知识导向的管理控制系统:基本框架与具体运作

本文在对管理控制系统是否促进以及如何促进组织创新与知识生成的相关文献进行综述的基础上,结合现有管理控制系统的程序与方法,提出了知识导向的管理控制系统的设计思路及其基本框架,并对该管理控制系统的具体运作方法进行了较为深入的探究,以期从操作层面来推行企业知识发展战略,提高企业知识管理效率。

高校教育在扩招后,教学质量出现了很大程度的滑坡,加大了高校学生管理工作的负担,也看到了学生管理工作方面存在的不足。如何提高高校学生的管理工作水平关系到大学生的健康成长;为此,本文在力求深入探索的基础上,希望思考一些有益于高校学生管理工作的思路。     

欧债危机冲击我国股票与债券市场的风险传染研究？

欧债危机对金融市场产生了显著的冲击,引发了巨大的风险。本文通过构建二元GARCH-BEKK模型,实证检验了欧债危机背景下欧洲股票市场、我国股票市场、国债市场与企业债市场之间的波动溢出效应,揭示了欧债危机冲击我国股票市场、国债市场与企业债市场的风险传染路径。实证表明,欧债危机冲击我国股票市场与债券市场的风险传导路径为：欧债危机引发的风险通过欧洲股票市场传导到我国股票市场,然后传导到企业债市场,最后传导到国债市场。     

Does China really lose from RMB revaluation? Evidence from some export industries

This study attempts to examine the impacts of Real Exchange Rate (RER) misalignment on China's export performance. Using the SUR methodology coupled with disaggregate panel export data, it shows that China's export sector may not necessarily lose from the Central Government's decision to revalue its RMB against the US dollar because the negative impact of the RER appreciation on Chinese exports may be diluted by the positive impacts attributing to a reduction in the RER misalignment.     

关于完善我国环境责任保险制度的思考

完善环境责任保险制度对我国发展经济与环境保护具有重要意义,有利于切实维护受害者权益、维护企业生产经营的稳定性、减轻政府财政负担并利于和谐社会的构建。通过采用研究国外相关实践经验的方法来切实分析我国环境责任保险制度实践中遇到的困境,探讨如何完善我国环境责任保险制度。     

上市公司退市与投资者保护

退市制度是证券市场制度的重要组成部分,我国现在正推进并完善这一制度。退市是上市公司在资本市场的重大行为,但是它不仅涉及上市公司这一方面,还必然影响投资者的利益。因此,在实践中退市制度能否落实,需要以保护投资者合法利益为前提,否则退市行为得不到投资者的支持。本文分析了退市过程中信息披露充分性、投资者救济途径和投资者司法诉讼成本等三个重要问题,并针对性提出了政策建议。     

Gender and managerial coaching across cultures: female managers are coaching more

Despite the increasing popularity of managerial coaching in organizations worldwide, little is known with regard to how gender and culture may affect managerial behavior. The present study is the first empirical study on managerial coaching on a global scale. Based on social role theory, role congruity theory, and cross-cultural theory, we first expect female leaders to engage in more coaching behavior than male leaders. Second, we expect that male leadership, particularly coaching behavior, is more influenced by societal culture than female leadership. Survey data were obtained from more than 600,000 employees, assessing coaching behavior of more than 130,000 practicing managers from 51 countries/areas. Results support both expectations. Taken together, this study has advanced our empirical and theoretical understanding of managerial coaching on a global scale.     

A Computational Dynamic Model of Strategic Behavior in the US Retail Banking Market

This paper examines the dynamics of bank strategies and performance in retail deposit markets. I develop an infinite‐horizon computational dynamic equilibrium duopoly model of value‐maximizing banks. It is used to analyze several critical aspects of behavior in local banking markets such as price and non‐price competition, strategic interactions between small and large banks, de novo bank growth, and consumer switching. The results suggest that growing banks offer higher deposit interest rates than established banks. Established banks are more likely to engage in non‐price competition, which can impede the effectiveness of de novo bank strategies and growth. Copyright © 2015 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

欧盟非正规就业:歧视与"就业风险"

20世纪80年代以来,欧盟国家的劳动力市场和就业结构发生了巨大的变化.在欧盟国家政策因素、公司战略因素和个人选择因素的作用下,非正规就业迅速发展.但是,由于传统上非正规就业雇员就遭到一定程度的歧视,这导致了非正规就业雇员的就业风险.如何规避风险、提升非正规就业雇员的工作质量将成为欧盟就业战略新的关注领域.     

大蒜溶液对小鼠小肠黏膜结构、上皮内淋巴细胞和杯状细胞的影响

用组织学和组织化学方法研究不同浓度的大蒜素溶液对小鼠小肠黏膜结构及部分黏膜免疫相关细胞分布与数量的影响。试验选用8周龄BALB／C雄鼠50只,分为5组,每组10只,每组分别饲喂5种不同浓度的大蒜素溶液,每天80ml,实验期为10天。结果显示,1％大蒜素溶液对小鼠小肠肠绒毛长度、V／C比值、黏膜厚度,黏膜免疫相关细胞数量影响最大,对改善和增强小鼠小肠的消化吸收功能,提高肠道的防御能力效果最佳。
