河南省产业集聚区建设的现状分析与对策建议

2010年,河南省产业集聚区继续保持良好发展态势,在一系列政策措施的推动下,产业集聚态势逐步形成,整体竞争力明显上升。但同时,河南省产业集聚区在建设中还存在发展不平衡、产业转型升级缓慢、主导产业带动力不强、创新驱动力不足等问题。当前,河南省的产业集聚区不仅面临激烈竞争,而且发展的制约因素不断增强,必须进一步提高政策的灵活性和针对性,通过推进产业优化升级、加快发展方式转变、改革考核方式等措施推动产业集聚区进一步加快发展。     

促进企业跨国经营带动广东外贸增长

近几年,广东外贸因遇外贸壁垒和成本上升等因素增长速度放慢。在寻找广东外贸增长方式方面,笔者认为应转变对外经济贸易工作的观念和思路,把外贸与跨国经营结合起来,鼓动广东企业积极“走出去”实施跨国经营,参与国际市场的全面竞争,以此带动外贸增长。为此,我们提出在跨国经营的战略部署上应考虑区域和产业链选择的三步走战略,同时强调技术的引进和吸收等战略。     

浅谈企业财务管理目标

企业财务管理目标是指财务管理尤其是财务决策所依据的最高准则,是企业财务管理活动亦即资金运筹所要达到的最终目标,是企业财务管理活动的出发点和归宿。一、财务管理目标的特性1.财务管理目标与企业管理的总体目标应具有一致性。财务管理是对企业资金的管理,它作为企业管理系统的一个重要子系统,因其属于综合性价值管理,因而担负着包括其他企业管理子系统功能在内的一种综合性功能。所以财务管理目标与企业管理总体目标应当保持一致,以便通过开展财务管理工作促进企业管理总体目标的实现。现代企业管理目标应该定位在“企业长期稳定发展”…     

Paths to Success: How Do Market Orientation and Entrepreneurship Orientation Produce New Product Success?

The purpose of this paper is to examine the relationship between strategic orientation and the performance of new products. In this paper, we develop a conceptual model that explores the roles of market orientation (MO) and entrepreneurship orientation (EO) on new product performance and seek to understand the mediating roles of process and product characteristics. Based on a survey of 471 small and medium‐sized enterprises in Korea, we found that MO and EO positively affect new product performance. The main impact of MO is through new product development proficiency and product meaningfulness and that of EO is through proficient intellectual property management and product novelty. Academic and managerial implications are also discussed.     

An Empirical Study on Bud(g)etary Slack,Operational Efficiency, and Transfer Value

Budgetary slack directly impairs a firm’s budgetary management. Budgetary slack at a firm’s business unit level makes the firm level budget like a building on sand. However, it is difficult to detect the existence and to evaluate the extent of budgetary slack at a firm’s business unit level. Starting with the five-year historical data of a service delivery center in a U.S. Fortune 500 firm, this research develops a comprehensive approach for probing and assessing the budgetary slack in a firm’s business units. The approach leverages operational efficiencies and transfer values of business units of a firm’s internal transfer system. It also contributes to evaluating the rationale of the budget of a firm’s business unit in the budgetary approval process.     

阿拉山口口岸2012年交通工具及旅客携带物疫情截获分析

[目的]掌握阿拉山口口岸入境空集装箱和国际列车携带有害生物种类,研究入境空集装箱的检疫监管对策。[方法]对2012年阿拉山口口岸入境空集装箱和国际列车截获检疫数据进行统计分析。[结果]空返集装箱中截获杂草22种,有害昆虫35种,动物尸体56具。截获检疫性的有害生物3种：花斑皮蠹、六齿小蠹、双棘长蠹成虫（非中国种）;旅客截留物截获7种昆虫,截获检疫性有害生物1种：苹果蠹蛾。[结论]基本掌握阿拉山口口岸入境空箱携带有害生物总体情况,入境空箱检疫风险不容忽视,需采取科学的检疫监管对策。

A new look at ideals and practices of filial piety: The case of exemplary filial persons

The definition of filial piety has become a public issue in Korea because of the significant impact filial piety has on the welfare of the elderly as on the morality of the young. The study explored how filial piety is practiced in Korea. Compiled from three national institutions awarding filial piety prizes in Korea, stories about Korean adults who had exemplified filial piety during the recent two decades are analyzed using the content analysis method. As a resulf of this analysis, a set of eleven indicators of filial piety emerged, including respect for parents, filial sacrifice, etc. The fundamental value of filial piety is still under preservation even while its manifestation is changing in modem times. These indicators will be useful in understanding the concept of filial piety and constructing a measure that might be used to assess caring relationships between adult children and elderly parents.
