手工类非物质文化遗产的保护性开发研究——以广东东莞千角灯为例

手工艺类文化遗产是非物质文化遗产的一个重要的类别,该类遗产是技艺、艺术、历史的文化载体,以其高超精巧的制作技艺为精髓,表现为手工技艺传承人的能力,在历史变迁中极易失传。本文选择手工艺类非物质文化遗产为突破口,以广东省国家级第一批非物质文化遗产东莞千角灯为例,探讨手工艺类非物质文化遗产保护的本质、意义和开发策略,以期对同类别及其他非物质文化遗产保护提供借鉴和参考。     

我国城乡差距的政策性因素分析——基于亚当·斯密城乡发展思想

市场经济理论之父亚当·斯密曾在他的不朽名著《国民财富的性质和原因的研究》一书中阐述了有关城乡发展的思想。根据亚当·斯密的城乡发展思想,对当前我国城乡差距的原因,进行了宏观政策层面上的分析,可为缩小我国城乡差距提供借鉴。

False Discoveries und Fehlinterpretationen wissenschaftlicher Ergebnisse

High-quality science communication to the public depends to a large extent on the way research findings are translated into comprehensible language and common speech. In this communicative process, a reasonable evaluation of the trustworthiness of empirical findings, based on an adequate interpretation of statistical analyses, is absolutely crucial. This paper’s authors argue that the credibility of science is jeopardised by two compromising developments within science itself: on the one hand, an inflation of ostensible empirical evidence related to misuses and misinterpretations of the concept of statistical significance, and, on the other, a sensationalist overvaluation of the results of single studies instead of an adequate representation of the available body of evidence in a given scientific field.     

Monetary policy rules with PID control features: evidence from the UK,USA and EU

ABSTRACT

This paper considers the extent to which the monetary policy operations of three major central banks can be regarded as an application of Proportional-Integral-Derivative (PID) control rules. The paper outlines the general PID framework and estimates a series of dynamic models to identify how interest rate policy adjustments are affected by the rate of inflation and the level of macroeconomic activity. The paper examines data for the UK, the USA and the Eurozone. The results suggest that the PID rules can provide a useful theoretical and empirical framework for estimating central bank responses to the inflation and macroeconomic activity variables by improving the explanatory power of the Taylor rule model and determining the effect of the parameters.     

创业企业何以提高创新绩效——基于创业学习与商业模式创新协同联动视角的QCA方法

以150个创业企业为样本，基于创业学习和商业模式创新理论，运用模糊集定性比较分析方法（fsQCA），探究经验学习、认知学习、新颖型商业模式创新和效率型商业模式创新对创新绩效的影响路径及机制。研究发现，存在新颖型商业模式创新等4条创新绩效产出关键路径；相较于效率型商业模式创新，新颖型商业模式创新在关键路径中更容易提高创新绩效；利用QCA方法证实了影响创业企业创新绩效的组态内部各要素之间的替代性。结论丰富了创新绩效产出内部机制，可为创业企业提高创新绩效提供指导和借鉴。     

旅游的时空穿越结构机制研究

本文首先通过语义内涵解读、现象考察和比较分析构建了穿越认知逻辑分析框架,然后从语义学视角应用发生学方法、心理距离理论,通过逻辑分析构建旅游时空穿越回环结构、旅游穿越过程结构机制模型,并对旅游穿越结构进行过程机制分析。研究结论认为:旅游的时空转换结构是一种穿越结构,旅游穿越表现出完整的时空穿越特征,具有人类穿越式对话的典型性;旅游结构的本质是时空穿越;旅游穿越就是通过物理时空转换建立心理距离,最终达成心灵对话之目标。因此,旅游运行的核心矛盾就是解决由物理空间转换带来的交通需要和由穿越式对话带来的旅游实景营造需要,从而实现心理时空穿越。本文通过对旅游结构本质的追问,将"穿越"这一日常化语言抽象为学术语言,形成旅游学内生性概念和范畴,为旅游体验活动提供了一种新型的解释话语,并为不同类型穿越结构、穿越感问题的研究拓展了探讨空间。     

Discouraging Rainforest Transformation: An Ex-ante Policy Impact Analysis

Despite extensive efforts made by national and international certification agencies, Indonesian smallholder farmers’ participation in palm oil certification schemes adoption remains low. A fundamental obstacle is the smallholder practice of rainforest transformation into oil palm plantation which is forbidden by the agencies. In this context, we investigate three policies that could lead to a reduction in rainforest deforestation by smallholders: price premium on certified palm oil; the provision of environmental information; contributor recognition. In order to evaluate the influence of the policies ex-ante, we conduct a social dilemma experiment involving rubber and oil palm smallholders in Jambi Province, Sumatra, Indonesia. The findings indicate that the price premium and provision of context-specific environmental information could reduce rainforest transformation. However, a statistically significant effect of contributor recognition was not found.

目前,健康已成为公众普遍关注的热点和焦点,健康的重要性正被越来越多的人所认识。高校教师是社会人才培养者,是国家最宝贵的人力资本,他们的健康问题已成为制约教师自身和高校协调发展的重要因素之一。引发亚健康状态的原因是复杂的,但教师自身的心理调节能力、行为生活方式、人际关系、缺乏体育锻炼等因素是造成亚健康状态的重要因素。正确认识亚健康状态以及形成的因素,方可进行有效预防和治疗。
