我国知识产权试点示范工作对专利申请活动的影响简

在系统梳理国家级知识产权试点示范工作的基本情况和政策法规的基础上,以第一批全国60家企事业专利试点单位为研究对象,利用国家知识产权局专利检索数据库公布的数据,对其在1985—2011年的发明专利、实用新型专利和外观设计专利的申请量进行检索和统计,分3个阶段（试点单位认定前、试点工作开展期间、试点工作结束后）对其专利申请情况进行定量分析,探讨知识产权试点示范工作对专利申请活动的影响。结果显示：在试点单位认定前,试点单位的专利申请量增长明显;在试点示范工作执行期内,其专利申请量没有发生显著变化;在试点工作结束后,企事业单位的专利申请量和申请专利的企事业单位数量都有所增加。这表明,知识产权试点示范工作的开展在一定程度上促进了专利申请量的增长,但是存在部分企业为获得认定而申请专利的现象。     

基于声誉视角的企业社会责任实施策略研究

企业应当如何寻求社会责任与社交媒体交融背景下的企业社会责任(CSR)实施策略?这已成为全球经济面临的现实难题,对于处在声誉压力下的中国企业更是如此。文章通过全面回顾"声誉机制与CSR之间存在关联"的相关研究成果,以来自中国的两家企业(联想与宏碁)为商业案例,从公司治理、工作环境以及企业公民实践三个维度对其CSR实践进行了详细比较与系统分析,以期验证西方学者提出的"声誉机制对CSR实施策略具有正面影响效应"观点。结果表明:声誉机制确实可以促进企业加强自我约束,选择负责任的商业实践,成为法律规制、政府监管等正式制度的有益补充和替代,对中国企业来说也不例外。最后,结合中国企业现实处境,文章提出从回报角度认知CSR、取得行业标准认证、从局部小处起步等将CSR策略性融入到企业日常运营中的几点启示。     

通胀惯性、通胀预期与我国通货膨胀的空间特征——基于空间动态面板模型

本文将经济地理空间权重矩阵引入通胀惯性和通胀预期共存的新凯恩斯混合菲利普斯曲线框架,通过空间动态面板模型计量方法考察我国地区通胀在时间和空间上的特征。我们通过蒙特卡罗模拟发现,使用拟最大似然函数方法估计空间动态面板模型明显优于用于估计动态面板模型的向前正交离差广义矩方法。分析发现,消费者物价指数和零售商品物价指数空间传染性较强,GDP平减指数空间相关性较弱。新凯恩斯混合菲利普斯曲线较好地拟合了我国通胀的运行机理,其中,在影响当期通胀水平上,通胀惯性明显占优于通胀预期,治理通胀必须承受必要代价。

Offshoring and Reshoring: The Roles of Incomplete Contracts and Relative Bargaining Power

This paper demonstrates that an increase in bargaining power of Northern firms relative to that of their Southern contractors can trigger reshoring if the North-South wage differential is moderate, such that only industries with a high share of unskilled labor find outsourcing profitable. However, such an increase in Northern bargaining power can increase offshoring if the wage differential is so high that even industries with a low share of unskilled labor also offshore.

Slack-based directional distance function in the presence of bad outputs: theory and application to Vietnamese banking

In this paper we extend the slack-based directional distance function introduced by Färe and Grosskopf (Eur J Oper Res 200(1):320–322, 2010) to measure efficiency in the presence of bad outputs and illustrate it through an application on data of Vietnamese commercial banks. We also compare results from the slack-based directional distance function relative to the directional distance function, the enhanced hyperbolic efficiency measure (Färe et al. in Rev Econ Stat 71(1):90–98, 1989) and the Farrell-type technical efficiency and confirm that it has greater discriminative power.     

Assessing the role of components of life satisfaction

Factors affecting subjective well-being and their gross effect measurement have been widely studied. However, how people derive utility from these factors has not been fully explored. This article provides a way to decompose the gross effect of major determinants on life satisfaction into direct and indirect effects and make inference for the latter. Because the indirect effect is nonlinear in parameters associated with different models in an equation system, it creates a problem in estimating the standard error. Besides, the categorical nature in survey data further introduces bias to the covariance estimation even asymptotically. To address these issues without knowing the form of heteroskedasticity under the null hypothesis, we propose to extend the wild bootstrap procedure in this particular context. Its robustness against various data properties is validated via several simulation experiments. Using three recent waves of World Values Survey, we find that the relative importance of life control has significantly increased recently, and endowing citizens with the right to enjoy their freedoms and liberties is a more effective policy in raising life satisfaction than promoting national income.     

证券投资风险预测的E-Bayes估计

本文给出了E-Bayes方法,以上海证券个股五粮液52个连续交易日的收盘价格为例,建立数学模型进行分析和预测,预测结果与市场实际值相当吻合。与灰色系统理论中的GM（1,1）预测模型相比,本文提出的方法预测的精度更高,计算量小。不仅适用于经济系统的分析与预测,也适用于其它系统的分析与预测。     

日本汽车“整零”关系模式及其对中国汽车产业的启示

日本汽车产业不但推动了日本国内相关产业的协同发展,而且在全球汽车产业中占据优势地位,之所以如此,与其先进的"整零"关系模式是分不开的。日本汽车产业"整零"关系是供应商承担"一揽子委托",组织体系呈金字塔式,整车企业通过多种形式对下游供应商进行渗透,资产专用性投资程度很高,其效果是:形成规模经济,减少内部成本;达成知识共享,促进产能提高;实现双向提升,增进关系稳固。我国汽车产业"整零"关系具有诸多局限性,应借鉴日本经验,处理好整车企业与零部件供应商之间的关系,形成"战略-利益"共同体,使汽车产业的"整零"关系进入一个良性循环,从而促进我国整个汽车产业的高速、高质发展。
