购物场所公示语的汉英翻译研究

公示语的英译是我国对外宣传以及世界了解中国的窗口,购物场所公示语的汉英翻译在社会发展和国际交流中都有重大意义。本文以功能翻译理论为指导,通过对公共标识语文本以及语用功能分析,利用大量的实例对中英双语公共标识语翻译中存在的问题进行分析,同时提出了一些可行的策略和翻译技巧,希望能对公示语翻译研究有些启示。

财权、财力、事权和支出责任的匹配关系是处理中央和地方政府间财政关系的关键。它们之间的匹配必须遵循一个规律---“一级政府干多少事,必须有多少钱,负相应的责任”。文章从分析我国现行分税制下事权、财权、财力、支出责任四者匹配中存在的问题入手,科学明晰地界定各级政府事权范围和支出责任、健全地方收入体系是建立事权与支出责任相适应制度的重要内容。

不锈钢复合管缺陷概率的事故树分析

运用事故树分析研究不锈钢复合管的缺陷概率重要度和危险重要度。结果表明焊缝裂纹不但发生概率比较大,而且影响比较严重,因此降低复合管缺陷发生概率应优先考虑降低焊缝裂纹的产生。提出了影响质量的主要因素及改善质量的优先顺序,也为其他结构的机电产品提供了风险分析的途径。     

When bad news is sugarcoated: Information distortion,organizational search and the behavioral theory of the firm

Most work in strategy and organization theory assumes that performance feedback is straightforward to interpret and truthfully reported. We raise the following question: How might the systematic distortion of negative performance information affect organizational learning and future performance? We formulate a model where (1) members do not always report the truth about what they know about their performance level, especially when performance is below aspiration and (2) their propensity to distort information is subject to social influence. We find that organizations that are characterized by a high level of information distortion tend to perform more poorly but that the effect of a low rate of sugarcoating may, in some conditions, be more benign than the literatures seem to suggest. Enhancing performance in small professional firms through vision communication and sharing

Despite evidence of a positive relationship, vision’s effects on performance are not fully understood, particularly in small professional service settings. This study advances prior research using a multi-stakeholder, multi-measure approach. It reports a positive relationship between vision-communication and -sharing on performance in Australian retail pharmacies using five measures—financial assessments, employee and customer satisfaction, productivity, and staff retention. Organizations whose managers communicate the vision to staff and whose employees share this vision outperform their peers across all business indicators and retain their employees longer. Financial performance and productivity were higher with long-term staff and managers.
