中原生态经济区的建设与规划分析

中原生态经济区强调同时实现环境、经济、社会效益,侧重相互合作与整体利益,突出资源的节约共用与可持续发展,是工业系统、交换系统、社会网络、文化氛围的营造以及各种基础设施的物质空间建设,其健康运行需要区域经济发展、综合治理、循环经济发展、生态工业网络的政策支持。     

Emerging bicycle tourism and the theory of planned behavior

In this study, we investigated the process of travelers’ decision formation for bicycle touring as a form of sustainable tourism activity. We extended the theory of planned behavior (TPB), using personal norm and past behavior as predictors and the attractiveness of unsustainable alternatives as a moderator. Results of the modeling comparison showed that our extended TPB model was superior to the original TPB in predicting intention. Our results from the structural analysis revealed that the hypothesized paths linking attitude, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control, personal norm, and intention were supported; and personal norm significantly mediated the impact of subjective norm on intention. Moreover, our proposition that bicycle travelers’ decision-making process would differ based on their level of the attractiveness of unsustainable alternatives was generally supported. Overall, our results help us clearly understand the role of volitional and non-volitional processes, personal norm, past behavior, and the attractiveness of unsustainable alternatives in explaining the intention formation of bike traveling.

中国与拉美油气合作:战略融入与业务成长

中国继2009年与巴西、阿根廷、委内瑞拉等国就一些重大油气合作项目达成协议后,2010年在拉美实现了油气合作项目的快速推进。当前拉美油气市场格局正经历深刻变化,中国石油公司已融入拉美市场,开始向战略经营、业务成长期转型,但资产、管理整合能力将面临考验。拉美的商业博弈环境较为复杂,中国石油公司进入拉美,不仅是资本的进入,还应培养一支从技术到管理都针对拉美油气市场的专业化队伍。中国在拉美的能源利益已超越公司层面的市场运作能力,建立政府间常规性政策对话和信息交流机制显得十分迫切。拉美是油气投资纠纷争端多发地区,有必要了解、探索拉美油气投资争端解决机制的历史惯例和传统,加强立法机构之间的往来。     

论电子银行个人结售汇业务的发展及监管

电子银行个人结售汇业务的出现满足了银行外汇业务自主化的需要,为银行外汇业务的创新和发展提供了拓展空间。本文通过深入分析当前我国电子银行个人结售汇业务对银行业及涉外经济的影响,深入剖析外汇监管方面存在的问题,并对此提出建议。     

A Dynamic Study on Ecological Disaster,Government Regulation,and Renewable Resources

This article develops a dynamic model to investigate renewable resource markets under different property rights. We find that different property rights regimes in renewable resource markets yield very different equilibria. Under private property rights, the valve point increases with the natural growth rate, productivity, number of firms, and marginal costs. Under common property rights, “the tragedy of the commons” inescapably occurs. This study suggests how to avoid ecological disaster by implementing a set of public policies.     

人才培养目标与教学管理水平的关系整合——以高职土建类专业为例

高职土建类专业人才培养目标与教学管理有着密切的关系。教学管理对人才培养目标的实现产生多方面的影响,主要体现在目标管理、过程管理、绩效管理三个方面,在明确学生学习目标、激励学生学习动力、调动学生学习积极性、引导学生全面发展等方面具有举足轻重的作用。为了更好地实现人才培养目标,应实现教学管理重心从传统的过程管理向目标管理和绩效管理的根本性转变。     

Systemic risk and dynamics of contagion: a duplex inter-bank network

This paper constructs a duplex banking network formed by credit relationships and information interaction via the banks’ balance sheet to model the structure of systemic risk and investigate the dynamic mechanism of contagion in terms of default and liquidity infection along with the factors that affect the extent of the contagion. We systematically explain the role that duplex banking networks play in different aspects of risk contagion. Through theoretical analysis and simulations, we conclude that asymmetric information interaction would increase the inflexibility of the system, which leads to liquidity shortage and possibly the collapse of the whole market. The weakness of systemic risk in the interior of the complex banking system can be characterized by the partial discount factor using illiquid assets in the information network. By improving the connectedness of the information network of the duplex networks, the spread of contagion can be partially slowed.     

八角金盘果实色素成分的初步分离和鉴别

对八角金盘果实色素的成分进行初步的鉴别分析,利用纸色谱、薄层层析技术进行分离各组分,采用紫外-可见分光光度法确定各组分的最大吸收波长,进而推测其成分结构和类别。通过实验进行样品的测定和数据分析,对八角金盘果实色素的成分进行初步判断,其含量较高的两种组分为芍药色素-3-葡萄糖苷(Pn-3-glu)、锦葵色素-3-葡萄糖苷(Mv-3-glu)。
