采用目标假设的三被动式传感器数据关联算法

被动式传感器目标跟踪是多传感器多目标跟踪领域的一个重要研究方向。针对三被动式传感器多目标定位系统全局最优数据关联的三维分配问题，在允许传感器漏检和虚警的情况下，通过分析拉格朗日松弛算法，提出一种假定真实目标的快速收敛算法。该算法通过粗关联假定真实目标并重新修改代价矩阵，然后进行细关联，使得拉格朗日松弛算法在保证关联精度的前提下有效地提高了收敛速度。理论分析和实验结果表明，该算法提高了数据关联的速度,并在一定程度上提高了关联准确率。     

Understanding sustainable development flexibility: An information perspective

Although flexibility has been considered critical in responding to uncertainty in a business environment, few studies have explored firms' flexibility in sustainable development. To understand the nature of firms that can respond better to uncertainty in their sustainable development practices, this study defines sustainable development flexibility and investigates the mechanism underlying its formation. The study proposes a conceptual framework on the interactions of managers' environmental attitude and cognitive style, as well as firms' information integration on sustainable development flexibility. A questionnaire survey was developed to test the corresponding hypotheses, and 241 valid responses were received from middle- and top-level managers in Chinese firms. The results show that (a) the higher the manager's environmental attitude, the higher the firm's information integration and greater sustainable supply chain flexibility, and (b) the more intuitive the manager's cognitive style, the greater the impact of environmental attitude on sustainable development flexibility.

美元周期性波动对我国跨境资本流动的非对称效应研究

有效应对和防范跨境资本流动冲击，维护外汇市场稳定是贯彻落实习总书记“打好防范化解重大风险攻坚战”的重要举措。目前，美元已进入强周期，我国正面临着由强势美元引发的货币贬值、资本外流等风险，当前背景下研究美元周期性波动特征、区制划分及其对跨境资本流动的影响具有重要的理论和现实意义。本文基于2006年10月至2018年6月的月度数据，运用理论模型和MSVAR模型分析美元周期性波动对我国跨境资本流动的非对称效应。研究表明，中美利差对跨境资本流动的影响存在非对称效应，当投资者不存在恐慌避险情绪时，利差的变化将不会引起大规模的跨国资本流动。美元指数对跨境资本流动的冲击效应具有一定的时滞性，美元升值将引发跨境资本流出，且冲击效应持续时间明显长于利差冲击。VIX指数和人民币汇率对跨境资本流动影响较弱，但呈现非对称性特征。加息和缩表后美元升值对资本外流的推动作用明显强于加息和缩表前，表明第三轮强周期下美元升值对我国跨境资本流动的影响更大。     

The Doctrine of the Mean: Workplace Relationships and Turnover Intention

The present study examines the curvilinear relationships between LMX/TMX and team members' turnover intention simultaneously. That is, members with high LMX, TMX, or both are more likely to have turnover intention. Hypotheses were tested with a sample of 452 nurses, and we adopted the response surface methodology and polynomial regression to test our theoretical model. The hierarchical regression analysis showed that TMX has a U‐shaped relationship with turnover intention but not with LMX. In addition, the results indicate that both the congruence and incongruence of LMX and TMX result in higher turnover intention, but moderate levels of LMX and TMX have the lowest turnover intention. Strengths, limitations, practical implications, and directions for future research are discussed. Copyright © 2018 ASAC. Published by John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

DX桩承力盘破坏机理研究

由于施工工艺的限制,DX桩承力盘范围内没有配置钢筋,承力盘为素混凝土结构,因此,在进行DX桩设计时,必须对承力盘进行抗剪强度验算.根据现有混凝土结构设计规范中规定的公式计算出的结果偏于保守,当盘端阻力达到一定值时,承力盘先发生剪切破坏,因而,承载盘的存在对桩基竖向抗压承载力并没有大幅提升作用,但经过多次现场静载荷试验证明,DX桩相比于同直径、同桩长的普通直孔桩,其竖向抗压承载力会有明显提升,因此,承力盘发挥的作用是非常明显的.鉴于上述理论计算与工程实践的差异,本文通过理论分析方法对DX桩承力盘的受力机理进行了深入的分析,并采用FLAC3D有限差分软件对承力盘底面的土体反力分布形式进行了研究,可以发现DX桩承力盘范围内的应力分布与承力盘尖角密切相关,且承力盘底面的土体反力呈抛物线形式分布.

Option pricing based on hybrid GARCH-type models with improved ensemble empirical mode decomposition

The exploration of option pricing is of great significance to risk management and investments. One important challenge to existing research is how to describe the underlying asset price process and fluctuation features accurately. Considering the benefits of ensemble empirical mode decomposition (EEMD) in depicting the fluctuation features of financial time series, we construct an option pricing model based on the new hybrid generalized autoregressive conditional heteroskedastic (hybrid GARCH)-type functions with improved EEMD by decomposing the original return series into the high frequency, low frequency and trend terms. Using the locally risk-neutral valuation relationship (LRNVR), we obtain an equivalent martingale measure and option prices with different maturities based on Monte Carlo simulations. The empirical results indicate that this novel model can substantially capture volatility features and it performs much better than the M-GARCH and Black–Scholes models. In particular, the decomposition is consistently helpful in reducing option pricing errors, thereby proving the innovativeness and effectiveness of the hybrid GARCH option pricing model.     

基于神经网络的建筑业碳排放强度预测——以京津冀为例

通过统计分析得出影响建筑业碳排放强度的13个影响因素,基于收集的京津冀相关数据,运用逐步回归分析找出其中6个关键因素.借鉴五折交叉验证解决数据稀缺问题,采用神经网络对京津冀建筑业碳排放强度进行预测.利用敏感性分析简化模型,筛选出4个核心因素.结果表明,此模型预测精度高达99％,同时根据挖掘出的核心因素和关键因素,提出建筑业节能减排的建议.
