尹世杰教授对消费经济学的创立做出了开创性的贡献

在举行全国第六次消费经济理论讨论会暨庆祝尹世杰教授80寿辰之际,祝尹老师健康长寿、祝尹老师和各位敢于不断创新的思想家和经济学家共同创立的消费经济学不断繁荣昌盛,为人们消费水平的提高、消费结构的优化、消费环境的改善,为国家制定科学的消费政策做出更大的贡献.     

对“337条款”的再认识

自中国加入世界贸易组织以来,对外贸易取得飞速发展,2004年更是凭借全年进出口总额超过11000亿美元的显著优势稳居世界第三大贸易国的位置。这也就势必引来了国际上特别针对我国的所谓“贸易摩擦高峰期”,并且其所使用的手段也在不断翻新当中,美国的“337条款”就是其中较新的一种。正是为了使国内企业对这一新贸易壁垒有更深刻的认识,本文从解读“337条款”出发,分析了其作为一种贸易保护手段的杀伤力,以及频频有我国企业出口受其影响的原因,并在此基础上提出了一些应对的策略。     

城市生活垃圾中混合废塑料改性道路沥青的试验研究

研究利用城市生活垃圾中的混合废塑料改性重交道路沥青SK90^#，通过改性前后沥青三大指标的变化，发现混合废塑料对于道路沥青有着良好的改性效果。同时，也初步探讨了混合废塑料改性道路沥青的作用效果与应用前景，并提出了进一步的研究方向。     

微生物蛋白硫酸水解提取复合氨基酸的研究

研究了微生物蛋白硫酸水解提取复合氨基酸的工艺条件，采用单因素及正交实验方法，以氨基酸产生量为主要指标，考察水解温度、水解时间、液固比、硫酸浓度等因素对水解氨基酸产生量的影响。实验结果表明，微生物蛋白硫酸水解的最佳条件为：水解温度130℃，水解时间1h，液固比6：1，硫酸溶液浓度50％。在此条件下，氨基酸产生量达到57．191mg／g干菌体。本实验为废水处理过程中产生的微生物蛋白资源化利用提供了理论和实验依据。     

关于"东莞现象"的思考与启示

金融界把东莞在经济金融逆境下获得经济高速增长、金融运行稳定的经济状况称之为“东莞现象”。“东莞现象”的深层原因在于东莞外向型的经济结构和发展模式奠定的基础，也由于东莞金融机构稳健经营的指导思想。“东莞现象”对防范和化解金融风险，维护金融安全提供有益的启示。     

International R&D project evaluation by multinational corporations in the electronics and IT industry of Singapore

This paper explores a number of variables associated with the evaluation of international R&D projects by multinational corporations (MNCs) in the electronics and IT industry of Singapore. Empirical analysis of the data collected from R&D managerial executives suggests a series of considerations in relation to their R&D investments. It is desirable if R&D can create a potential impact on the growth of their regional and international businesses. In considering the risks associated with an R&D project, a balance approach would be appropriate when demanding a return on investment. In particular, the consistence with customer demands, the achievement of time‐based competitiveness, the training of R&D manpower and the development of conducive innovation environments are fundamental to the success of international R&D projects.     

Potentializability and consistency for multi-choice solutions

The paper introduces and discusses several characterizations of the multi-choice Shapley value (introduced by Nouweland et al. in ZOR-Math Methods Oper Res 41:289–311, 1995), on the domain of multi-choice games. These characterizations generalize the potential approach and results of Calvo and Santos (Math Soc Sci 34:175–190, 1997) into this domain, and the relations are treated with the axiomatic approach in Calvo and Santos (Math Soc Sci 40:341–354, 2000). Also, based on the axioms of two-person standardness and consistency, we offer an axiomatization of the multi-choice Shapley value.
