土地储备的核心内容是土地储备量的确定。土地储备量越多,收购成本越高,所需的储备资金就会越多,融资成本和融资风险也会增大。通过设立土地储备基金池,拓展土地储备融资渠道,形成土地储备资金循环模式,可以降低土地储备的融资成本和融资风险,促使土地储备活动的顺利运行。

Financial integration and international risk sharing

Conventional wisdom suggests that financial liberalization can help countries insure against idiosyncratic risk. There is little evidence, however, that countries have increased risk sharing despite widespread financial liberalization. We show that the key to understanding this puzzling observation is that conventional wisdom assumes frictionless international financial markets, while actual markets are far from frictionless: financial contracts are incomplete and contract enforceability is limited. When countries remove official capital controls, default risk is still present as an implicit barrier to capital flows. If default risk were eliminated, capital flows would be six times greater, and international risk sharing would increase substantially.     

中国与东盟国家产业内贸易研究——基于面板数据随机效应模型的分析

2010年1月1日,中国与东盟自由贸易区正式建立,因此,研究中国与东盟国家的产业内贸易具有一定的理论和现实意义。文章通过运用Grubel和Lloyd(1975)与Greenaway,Hine和Milne(1994)的方法对中国与东盟国家的产业内贸易进行界定,并使用面板数据的随机效应模型,分析得出影响中国与东盟国家产业内贸易的国家特定因素有国家要素丰裕度差距、可持续发展差距和平均市场规模,而影响中国与东盟国家产业内贸易的产业特定因素因国家不同而存在差异。     

Reconceptualizing the spillover effects of foreign direct investment: A process-dependent approach

Theory suggests that FDI spillovers are a function of the level of foreign presence. We extend this view by developing and testing the premise that variations in spillover effects are the result of differences in the process of foreign entry. Drawing from the concept of time compression diseconomies, we develop the constructs of pace and irregularity of foreign entry, and demonstrate that they negatively moderate the relationship between the level of foreign presence and the productivity of host-country firms. We also explain how and why the moderating role of the process of foreign entry is influenced by the intensity of R&D and technical knowledge in domestic industries. We find evidence that firms operating in low-tech sectors are better able to absorb fast foreign entry.     

物流外包合作伙伴选择的两阶段混合决策方法——基于DEMATEL-ANP-VIKOR混合决策模型

文章针对企业物流外包合作伙伴选择问题,构建了包括定性初选和定量精选的两阶段评价指标体系及DEMATEL-ANP-VIKOR混合决策方法。与传统的单纯利用定量指标考察合作伙伴的方法相比,初选阶段增加的定性判断将难以量化的指标嵌入决策过程,可确保服务可靠性、品牌价值维护与观念沟通水平;采用决策实验室分析方法(DEMATEL)勾勒出指标之间的关联关系和系统内部的反馈作用,运用网络层次分析法(ANP)进行处理,使指标权重的衡量更为合理;方案排序综合考虑了最大化集体效用与个别遗憾的影响,可得到一个可行折中的理想方案。
