企业绩效考评的问题及对策研究

绩效考核作为提高企业和员工绩效的重要工具变得越来越重要。绩效考核是晋升和培训工作的依据。通过定期考核,可以使员工了解自己在哪些方面已有提高,哪些方面还有不足。绩效考核为组织的备类人员提供畅所欲言的机会,可以揭示工作中的低效率行为,还可以帮助员工强化已有的正确行为。绩效考核还是奖励的合理依据。在现实中,许多企业的绩效考核都成了"走过场",在考核过程中没有规范做法,致使绩效考核的作用没有发挥出来。因此,文章着重论述如何解决企业绩效考核中存在的问题。     

粤港澳大湾区区块链应用研究--基于世界四大湾区对比分析

粤港澳大湾区作为我国经济最活跃、最开放、经济发展水平最高的区域之一,制造业和信息技术产业发达,具有率先发展区块链产业的优质土壤和先行条件。论文主要通过分析粤港澳大湾区区块链发展的现状,对比世界上其他三大湾区的科技、人才、投资机构等方面,挖掘粤港澳大湾区在对比分析下的发展潜能,分析存在的优劣势,补齐短板,抓住机遇,提出发展粤港澳大湾区区块链行之有效的策略。     

Understanding sustainable development flexibility: An information perspective

Although flexibility has been considered critical in responding to uncertainty in a business environment, few studies have explored firms' flexibility in sustainable development. To understand the nature of firms that can respond better to uncertainty in their sustainable development practices, this study defines sustainable development flexibility and investigates the mechanism underlying its formation. The study proposes a conceptual framework on the interactions of managers' environmental attitude and cognitive style, as well as firms' information integration on sustainable development flexibility. A questionnaire survey was developed to test the corresponding hypotheses, and 241 valid responses were received from middle- and top-level managers in Chinese firms. The results show that (a) the higher the manager's environmental attitude, the higher the firm's information integration and greater sustainable supply chain flexibility, and (b) the more intuitive the manager's cognitive style, the greater the impact of environmental attitude on sustainable development flexibility.     

从国际经验看利率市场化对我国金融运行的影响

在十二五时期,我国的利率市场化进程将不断加快,而在这个阶段中,放开存贷款利率已经成为了我国开展市场化改革的一项重要任务。在本文中,将从国际经验的角度对利率市场化对我国金融运行的影响进行一定的研究与分析。     

基于行业分布的企业网络信息安全威胁及对策研究

在互联网日益普及的今天,企业越来越重视自身的信息化建设,企业信息化的发展使得接入互联网的企业不断增长,如何保护企业信息安全成为企业发展的关键内容之一。本文采取数理统计及文本分类的方法,对来自某知名黑客论坛的300余万条数据进行分析,通过TF-IDF模型与KNN算法分类思想,得出不同行业的网络信息安全威胁程度,并划分出较低、适中以及较高三类等级。在此基础上,根据行业特点深入剖析了不同行业产生信息安全问题的原因,并提出了相应的改进措施和建议。     

我国利率市场化条件下商业银行利率风险管理

利率的市场化改革在推动金融深化,促进经济发展的同时,也使得商业银行所面临的利率风险加大。文章通过对利率市场化进程中商业银行的利率风险及其类型进行分析,提出了我国商业银行利率风险管理的措施。     

非线性时序模型LM检验的两类临界值检验统计功效比较

本文基于模拟方法比较了不同非线性时序模型的LM检验的功效和规模,同时也考虑一般化线性检验BDS检验参与比较,目的在于探讨蒙特一卡洛渐近法检验与自举法（bootstrap）检验的两类临界值的统计功效何者更为有效。通过实证与对比分析,结果表明,当样本小于200或自回归系数接近单位根,或者线性性检验是ARCHT或BDS时,就可以考虑应用自举法临界值而非渐近临界值。而且还发现,BDS检验仅在一般性上优于LM检验。     

我国石油供应链结构及其成本管理模型构建问题研究

针对石油产业的运营特点,对其供应链结构进行设计,构建了石油供应链产品增值模型,提出单环节的石油供应链抽象模型,并在此基础上设计了三维石油供应链成本管理模型.模型设计过程中,打破了企业界限,将集团内的各生产部门视为供应链节点,考虑了政府和集团总部对供应链搭建和运营产生的影响.石油供应链成本管理模型从成本维度、生产维度、关系维度综合考虑各环节中的供应链成本和成本影响因素,对我国石油供应链的成本结构作出全方位的描绘.     

地下洞室群围岩稳定性的三维损伤本构模型有限元研究

传统的弹塑性模型与工程实际存在较大差距,利用损伤模型进行围岩稳定性三维分析为地下洞室围岩稳定性分析研究提供了一种新的思路,具有较为重要的理论意义和工程实用价值。     

Crowdsourcing-based semantic relation recognition for natural language questions over RDF data

ABSTRACT

Natural language query systems over RDF data need to rely on the semantic relations in query. First, we propose the new crowdsourcing model that used to produce semantic relations dataset. The model not only inherits completeness of the iterative model and accuracy of the parallel model, but also saves human resources. Second, we mine the rules of semantic relation recognition from the correlations between dependency structures and semantic relations. Third, we propose an algorithm of semantic relation recognition for natural language query over RDF data, and experiments demonstrate that it can recognize more semantic relations than existing methods.
