手工类非物质文化遗产的保护性开发研究——以广东东莞千角灯为例

手工艺类文化遗产是非物质文化遗产的一个重要的类别,该类遗产是技艺、艺术、历史的文化载体,以其高超精巧的制作技艺为精髓,表现为手工技艺传承人的能力,在历史变迁中极易失传。本文选择手工艺类非物质文化遗产为突破口,以广东省国家级第一批非物质文化遗产东莞千角灯为例,探讨手工艺类非物质文化遗产保护的本质、意义和开发策略,以期对同类别及其他非物质文化遗产保护提供借鉴和参考。

Fees for Reefs: Economic Instruments to Protect Mexico’s Marine Natural Areas

Stated preference methods can be used to estimate the demand function where no price variation has been observed before. This is the situation of the Mexican coral reef natural protected areas, where after the 2002 approval of a $20 pesos fee (US$1.80) the Ministry of the Environment is now considering increasing the amount of the fee, not only to raise more revenue for the park, but also to curb the number of visitors in the cases where there is excess demand. There are concerns that the very success of the reefs is bringing associated environmental damage that threatens its sustainable use. To estimate the reaction of visitors to different fee levels, we carried out a contingent valuation survey, and constructed with its results an aggregate demand for each park. This demand was then divided by seasons and nationalities, to explore the benefits and costs of differentiating fees, looking at both the revenue maximising and the welfare maximising fees. Finally we discuss how these fees would change when environmental damage functions are taken into account. The recommendation is that increasing fees up to the point where they cover both private and environmental costs would bring the highest amount of economic benefit compatible with the sustainable use of these complex and wondrous marine ecosystems.

旅游的时空穿越结构机制研究

本文首先通过语义内涵解读、现象考察和比较分析构建了穿越认知逻辑分析框架,然后从语义学视角应用发生学方法、心理距离理论,通过逻辑分析构建旅游时空穿越回环结构、旅游穿越过程结构机制模型,并对旅游穿越结构进行过程机制分析。研究结论认为:旅游的时空转换结构是一种穿越结构,旅游穿越表现出完整的时空穿越特征,具有人类穿越式对话的典型性;旅游结构的本质是时空穿越;旅游穿越就是通过物理时空转换建立心理距离,最终达成心灵对话之目标。因此,旅游运行的核心矛盾就是解决由物理空间转换带来的交通需要和由穿越式对话带来的旅游实景营造需要,从而实现心理时空穿越。本文通过对旅游结构本质的追问,将穿越这一日常化语言抽象为学术语言,形成旅游学内生性概念和范畴,为旅游体验活动提供了一种新型的解释话语,并为不同类型穿越结构、穿越感问题的研究拓展了探讨空间。     

False Discoveries und Fehlinterpretationen wissenschaftlicher Ergebnisse

High-quality science communication to the public depends to a large extent on the way research findings are translated into comprehensible language and common speech. In this communicative process, a reasonable evaluation of the trustworthiness of empirical findings, based on an adequate interpretation of statistical analyses, is absolutely crucial. This paper’s authors argue that the credibility of science is jeopardised by two compromising developments within science itself: on the one hand, an inflation of ostensible empirical evidence related to misuses and misinterpretations of the concept of statistical significance, and, on the other, a sensationalist overvaluation of the results of single studies instead of an adequate representation of the available body of evidence in a given scientific field.     

德国专业化创业服务对我国的若干启示——以柏林经济技术促进机构柏林伙伴组织（BPBT）为例

柏林经济技术促进机构柏林伙伴组织是德国创业服务平台的成功典范,通过提供选址、创新、金融、人才以及国际化发展等专业化服务,加速企业创立、创新和壮大的过程,促进了柏林经济社会的发展。通过文献梳理,提炼其成功经验,提出要将专业化服务本身视作一种创新和创业,专业化服务应体现强大的战略判断能力、专注度和预见性,持续链接更广阔和更高价值的资源,形成更具普遍性的创业文化等若干观点。     

"全面二孩"、人口年龄结构变动与长期经济发展:2017～2050

本文实证分析"全面二孩"政策的实施对人口年龄结构的影响及由此带来的经济发展水平和增长速度的影响.研究结果表明,"全面二孩"政策的实施使少儿抚养比显著提高,劳动年龄人口占比不会上升,老龄化程度得到一定减轻,但无法改变人口迅速老龄化的总趋势.该政策的实施尽管显著提高了少儿抚养比,但并没有创造出新的"人口红利",因而该政策在一定时期内对经济发展水平产生一定的负面影响.     

The double-edged sword of purpose-driven behavior in sustainable venturing

This paper examines the relationship between purpose and purposeful organizing and how such arrangements influence the entrepreneurial journey as sustainable ventures move from idea to markets. We leverage an iterative multi-stage process-tracing design to understand the mechanisms whereby 14 different B Corp certified organizations embed purpose before, during and after the certification process. Our analyses reveal three types of venture paths for purpose-driven entrepreneurs, which are shaped by distinct imprinting sequences with three critical sensitive windows playing a pivotal role: the definition of scope of purpose, timing of purpose formalization through B Corp Certification and shifts in the source of feedback. Different imprinters occurring within the critical sensitive windows shape particular imprinting sequences triggering situations of both productive and counterproductive path development. Our results challenge the assumed linear relationship between purpose and purposeful organizing and more specifically the belief that seeking (purposeful) B Corp certification at firm foundation is necessarily productive for society and for the ventures themselves regardless of when the certification is achieved.     

Employee involvement in ideation and healthcare service innovation quality

ABSTRACT

This study hypothesizes and empirically tests the influence of involvement of (1) frontline employees and (2) top managers in ideation process on healthcare service innovation quality. Based on data from 168 service innovation projects in Dutch healthcare organizations, the empirical results indicate that frontline employee involvement and top management involvement in, respectively, idea generation and idea application both improve the quality of healthcare service innovation. We find that the positive effect of frontline employee involvement is stronger under the condition of higher service innovativeness. In the direct relationship of top management involvement and healthcare service innovation quality, our data do not show such a moderating effect. The key and general managerial implication of the findings is that healthcare organizations are inspired to involve frontline employees in the idea generation processes and involve top managers in the idea application processes of service innovation projects, in order to improve innovation quality.
