基于物联网技术的智能断路器研究与设计

随着物联网技术的蓬勃发展,传统的断路器只具有保护、告警、控制等功能,不能满足在用户侧的电能表失准分析、台区侧的线损分析、线路侧的故障精准定位等电力新业务的应用需求.基于物联网技术的智能断路器是一款应用于电力领域的低压电器设备,该设备具有物联网通信、电能表失准分析、台区线损分析等功能,有力支撑电网的稳定运行.     

基于专家系统的多异构系统联动控制

由于企业信息化子系统开发时间的不同,许多子系统存在异构特征。异构系统通常独立运行,系统之间缺少信息共享,各个子系统不能协调同步工作,实现系统之间联动协同工作成为主要问题。本文建立了一个基于规则的专家系统,系统能够不断对规则库的知识进行扩充和提炼,形成一个完善的规则库。当已知的事实与规则的前提条件匹配时,异构系统启动联动控制策略,相应子系统联动工作。这种方案开发周期短,易于维护,对企业异构系统的联动控制具有一定借鉴参考意义。     

大学英语教学生态模式研究

生态语言教学观是近几年西方学者将生态学理论与社会文化理论相结合而形成的。它为外语教学模式的研究提供了新的视角和更广阔的空间。大学英语教学生态模式通过对生态化教学内容和方法的选择将教师、学习者、语言和环境和谐、高效地连接起来,有利于提高英语教学质量。     

The Big Family: Informal Financing of Small‐ and Medium‐Sized Businesses by Guanxi

Guanxi facilitates interaction between companies and people in Confucian societies. Does this type of social construct still play the key role, when the entrepreneurs live in Western societies? The objective of this article is to verify the impact of Guanxi on the capacity of small and medium‐sized businesses accessing financial resources informally. To this end, data collected from small Chinese entrepreneurs active in the principal business center of Brazil were used. From nonparametric tests, the results suggest that: (1) different levels of Guanxi allow small and medium‐sized businesses to access informal financial resources; (2) different types of informal financing are mostly used, or judged to be more significant, depending on the level of Guanxi of the entrepreneur in terms of parental and nonfamily ties; and (3) unlike the Western literature on the financial cycles of start‐ups, this type of informal financing can extend beyond the initial stage of the business. © 2014 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.

Does the Quality of Corporate Governance Affect Firm Valuation and Risk? Evidence from a Corporate Governance Scorecard in Hong Kong*

Using Hong Kong firm data, we construct an index of corporate governance during 2002–2005, which scores the corporate governance practices of listed companies from the public shareholders' perspective based on the Organization for Economic Corporation and Development Principles of Corporate Governance. The findings show that family firms and firms with concentrated ownership structures are associated with bad corporate governance. The evidence also shows that these firms improve their corporate governance practices slower than their peers. Overall, the quality of corporate governance is very significant in explaining future company stock returns and risk. Good corporate governance is associated with both higher stock returns and with lower risk. Improvements in corporate governance are associated with significantly higher stock returns and lower company risk.     

由家族信任到社会信任:家族企业走向职业化管理的必由之路

由于中国社会将信任建立在家族血缘关系上,社会信任普遍缺失,家族制就成为民营企业的唯一选择。民营企业要想走上职业化管理之路,打破家族信任、构建社会信任就成为必然选择。一方面,作为外部社会制度的供给者,政府应构建以法制为基础的社会信任机制;另一方面,作为内部企业制度的供给者,家族企业应建立健全各项内部制度,构筑委托代理双方的心理契约,使之形成长期稳定的信任模式。     

Firm location,political geography and environmental information disclosure

As the subjective and objective factors that influence corporate behaviours, political region and firm location are of great importance to environmental information disclosure (EID). With spatial and political geography as a research perspective, this article makes a study by using the samples of manufacturing listed companies from 2009 to 2011. As a result, we determine that regulatory distance and political geography had negative effects on EID, while political geography weakens regulatory distance’s function. After considering an enterprise’s administrative rank, we determined that when the rank is higher, regulatory distance has negative effects on EID; when the rank is lower, the effects are the opposite. Regarding political geography, it always weakened the regulatory distance’s function. Moreover, the effects are significant only when the enterprises had low governmental regulation. The study shows the effects that firm location and political geography have made on EID. At the same time, this study also gives theoretical and empirical evidence to the necessity of raising governmental regulatory effectiveness.

历经几千年的沧桑,古典诗词依旧传播广远,远远超过新诗。探究其长盛不衰的原因,当然是多种多样的。一直以来,其所具有的一整套公共意象被认为是主要原因。但除开公共意象,古典诗词本身所具有的一整套严格的音韵格律形式也是致使其广为流传的重要原因之一,而且从某种意义上而言比公共意象的作用还要明显。以古典诗词中的词为例,试图单纯从形式的角度出发,并结合一些传播学的相关理论,分析词体形式对词体传播的影响。
