客货分线后既有线运输组织研究

铁路客运专线建成后,将实现客货分线运输,既有线将主要承担货物运输任务.针对客货分线后既有线的运输组织工作,分别对既有线的客运组织和货运组织进行分析.根据既有线列车运行图编制实行"以货为主、以客为辅"的原则,提出加强货运新产品开发,加强货物运输组织工作,加快建设大能力货运通遘,加快构建铁路现代物流信息平台等建议.

在进行预应力砼梁施工时,施工用材要符合设计要求,设备满足施工要求。文章从设备、配件的安装检查,预应力钢绞线的安装、锚固、张拉应力的控制及施工技术要点,砼梁的浇筑及灌浆养护,安全文明施工、环境要求及工程资料的整理等方面对预应力砼梁施工进行了探讨。     

How AIS can progress along with ontology research in IS

Recent years have witnessed a strong and growing interest in the computer science (CS) and information systems (IS) disciplines in applying and extending ontological principles to various CS/IS domains such as knowledge representation, natural language processing, conceptual modeling, and IS development. Similar interest and work have also been observed in accounting information systems (AIS) research. Though ontology research in AIS has enjoyed sustained interest and produced some significant results, there is relatively little incorporation of recent developments in CS/IS ontology research into AIS. This paper provides an overview of some leading areas of ontology research in CS/IS and AIS in an attempt to bridge this gap. The main objectives of this paper are to (1) introduce CS/IS ontology research, (2) highlight areas of future research in AIS where CS/IS ontology research developments can be used to address important and pressing issues, and (3) broaden an area of research where AIS can make unique contributions to distinguish itself.

应用RFID技术构建食品安全监督平台

本文主要将国际上流行的RFID射频技术应用在食品安全监督平台的构建。通过对RFID技术的原理阐述和特点分析,说明了其在食品安全中应用的可行性和有效性,并以蔬菜供应链为应用背景阐述如何将RFID技术应用在食品安全监督领域。最后,指出应用RFID技术的前景及存在的困难。     

民营企业的政治资源与民营企业多元化投资——以中国民营企业500强为例

This paper argues that the political resources owned by Chinese private enterprises affect their diversification strategy under the context of China’s transitional economy. Based on the sample of top 500 private enterprises in 2004 in China, we find the following empirical evidence: First, political resources owned by private enterprises are positively and significantly related to their degree of diversification. Second, the possibility for private enterprises to diversify their business by entering industries under government regulation is positively related to their political resources. Third, the possibility of related diversification for private enterprise is negatively related to its political resources. Testing for Cointegration between House Prices and Economic Fundamentals

Economic theory predicts three possibilities for the cointegration relationship between house prices and economic fundamentals: linear cointegration, nonlinear cointegration and no cointegration. In contrast, the empirical literature has only examined linear cointegration. This article argues that ignoring nonlinear cointegration may lead to misleading conclusions that no cointegration exists between house prices and the fundamentals. To illustrate this point, I test for cointegration for ten U.S. cities and find that only one city shows evidence of linear cointegration. Further analysis using the two‐step testing procedure yields evidence of nonlinear cointegration for six other cities. Still, there are three cities left out without evidence of nonlinear cointegration. Further studies are needed to test for other forms of nonlinear cointegration before a conclusion of no cointegration can be reached for the remaining three cities.     

集聚效应、路径依赖和外商投资分布演化——基于江苏省装备制造业跨国公司的考察

随着全球经济一体化向纵深方向发展,跨国公司尤其是那些资本和技术相对比较密集的跨国公司越来越关注其生产活动布局的优化调整。本文从外商直接投资分布的动态演化角度,重点探讨了集聚效应以及路径依赖作用对于其投资布局的影响。以在江苏省内投资的装备制造业外资企业为考察对象的研究发现,外商投资分布总体上呈现出区域集中的趋势,投资聚集效应显著增强,并表现出了明显的行业差异性,同时路径依赖效果也表现出了长期性特点。
