会展业中顾客抱怨处理的关系契约方法

本文从会展业的特点出发，指出多数顾客对于会展中出现的一些服务问题责任归属不能确认．因而难以认准投诉对象，影响了满意度。通过主办方与会展中心之间的关系契约，相互委托处理这些抱怨投诉，可以很好解决上述问题。     

中国对“一带一路”沿线国家增加值出口贸易的环境成本研究

降低增加值出口贸易的环境成本是推进绿色“一带一路”建设的重要内容。本文使用增加值出口碳排放强度表征增加值出口贸易的环境成本,首先基于Eora 26数据库,测度了2000—2015年中国向“一带一路”沿线国家增加值出口的环境成本,然后使用结构分解法和回归分析识别出中国向“一带一路”沿线国家增加值出口碳排放强度的直接影响因素和内在影响因素。研究显示：中国向“一带一路”沿线国家增加值出口的碳排放强度总体呈下降的趋势,且碳排放强度存在国别差异与行业差异;中国向“一带一路”沿线国家增加值出口碳排放强度的下降主要是由直接碳排放系数的变动引起的;离岸外包程度、国际市场占有率、全球价值链分工地位、投入服务化程度的提高以及国内市场规模的扩大可以显著降低中国各行业向“一带一路”沿线国家增加值出口的碳排放强度。最后,本文提出推动重点行业的深度减排、推动企业进行离岸外包、推动制造业投入服务化转型和推动企业进行价值链升级等政策建议。     

中国银行业盈利影响因素分析

考察了2001年至2007年14家商业银行的盈利状况,并选择银行资产利润率为银行盈利水平的测度变量,分析银行机构的个体特征变量、宏观经济变量和金融结构变量对中资银行利润率的影响。结果发现,商业银行的盈利能力主要由个体特征变量决定,其中,银行信贷率与银行利润率呈显著正相关关系,而银行规模、所有权性质与银行利润率之间呈显著负相关关系;宏观经济变量和金融结构变量与银行利润率的关系在总体上不显著,其中,只有通胀率与银行利润率呈显著负相关关系,存款和公债投资与银行利润率之间也呈负相关关系,但是没有显著性。     

Independent director death and CEO acquisitiveness: Build an empire or pursue a quiet life?

Research summary : This study examines the relationship between an independent director's death and CEO acquisitiveness. Using a sample of large U.S. public firms, we find that CEOs who have experienced an independent director's death undertake fewer acquisitions in the post‐director death period, in particular fewer large acquisitions. Our findings are consistent with the prediction of posttraumatic growth theory that mortality awareness can induce CEOs to reevaluate their life priorities and reduce the importance of extrinsic goals in their decision making. This study contributes to the strategic leadership literature by highlighting the influence of the death of CEOs ' social peers on CEOs ' strategic decisions . Managerial summary : Does the death of CEOs ' social peers influence CEOs ' strategic decisions? We find that CEOs who have experienced an independent director's death engage in fewer acquisitions in the post‐director death period, in particular fewer large acquisitions. One likely explanation for our findings is that the death of an independent director may heighten CEOs ' mortality awareness, lead the CEOs to pursue a quieter life, and weaken their propensities for undertaking decisions (i.e., acquisitions) that increase their compensation and social status . Information congruity in scarcity appeal: A structural equation modeling study of time-limited promotions

Although market scarcity such as time restriction is widely used in retail advertisements, its impact on product message processing and product evaluation is still subject to controversy. In this study, analyses through structural equation modeling indicated that (i) scarcity had no impact on product message processing, (ii) scarcity had a direct impact on product evaluation as a heuristic cue when the value inferred from scarcity was congruous with the worth derived from product message, and (iii) scarcity lost its impact on product evaluation when the value inferred from scarcity was incongruous with the worth derived from product message, and the incongruity prompted scrutiny of product message, resulting in a mediated impact of product message on product evaluation through product message processing. In conclusion, the results supported an information congruity theory of market scarcity.
