废干电池制备锰锌铁氧体中硫酸盐溶液脱除钙镁研究

在利用废干电池和钛白厂废硫酸制备锰锌铁氧体过程中,研究了NH4F对脱除硫酸盐溶液中钙、镁的影响。实验结果表明,在反应温度为80℃,pH值为4,反应时间为2 h,加入过量50%的NH4F的条件下,净化后溶液中的钙、镁浓度分别为0.012 g/L、0.053 g/L,达到制备高档锰锌铁氧体产品的要求。     

Incentives in the Asian Context: Theory and Preliminary Evidence

Incentive design for productivity gains has become important for Asian organizations in recent years. This paper introduces the theory of incentive design to an Asian audience while extending the agency theoretic approach to control. Hypotheses derived from this theory were tested in 61 retail stores in Singapore. The results show that employee skills, output measurability and task uncertainty impact incentive design. The results indicate that agency theory may be applicable across cultures. Implications for the Asian context, and its adaptation in terms of behavior, are discussed.

Organizing and personalizing intelligence gathering from the web

In this paper, we describe how an integrated web‐based application, code‐named FOCI (F lexible O rganizer for C ompetitive I ntelligence), can help the knowledge worker in the gathering, organizing, tracking and dissemination of competitive intelligence (CI). It combines the use of a novel user‐configurable clustering, trend analysis and visualization techniques to manage information gathered from the web. FOCI allows its users to define and personalize the organization of the information clusters according to their needs and preferences into portfolios. These personalized portfolios created are saved and can be subsequently tracked and shared with other users. The paper runs through an example to show how the use of a predefined domain template coupled with personalization can greatly enhance an organization and tracking of CI gathered from the web.
