相互制保险公司在我国的实践与发展策略研究

相互制保险比照其他保险组织形式具有保险成本低和管理成本低等优势,引入我国后首先进入了农业保险领域,取得了初步的成效,同时在实践过程中也遇到了阻碍和困难。相互制保险的未来发展有赖于相关法律法规建设和自身管理制度的完善。

本文主要通过运用高等数学的思想来解决物理问题,阐明了高等数学与物理学之间联系,以提高学生分析问题和解决问题的综合能力。     

A note on connections among criteria for asymmetrical factorials

Various optimal criteria have been proposed to rank asymmetrical fractional factorial designs. Among them, the generalized minimum aberration and the minimum moment aberration criteria are the most popular ones and have received much attention. Recently, Liu et al. (Stat Sin 16:1285–1297, 2006) proposed the minimum χ ² criterion in terms of level-combinations. In this paper, the equivalency of the generalized minimum aberration and the minimum χ ² criteria is reported, which not only provides another justification for each other but also develops some theoretical results for designs with generalized minimum aberration and some lower bounds for the generalized wordlength pattern. Besides, an analytic relationship between generalized minimum aberration and minimum moment aberration is obtained for asymmetrical fractional factorial designs.     

The role of top management team diversity in shaping the performance of business model innovation: a threshold effect

Business model innovation is one of the firm’s most important strategic decisions. Top management team (TMT), as the critical decision-makers, has essential influence upon such decisions. However, the role of TMT diversity in shaping the performance of business model innovation is less explored in the literature. Based on a sample dataset of 906 observations of small and medium enterprises from China Startups Stock Market during the period of 2009–2011, we find that TMT diversity exhibits a significant threshold effect on the relationship between business model innovation (in terms of novelty-centred and efficiency-centred business model) and firm performance. More specifically, when TMT functional diversity arrives at a certain level, the positive relationship between novelty-centred business model and firm performance becomes more pronounced. On the other hand, the positive relationship between efficiency-centred business model innovation and firm performance will be more significant when TMT tenure diversity increases to a certain level.     

肝动脉化疗栓塞联合微波消融治疗巨块型肝癌疗效观察

目的探讨经肝动脉化疗栓塞术(TACE)联合经皮微波消融治疗(PMCT)巨块型肝癌的临床疗效及应用价值。方法回顾性分析我院经病理、影像学证实的巨块型肝癌70例(病灶>10cm),其中对照组(TACE组)38例仅给予TACE治疗,联合治疗组32例先行TACE治疗2周后再行微波消融治疗。结果 TACE组患者1、2、3年生存率分别为66%、53%和18%,中位生存期18.1个月,联合治疗组患者1、2、3年生存率分别为88%、56%和55%,中位生存期24.0个月,两组生存率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论经肝动脉化疗栓塞术联合微波消融治疗巨块型肝癌疗效好,可成为巨块型肝癌的标准治疗模式之一。

我国寿险公司市场价值评估体系刍议

市场价值评估方法作为一种衡量现代企业整体价值的新型手段逐渐被寿险公司采用,但是在市场价值评估的过程中仍存在一些问题,需要进行改善。本文在借鉴相关文献研究成果的基础上,结合自己的理解和实践,对市场价值评估体系应用以及存在的问题做了进一步的探析。     

Are financial development and corruption control substitutes in promoting growth?

While financial development and corruption control have been studied extensively, their interaction has not. We develop a simple model in which low corruption and financial development both facilitate the undertaking of productive projects, but act as substitutes in doing so. The substitutability arises because corruption raises the need for liquidity and thus makes financial improvements more potent; conversely, financial underdevelopment makes corruption more onerous and thus raises the gains from reducing it. We test this substitutability by predicting growth, of countries and industries, using measures of financial development, lack of corruption, and a key interaction term. Both approaches point to positive effects from improving either factor, as well as to a substitutability between them. The growth gain associated with moving from the 25th to the 75th percentile in one factor is 0.63–1.68 percentage points higher if the second factor is at the 25th percentile rather than the 75th. The results show robustness to different measures of corruption and financial development and do not appear to be driven by outliers, omitted variables, or other theories of growth and convergence.     

西部生态旅游开发研究

本文首先对生态旅游进行了简单阐述,然后分析了西部开发旅游的条件。在此基础上,提出了西部生态旅游开发的几条建议。     

科技政策组合的技术创新协同效应研究 ——供给侧—需求侧视角

利用2013-2016年中关村园区企业数据,将创新划分为创新倾向、技术绩效和经济绩效,以政策供给侧的政府补贴、税收优惠及需求侧的政府采购为研究对象,基于倾向得分匹配方法分析供需两侧科技政策组合的技术创新协同效应。结果表明：政策支持对技术创新存在激励效应,供给侧政策对创新倾向的激励效应最强,而需求侧政策对创新绩效的激励效应更显著;不同的科技政策组合形式均对技术创新具有激励作用,并且科技政策组合对技术创新存在协同效应。
