我国城市道路保洁财政性资金绩效管理研究——评价指标体系与综合成本模型的构建

通过重点围绕绩效评价指标体系的构建以及综合成本模型的构建过程与方法，对我国城市道路保洁财政资金绩效管理进行有益的探索。评价指标体系是以“花钱买服务、花钱买效果”为理论基础来构建，成本模型则通过建立“标准道路”模型来构建，以合理测算单位保洁成本。     

JOINT VENTURES IN CHINA: PROBLEMS AND SOLUTIONS

The author reviews problems associated with joint ventures in China and discusses new regulations designed (1) to give more decision-making rights to joint ventures, (2) to help reduce project expenses, and (3) to provide more loans for joint ventures' short-term revoling funds. The author also suggests changes in labor management, raw materials management, financial management, and export orientation to ensure the success of joint ventures in China.     

Internationalization Strategy of Chinese E-Business Companies

The e-business market has experienced a speeding development at emerging market. This research aims to identify the corporate-level factors that influence decisions of pursuing an internationalization strategy at e-business companies from emerging market, based on the study of Chinese e-business companies. The Probit model and General Estimation Equation (GEE) estimation are performed to analyze the effect of corporate-level factors on the decisions of internationalization strategy, and the Heckman selection model is further performed to analyze the sample selection of Chinese e-business companies in their strategic decisions. This research will be helpful to managers and administrators of e-business companies from emerging market.     

区域性银行盈利能力的实证分析

本文根据国家银行业监管相关准则和国内银行体系的实际情况,界定了区域性银行的概念,从区域性银行发展实践中总结出重组、扩张和本地化三种战略,建立了三项研究假设,并针对假设选择了13家区域性银行,运用数据包络分析(DEA)方法对它们的盈利能力进行数据分析,分析结果基本支持研究假设,在此基础上提出区域性银行的战略选择建议。     

信用风险限额的构建方法——内部评级体系的应用

本文结合银行授信业务和《巴塞尔新资本协议》的要求,从理论上解析了公司授信业务中的信用风险限额(Credit Limit)的结构、层次;并从实施角度提供了具体的计算办法。作者首次提出了条件违约概率的概念,并介绍如何应用条件违约概率构建风险限额。鉴于集团公司客户在管理中的重要性,作者重点讨论了集团公司限额制定的办法和规则,介绍了如何综合利用客户评级信息来计算信用风险限额。此外,本文围绕信用风险限额介绍了授信业务中的交易结构优化、客户评级系统相关的概念。     

资本结构与股权价值关系研究

本文通过理论分析和实证检验发现净资产收益率与资本结构之间的关系依赖于整体宏观经济环境和公司特征变量,当公司治理水平上升、增长机会增大、赢利能力增强、行业竞争程度下降时,净资产收益率与资本结构之间的相关系数上升。这表明净资产收益率与资本结构之间的关系并非绝对的正相关或负相关关系,有助于解释为什么学者在研究两者之间的关系时结论大相径庭。因此,提升经济发展水平、加强对投资者的保护、建立基于资本供求关系的利率体系有助于优化资本市场资本配置的基础性功能。     

特大城市推进农民工落户的经验与启示——基于重庆市的调研

重庆推进农民工落户取得重大成效,一年半实现50.6%的农民工落户,有力改善了城乡关系,并增强了经济发展动能。宽松的落户准入条件、合理城乡利益保障、与土地挂钩的市场化投融资体制、高位推进的落实机制是重庆推进农民工落户城市的"法宝"。借鉴重庆经验,突出重点、分级引导、保障利益、政策激励,应成为各地推进农民工落户城镇的重要策略。     

A model of intermarriage involving attribute exchange

The increasing pace of globalization has significantly affected our lives in many profound ways. One of the consequences of globalization is the rise of intermarriage, i.e., the marriage between couples of different nationalities or different social, economic, religious, or racial backgrounds. Since our understanding of intermarriage is limited, this paper attempts to shed lights on intermarriage by developing a formal model based on attribute exchange. After examining the motivation and micro and macro consequences of intermarriages, our model shows that different value systems regarding marital attributes among different groups drive individuals with attributes valued lower in their group to seek intermarriage. As a result, the essence of intermarriages is the movement of attributes from groups in which such attributes are relatively abundant to groups where the same attributes are relatively scarce. Thus, intermarriage makes individuals with attributes valued lower in their original groups better off. At the inter‐societal (or inter‐group) level, the equilibrium of intermarriage is determined by the relative scarcity of marital attributes in different groups (societies). In the long run, intermarriages converge different groups in terms of their value systems regarding marriage.

科技基础设施建设投入与高科技产值的回归分析——以镇江市发展科技基础设施建设为视角

本文利用线性回归方法研究了R&D投入对高科技产业产值的影响,使用SPSS统计软件通过建立了回归方程,结合镇江市的实际进行了实证分析。研究表明R&D投入水平对高科技产业发展是正相关作用,且关系显著。在此基础上,提出了进一步加快发展科技基础设施建设的一系列建议。
