基于VHDL语言的GF(28)上快速乘法器设计

基于有限域上多项式乘法理论，采用高层次设计方法，采用CPLD实现了GF(2^8)上8位快速乘法器，利用XILINX公司的Foundation Series3．1i集成设计环境完成了快速乘法器的VHDL源代码输入、功能仿真、布局与布线、时序仿真，并用XC9572PC84可编程逻辑芯片验证了该电路设计。该乘法器可以应用于RS(255，223)码编／译码器。

长沙市近几年引入了产权酒店这种旅游房地产的新型模式,但是由于行业管理不规范、法律法规不健全等因素的存在,阻碍了未来长沙产权酒店业的健康发展。本文通过实地调查,分析了长沙市产权酒店发展的现状,并提出了相应对策。     

What Drives the Property Price-Trading Volume Correlation? Evidence from a Commercial Real Estate Market

The significant price-trading volume correlation found in the residential property market presents a challenge to the rational expectation hypothesis. Existing theories account for this fact with either capital market imperfection (down-payment effect or loss-aversion consideration) or imperfect information (search theoretic models). This paper employs data from a commercial real estate market, which face a different degree of severity of capital market constraint than the residential market, and thus provide an indirect but effective test for alternative theories. Policy implications are also discussed.     

Hysteresis vs. natural rate of US unemployment

This paper investigates the stochastic nature of the unemployment rate allowing for cross-section dependence from a panel of US state-level data. We first employ the PANIC method to identify the common and idiosyncratic components. Powerful recursive mean adjustment (RMA) methods are used to test for unit roots. We find significant evidence of a nonstationary common component when the data from the most recent recession are included. Even when stationarity is empirically supported, the bias-corrected half-life of the common component appears very long, casting doubt on the usefulness of the natural rate hypothesis.

学校特色经营模式是学校经营模式的一种,主要任务是运用集成、整合、配置、控制、占有等经营手段,有效开发学校的课程、师资、教学技术、学校管理技术等教育教学资源,并将其应用到自己学校的教学、教育和管理中,以提高教学、教育和管理的效率、质量和水平。实例研究表明,学校特色经营模式有美育特色经营、校本管理特色经营等四种学校特色经营模式。学校实施特色经营有助于提高学校的影响力,从而有助于提高学校办学质量和办学水平。     

SWMM模型在城市设计洪水中的应用研究

城市化的高度发展,导致城市防洪排涝等问题显得越来越突出,受到各级政府研究工作者的高度重视.文章以SWMM模型为基础,结合广州新白云机场实际资料,率定各有关参数,利用设计暴雨推求设计洪水,试图寻求适合中国国情的城市排水设计新方法.

基于供应链管理的理论和虚拟专用网（VPN）技术,分析了当前物流信息管理及其技术平台中存在的安全问题,并结合供应链信息安全需求以及VPN在供应链管理中可实现的功能和作用．提出了构建供应链管理信息安全的VPN解决方案。     

Tail mutual exclusivity and Tail-VaR lower bounds

In this paper, we extend the concept of mutual exclusivity proposed by [Dhaene, J. & Denuit, M. (1999). The safest dependence structure among risks. Insurance: Mathematics and Economics 25, 11–21] to its tail counterpart and baptize this new dependency structure as tail mutual exclusivity. Probability levels are first specified for each component of the random vector. Under this dependency structure, at most one exceedance over the corresponding Value-at-Risks (VaRs) is possible, the other components being zero in such a case. No condition is imposed when all components stay below the VaRs. Several properties of this new negative dependence concept are derived. We show that this dependence structure gives rise to the smallest value of Tail-VaR (TVaR) of a sum of risks within a given Fréchet space, provided that the probability level of the TVaR is close enough to one.
