晶化时间对CoAPO-11分子筛合成过程中转晶的影响

本文研究了晶化时间对低钴含量(x=0.1)的CoAPO-11分子筛合成过程中转晶现象的影响,并采用XRD、SEM对产物进行表征。结果表明,200℃下晶化48 h,可获得纯相CoAPO-11;当晶化时间超过48 h时,产物便开始向[Co-Al-P-O]-GIS型分子筛转化;晶化延长至72 h时,产物已全部转化为[Co-Al-P-O]-GIS型分子筛,该转化过程不可逆。从分子筛骨架结构单元出发,阐述了转晶现象的内在影响因素。     

中国人造板出口增长因素分析

文章运用拓展的恒定市场份额模型(CMS),对1997~2011年中国人造板出口大幅增长的成因进行了探讨。指出中国人造板产业的国际竞争力有了显著的提高,并直接推动了中国人造板出口的增长;世界市场需求的增长对人造板出口也起到了一定的促进作用;但出口市场结构不尽合理,起到较小的抑制作用。因此,中国人造板企业应通过拓宽出口渠道、优化市场结构、提升技术水平等措施,巩固和提高产业国际竞争力,促进出口稳定增长。     

大连口岸进口柴油装船前检验结果分析与评价

本文对大连口岸进口的部分柴油装船前的检验结果进行了分析与讨论,分析表明,进口柴油装船前所检项目有异有同、多于合同规定的检验项目、并满足合同指标要求;最大密度、最大倾点、最大90%馏出温度、最大硫含量、最小闪点等检验结果等于或接近于合同指标的上限或下限;十六烷指数高于合同指标;粘度、酸值、氧化安定性的检验数值变化不大;10%残炭、灰分、水杂、水分、沉积物检验值变化很小;外观、铜片腐蚀、强酸没有变化.     

Social rights, essential services, and political mobilization in post-apartheid South Africa

This paper discusses movements that organize constituencies in order to allow them access to the consumption of goods and services, while rejecting at the same time their identity as consumers. Instead, they base their claims on people’s identities as citizens of the state and members of communities. Putting forward the notion of social rights, the paper examines how movements operating among marginalized communities in the post-colonial world work to define rights and entitlements, and use these to mobilize for enhancing the delivery of social services. In particular, the focus is on rights to land and to public utilities (water and electricity) in post-apartheid South Africa. Examining these in the context of political transition, the paper looks at different legal and political strategies, and the ways in which they draw on and shape discourses of power, rights, and social consumption. It concludes that meaningful social change and effective service delivery require a combined strategy, working with the courts and legal professionals, together with popular constituencies, the media, civil society organizations, academics, and state officials.     

论模块化组织的权力科层结构——基于企业间的非对称性视角

文章基于企业间的非对称性视角,认为模块化组织的结构是一种权力科层结构,并进行了深入探讨。首先,对模块化组织中的核心企业领导行为进行了分析,指出模块化组织具有核心企业领导下的科层协调特性;其次,对模块化组织的权力科层结构模式及其组织职权与边界进行了讨论;最后,通过对戴尔电脑公司的案例分析,论证了本文所提出的理论观点,也进一步拓展了模块化组织的实践应用范畴。     

Do Lenders Value Corporate Social Responsibility? Evidence from China

Drawing on risk mitigation theory, this article examines whether the improvement of firms’ social performance reduces debt financing costs (CDFs) in China, the world’s largest emerging market. Employing both the ordinary least square (OLS) and the two-stage instrumental variable regression methods, we find that improved corporate social responsibility (CSR) reduces the CDF when firms’ CSR investment is lower than an optimal level; however, this relationship is reversed after the CSR investment exceeds the optimal level. Firms with extremely low or extremely high CSR are subject to a higher CDF. The results also suggest that the optimal CSR level for small firms is higher than that for large firms. This study is the first to document a U-shaped relationship between CSR and CDF and also the first to investigate this relationship within an emerging market context.

主要就仓储货位信息系统的建立进行研究,主要围绕货位优化功能模块的设计研究对整个仓储货位信息系统进行设计,使入库的货物能够通过计算机的计算分配一个合理的位置,从而节约劳动时间,提高工作效率。     

河北省鲜活农产品物流配送模式及运行机制探讨

在分析河北省鲜活农产品配送现状的基础上,以供应链管理为背景,提出了"以生产基地为主体,第三方物流为辅"的鲜活农产品直配模式,同时探讨了该机制运行过程中应该注意的关键问题。     

New public stock issues by seasoned and unseasoned firms: A comparative analysis in a turbulent environment—the case of israel

This study presents and examines new evidence on the relationship between financial structure and ownership in New and Veteran Public firms (sometimes known as unseasoned or seasoned firms, respectively). The major findings are: (1) the cost of capital and the cost of equity increased with financial leverage, but at a different magnitude in new and veteran public firms reflecting different risk conceptions; and (2) management and administration costs for new public firms are indicated to be higher than for veteran public firms. Reasons for and implications of these findings are subsequently discussed.
