对我国农村土地承包经营权抵押贷款的思考与实践

目前,发达国家已经形成了较为成熟的农村土地产权抵押模式.我国部分地区也进行了"两权"抵押贷款试点.本文在大冶市农村承包土地的经营权抵押贷款试点实践基础上,从加大政策扶持、提高风险容忍度、增强社会保障等方面就进一步推广农村承包土地的经营权抵押贷款提出相关建议.     

The Impact of Australian Accounting Education on Repatriates' Career Development

The aim of this article is to explore the impact of Australian accounting education on the career development of Chinese self‐initiated repatriates (SIRs) in different business settings. It is acknowledged in the literature that international education has an impact on the career development of SIRs. However, in this study, we explore the impact in terms of professional knowledge, qualifications and international exposure. A multi‐case study was conducted with Chinese SIRs in different industries in an effort to understand the specific impacts and potential adverse effects across different types of enterprises in China. Our research found that international accounting knowledge has a positive influence on individuals’ careers, especially in foreign enterprises. Skills obtained from international experience are highly valued in the foreign financial industry, while the CPA qualification is highly valued in accounting firms. Readjustment, competition from local counterparts and employers’ unreasonable expectations do have adverse effects. By analysing how SIRs’ professional knowledge in accounting disciplines has impacted their job performance in different industries, this article not only contributes to contemporary literature from a direct perspective but also presents practical recommendations regarding Chinese and Australian professional education.     

中国城市规模和产业结构对城市劳动生产率的协同效应研究

文章基于我国281个地级及以上城市2000-2013年的面板数据,综合运用GMM、门槛面板模型和空间面板模型等计量方法,实证研究了城市规模和产业结构对中国城市劳动生产率的协同影响效应.研究发现:(1)中国城市劳动生产率与城市规模之间呈倒U形关系,与二产/三产增加值之比也呈现倒U形关系;(2)城市“规模红利”的发挥受制于产业结构,而产业结构的“结构红利”大小也受城市规模的影响.文章据此提出:虽然少数中国特大城市和大城市已经初步出现规模不经济迹象,但绝大多数中等城市规模仍偏小,“规模红利”还有待进一步开发,同时绝大多数城市还未充分发挥第二产业的潜力,不宜过早“去工业化”.文章据此对中国城市发展战略提出一系列政策建议,即要用更加市场化的手段鼓励城市规模优化和产业结构调整.     

关联并购、支付方式与企业并购绩效

关联并购在我国上市公司并购活动中占主要地位,关联并购可能是关联交易的终结,但也有能成为大股东掏空上市公司的手段.在此背景下,本文通过多元回归分析探究了关联并购与并购绩效之间的关系,并在此基础上,引入支付方式,通过多元回归分析和分组检验,进一步探究了支付方式对关联并购与企业并购绩效之间的调节作用.实证结果显示,关联并购与并购绩效之间显著负相关,并购关联性与支付方式的交乘项与并购绩效显著负相关,说明支付方式对关联并购与并购绩效之间负相关关系具有加强的作用.     

世界遗产所在地旅游特色馆藏建设功能研究

采用文献法、 调查法等方法探讨世界遗产所在地旅游特色馆藏建设与区域旅游经济的相互推动作用,旅游特色馆藏建设与区域社会文化的相互推动作用,为充分发挥旅游特色馆藏对世界遗产保护和区域旅游经济发展中的作用提供理论依据.     

广东生产性服务业发展对经济增长贡献的实证研究——基于面板数据的空间计量分析

基于对广东生产性服务业发展现状的讨论,运用Moran指数及空间计量模型,从整体和细分行业角度出发,实证分析2008-2015年间广东21个城市生产性服务业发展对经济增长的贡献。结果表明:地域间的经济增长具有显著的空间正相关性;生产性服务业总体对经济增长的作用明显,但各细分行业的贡献率有所区别,其中金融业对经济增长的贡献较为突出。根据近邻效应及细分行业影响程度的差异化,提出关注经济要素的空间联动效应;提高生产性服务业结构层次等建议,以推进区域经济持续发展及整体竞争力提升。     

基于内容提供商视角的传统媒体定价策略研究

随着移动互联网的发展,新媒体平台的出现和传统媒体的经营模式转型正在改变媒体市场结构。考虑传统媒体转型和新媒体内容外包,引入新媒体平台建立三方双边市场结构模型,考察竞争型市场结构中传统媒体平台的定价策略。研究发现：针对消费者和广告商进行差异性定价可以给传统媒体平台带来最佳收益,因此对消费者的低收费和补贴是合理的,并不构成非正当竞争;平台间差异化程度直接影响到其议价能力和利润水平;此外,消费者对广告的容忍程度也会影响媒体平台对广告商的定价,容忍程度越低,广告费用越高。     

Real options under a double exponential jump-diffusion model with regime switching and partial information

We consider the irreversible investment in a project which generates a cash flow following a double exponential jump-diffusion process and its expected return is governed by a continuous-time two-state Markov chain. If the expected return is observable, we present explicit expressions for the pricing and timing of the option to invest. With partial information, i.e. if the expected return is unobservable, we provide an explicit project value and an integral-differential equation for the pricing and timing of the option. We provide a method to measure the information value, i.e. the difference between the option values under the two different cases. We present numerical solutions by finite difference methods. By numerical analysis, we find that: (i) the higher the jump intensity, the later the option to invest is exercised, but its effect on the option value is ambiguous; (ii) the option value increases with the belief in a boom economy; (iii) if investors are more uncertain about the economic environment, information is more valuable; (iv) the more likely the transition from boom to recession, the lower the value of the option; (v) the bigger the dispersion of the expected return, the higher the information value; (vi) a higher cash flow volatility induces a lower information value.     

R&D Efforts,Total Factor Productivity,and the Energy Intensity in China

ABSTRACT

This paper first measures the levels and growths of regional TFP in China using a panel dataset of China’s 30 provinces from 1978–2014. It then estimates the effects of R&D on regional TFP and its growth further explores the impact of TFP on China’s energy intensity. We find no evidence that R&D has innovation and spillover effects on TFP and its growth in China’s provinces. Nevertheless, R&D can promote growth in regional TFP by helping to absorb new technologies embodied in FDI and foreign trade. The results indicate that TFP plays a significant role in the decline of China’s energy intensity.     

基于R语言的WEB半结构化数据抓取与统计分析

大数据时代,数据成为决策最重要的参考之一,通过数据抓取能够准确抓取我们需要的数据,然后挖掘出有用信息。本文以花卉网站为例,提出Web数据抓取与存储框架,实现了抓取Web网站中的半结构化数据,转换成结构化数据存储进数据库,并对数据进行预处理,然后运用数据分析和数据挖掘技术将结果展现出来,帮助花卉企业在花卉市场进行更准确的商业决策。
