Hierarchy and conservatism in the contributions of resources to entrepreneurial activity

This study addresses the relationship between the munificence offered by a country’s proximate institutions in terms of a critical financial resource (informal investments) and human resource (entrepreneurship education) and its early-stage entrepreneurial activity. We also examine how this relationship might be moderated by underlying cultural values. Our main thesis is that the positive effects of resource munificence of proximate institutions on early-stage entrepreneurial activity should be attenuated in countries with a more hierarchical and conservative culture. We test our hypotheses using a multi-source dataset that spans 42 countries.     

互联网发展对我国文化出口贸易影响的实证分析

随着近年来互联网经济的快速发展,我国也在开展文化出口贸易的过程中融合了互联网,基于互联网的时代背景下,通过对2009—2018年我国与30个周边国家文化出口贸易的面板数据进行实证分析,结果显示:在我国文化出口贸易的影响因素中,贸易国双方的互联网使用人数对我国文化贸易产品出口有显著的正向影响。     

CEO Turnover in Dual-Path Career: An Examination of Followers’ Power

This paper highlights the internecine struggle within the top management team in listed companies in China. Drawing on a power perspective, we longitudinally examine the antecedents of CEO dismissal followed by inside succession in dual-path CEO career. It examines the influence of followers’ power on the dismissal of incumbent CEO and demonstrates the liability of newness and outsiderness, which is strengthened by the power of followers. It also highlights conflicts of interest and competition within the top management team and the joint effects of followers’ power on both the liability of newness and outsiderness.

我国经理人的市场化——以我国股票期权法律制度的推行为视角

自改革开放以来,我国企业特别是国有企业一直在寻求一种有效的激励与约束机制,以推进现代企业制度的建立。如今,股票期权法律制度已经开始试行,但其实施的一个重要条件——经理人市场远未建立,这严重制约了股票期权制度的推行和发展,也阻碍了现代企业制度的建立和完善。以股票期权法律制度的试行为契机,以人才市场法治化建设为手段,不断探索我国经理人市场化,无疑具有一定的理论价值和实践意义。     

旅游形象研究——以唐山为例

准确的旅游形象是成功吸引游客的招牌,旅游者对旅游地的选择归根结底是一个心理过程,必须从旅游者心理角度研究旅游地,加强旅游形象与客源市场的认可连接。本文提出旅游目的地的选择是旅游力域内比较优势的结果,并在旅游力域内,对唐山地区现有重要景点进行非优势分析,重构了唐山的三级旅游形象体系。     

新型工业化道路和传统产业的优化升级

几十年来,我国传统产业的发展是以资源极度浪费和城乡差距进一步拉大为沉重代价,至今技术水平落后、经济效益低下、竞争力薄弱、环境污染严重。实证分析表明:传统产业的劣化和恶化状态正严重制约国民经济的健康与可持续发展,大力实施传统产业的升级改造,是我国新型工业化道路所面临的重大而迫切的战略任务。     

A qualitative integration of self-determination theory and expectation-confirmation theory using physical education as an example

This study proposes a conceptual model based on both self-determination theory (SDT) and expectation-confirmation theory (ECT) using physical education as an example. It is important to try integrating SDT and ECT together given that satisfaction is a common core in both theories. In the proposed model, need support confirmation is influenced by support expectation and perceived support, while need satisfaction is influenced by support expectation and need support confirmation. Accordingly, being influenced by need satisfaction, self-determined motivation has a positive influence on students’ participation intention in optional PE courses. Finally, the discussion and limitation about the proposed model are also provided.
