基于RC-AHP模型的肉鸡产业“公司+农户”契约稳定性的评价研究

契约稳定对于"公司+农户"的经营模式具有重要的意义,而契约稳定的评价模型是衡量契约稳定的重要工具。本文以山东省五家肉鸡加工企业为例,基于RC-AHP方法构建契约稳定评价模型进行评价和分析。研究表明,资产专用性对契约稳定影响较大,交易不确定性和交易频率对契约稳定性的影响相对较小。同时,交易周期、市场价格的不确定性和物质资产专用性对契约稳定性也有重要的影响。     

Arrow–Debreu equilibria for rank‐dependent utilities with heterogeneous probability weighting

We study Arrow–Debreu equilibria for a one‐period‐two‐date pure exchange economy with rank‐dependent utility agents having heterogeneous probability weighting and outcome utility functions. In particular, we allow the economy to have a mix of expected utility agents and rank‐dependent utility ones, with nonconvex probability weighting functions. The standard approach for convex economy equilibria fails due to the incompatibility with second‐order stochastic dominance. The representative agent approach devised in Xia and Zhou (2016) does not work either due to the heterogeneity of the weighting functions. We overcome these difficulties by considering the comonotone allocations, on which the rank‐dependent utilities become concave. Accordingly, we introduce the notion of comonotone Pareto optima, and derive their characterizing conditions. With the aid of the auxiliary problem of price equilibria with transfers, we provide a sufficient condition in terms of the model primitives under which an Arrow–Debreu equilibrium exists, along with the explicit expression of the state‐price density in equilibrium. This new, general sufficient condition distinguishes the paper from previous related studies with homogeneous and/or convex probability weightings.     

英语读写素质研究中的二元理论分析

英语读写素质是习得读写能力并形成读写体验的过程。读写素质主要由分析能力、结合社会文化能力、话语分类能力、读写实践能力、记忆能力、情感反应、思辨能力和隐喻理解能力等因素构成。本文首先应用二元理论中的集对分析理论分析了句子、语法和词语,英语句子具有同异性,英语语法中时态的相关性均有特定的语法表征手段,英语词语是一种约定俗成的语言单位常常附衍了一串同义词、近义词和反义词。如果用联系数来描述词语的相关度,它同时也反映出了词语的思想丰度。本文还运用博弈理论和悖论分析文章的含义及价值,最后应用模糊二元对比排序法对英语读写素质各因素进行分析,通过分析确定了各因素的重要度,将其应用于读写素质研究中具有积极作用并具一定的发展潜力。

《家庭制造》是伊恩·麦克尤恩的短篇小说集《最初的爱情,最后的仪式》中反响最为热烈的一部作品。该作品主人公"我"屡屡突破道德禁忌,令人心悸地上演了一部道德滑坡与伦理缺失的成长迷误剧。从文学伦理学的批评视角分析少年主人公"我"因身处混沌伦理环境招致其伦理身份困惑,从而引发伦理意识蒙昧直至导致畸形伦理选择,同时解析作品的反成长书写策略强化了作品创作旨向,以此剥离出作品的伦理旨向,有助于读者充分领略作品的文学教诲功能。     

Negative interest rate policy and the yield curve

We evaluate the implications of the ECB's negative interest rate policy (NIRP) on the yield curve. To capture various shapes of the short end of the yield curve induced by the NIRP, we introduce two policy indicators, which summarize the immediate and longer horizon future monetary policy stances. We find that the four NIRP events lowered the short-term interest rate by the same amount. The impact is dampened at longer maturities for the first two event dates, due to lack of forward guidance. By contrast, for the last two dates, forward guidance drives the largest effects in two years.     

国内外电力建设工程竣工移交条件差异及合同纠纷分析

国内外电力建设工程竣工移交时,在性能试验责任主体、时间、试验项目等多方面存在较多差异,进而导致了工程投入商业运行、颁发移交生产交接书、缺陷责任期起始和结束等诸多时间的不一致,这些差异和不一致可能引起业主与EPC承包商之间的合同纠纷。本文对上述差异和可能引起的纠纷进行了分析,并提出对策和建议。     

绿色环保军用食品的研究与进展

军用野战食品是保证战士饮食的重要食物,对提高战士的身体素质、提升军队的战斗力具有至关重要的作用。各国军队首脑对此都十分重视,将此项内容作为军队建设的重要内容。基于此,本文综述了相关学者对军用食品的研究,以期为相关学者提供借鉴。     

浅析中国大豆对外贸易的现状及问题

自从中国加入世贸组织以来,我国大豆对外贸易逆差越来越大。大豆进口量逐年增长以及对进口依存度过高等现象的存在,给国内大豆种植生产带来了一定的影响。文章主要从中国大豆对外贸易的现状着手,分别从中国大豆定价权的缺失、转基因大豆对我国大豆行业的冲击、国内政策对大豆产业的支持力度不够、大豆进口管理机制有待完善等四个方面阐述了中国大豆对外贸易所存在的问题。     

《史记》“秦以牛田（之）水通粮”新解

长久以来，前辈学人对于《史记》中平阳君赵豹“秦以牛田（之）水通粮”一语解释多有不同，或以为是秦“以牛耕田，以水漕粮”，或以为是秦“以发源于‘牛田’之地的河流进行漕粮”，但均未形成定论。本文认为，先秦时期关中水资源丰富，渭河支流多可航运，加上关中水利发达，于是秦国利用与渭河支流连通的田间大渠——“浍”渠进行粮食漕运，即所谓“秦以牛田水通粮”。且战国后期，随着秦对外战争规模的扩大，粮秣耗费日增，使用“牛田水通粮”已十分必要。
