消费者保护的核心问题。金融消费者保护体制包含规则构建(民事、行政、刑事规则;强制性、自愿性规则)和机构设置(嵌入式和独立式)两个层面。金融消费者保护原则包括:统一保护与分业保护相结合;全面保护与重点保护相结合;倾斜保护与平等保护相结合;程序性保护与实体性保护相结合;事前预防、事中监测与事后救济相结合;法律特别保护与市场主体自我责任相结合。     

完善贫困县政府采购制度的探讨--基于博弈理论的分析

县级政府采购工作虽然已经展开，但由于我国贫困县财政情况比较复杂，导致县级政府采购存在许多问题。本文通过博弈分析，提出了完善采购资金管理、规范采购预算、创新采购模式、建立县级政府采购信息系统、建立全方位的监督机制等对策完善贫困县政府采购。     

大型沉管管节浮运航道适航特性建模分析

为确保沉管隧道在航道中长期浮运作业的安全性与可靠性,依托深中通道工程备选预制厂方案,建立珠江口局部区域二维水流数学模型,在实测水文资料验证的基础上,通过模型计算揭示了浮运航道的水动力变化特征,开展航道范围内横流、纵流的变化特点分析.分析结果表明:工程实施后,龙穴港池水域的潮流流速普遍较弱,南沙四期港池水域流速变化较小,...
