社会结构、市场结构与企业技术创新

本文建立了一个基于社会结构与市场结构的技术创新系统模型,来解释企业的技术创新行为,认为企业是社会网络中的一个行动者,其技术创新行为是一种社会行动,它会受到人际关系和社会结构的影响.作为一种结果,社会结构会影响市场结构,从而两者共同作用于企业的技术创新过程.在这个过程中,对企业的社会资本分析是非常重要的.推动社会结构、市场结构与技术创新活动的协调发展是深化我国经济体制改革进而提升企业技术创新竞争力的重要途径.     

我国农产品冷链物流现状分析及优化研究

我国农产品冷链物流的发展相对落后,严重影响了农业的发展。文中从界定农产品冷链物流概念的基础出发,分析其构成、条件、特点,指出目前存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了优化措施。     

基于TPI的随书光盘网络化管理

用TPI平台建立随书光盘数据库并进行管理,实现光盘资源的网络化存储和利用针对随书光盘的外表特和内容特征结合我馆的实际,笔者提出了对光盘实体"重用轻藏"、对其内容挖掘开发的新思路,并通过多种不同的利用方法和检索途径,在实践中提高了随书光盘的利用率。     

全面构建企业网站的自我行销力——以建设消费者导向型企业网站为例

新竞争环境下,企业网站建设也成为企业品牌传播、企业自我行销的平台。而过多企业的网站建设却流于形式,难以发挥其传播功能。消费者导向型企业网站的建立,增加了消费者与企业品牌之间的互动,从而实现企业网站的自我行销功能,使过低点击率的"死网站"得以复活,让企业网站成为推动企业发展和品牌建设的动力,并最终赢得消费者对企业和企业品牌的偏爱和信任。

本文通过查阅文献资料、逻辑分析等方法,对我国城市社区体育产生的背景、发展现状及趋势进行全面阐述,以便为今后我国城市社区体育稳定、良性的发展提供一定的理论参考依据。     

Hotel career management in China: Developing a measurement scale

This study aims to develop a measurement scale for organizational career management (OCM) in China's hotel industry. The scale development procedure includes four steps: developing initial items, implementing purifying measures, data collection, and assessing the reliability and validity of the proposed measurement scale. Both exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) are used to test the reliability and validity of the measurement scale thus developed. The development process results in a reliable and valid scale for hotel career management incorporating three dimensions: (1) career appraisal and advice, (2) a career development program, and (3) career training. Given the scarcity of research on career management in China, the measurement scale developed in this study will serve as a foundation for future research. The findings of this study may help to stimulate further empirical research on the relationship between hotel career management and employees’ career commitment and career satisfaction.

管理审计是公司内部审计的重要组成部分,是一项基于受托管理(经营)责任关系的以审查管理信息为中心任务的证实行为。公司治理是现代公司制的棱心,是以内部监督为挂心的制度安排,包括权力制衡、激励约束及信息反馈等内在机制。管理审计对于公司治理具有极其重要的作用,应充分发挥它的这种作用。     

Matrix Representation of Conflict Resolution in Multiple-Decision-Maker Graph Models with Preference Uncertainty

Explicit matrix representations of solution concepts in a graph model of a multiple-decision-maker conflict with preference uncertainty are developed. In a graph model, the relative preferences of each DM over the available states are crucial in determining which states are stable according to any stability definition (solution concept). Unfortunately, it is often difficult to obtain accurate preference information in practical cases, so models that allow preference uncertainty can be very useful. In this work, stability definitions are extended to apply to graph models with this feature. The extension is easiest to implement using the matrix representation of a conflict model, which was developed to ease the coding of logically-defined stability definitions. Another benefit of matrix representation is that it facilitates modification and extension of the definitions.
