“三权分置”下的农地流转主体:激励约束、利益冲突与行动策略

农地"三权分置"让经营权独立出来上市流转,需要关注的是农地流转主体的最终行动策略。通过大量的实地调研与理论思辨发现,农地"三权分置"下的制度供给对流转双方的激励约束各不相同,双方基于不同利益考量就会出现利益冲突。面临这些利益冲突,农地流转双方也就有不同的行动策略。未来,制度供给要满足流转双方对确定性预期的需求,建立对流转主体双方具有约束力的制度:引导合作博弈、实行农地功能分区以及集体集中成片流转经营权等。     

非参数成本前沿模型与中国工业增长模式研究

本文创建了面板数据下的非参数成本前沿模型框架,对转轨期间中国大中型工业的成本变化进行分解与分析。研究发现经济全球化、FDI、产权变革和有序竞争促进中国工业的前沿技术进步和资源配置效率提高,推动中国工业增长由粗放型向集约型转变。同时,行业间日益加大的技术效率差距已经对增长模式转变构成挑战。     

The moderating role of nationality on destination experience

ABSTRACT

Differences in tourists’ cultural values are significant factors in their product and service choices, yet they have generally been neglected in the literature. Therefore, this study examined how tourists’ nationalities influence their perceptions of service quality, affective image perceptions, and revisiting intentions. Activities were found to be more determinant on a destination’s affective image for Russian tourists, whereas accommodation, hospitality, and language communication services had a larger effect on German tourists.     

The Impact of Multinational Presence on Domestic Investment: Firm‐Level Evidence from South Korea

In order to analyze the effects of foreign multinationals' presence on domestic firms' investment, we use a detailed firm level data set from South Korea for the 2006–2014 period. We combine it with the input‐output tables provided by the Bank of Korea to construct industry level measures of multinational presence in sectors that are horizontally and vertically linked, and estimate dynamic investment equations that are augmented with these foreign presence measures. We find a positive and significant effect of foreign presence in both horizontally and vertically linked industries on domestic firm's investment rate, with larger effects arising from multinational presence in the supplying sectors. Quantitatively, a 2 percentage point increase in the presence of multinational suppliers increases the domestic firm's investment rate by 3.24 percentage points. We also find that this effect is larger for small and medium firms, private firms, nonexporters, firms that are not part of a chaebol, and for firms in external finance dependent industries. A similar 2 percentage point increase in the foreign presence in downstream sectors increases the investment rate of domestic suppliers by 0.55 percentage points. This effect is larger if the domestic firm is part of a chaebol, or is in a less external finance dependent industry. Investment increase by 0.53 percentage points following a 2 percentage point increase in horizontal linkages.     

数字经济如何影响制造业全球价值链地位：机制分析与空间溢出

当前,数字经济已成为稳定经济增长的新优势。构建数字经济影响制造业全球价值链地位的数理模型,利用2005—2020年中国省级面板数据,从数字产业化和产业数字化两方面构建省级数字经济发展水平综合评价指标体系,实证研究数字经济对制造业全球价值链地位的影响。结果表明,数字经济能显著提升省域制造业全球价值链地位且具有动态非线性递增效应;与东部地区和非“一带一路”沿线地区相比,数字经济对中西部地区和“一带一路”沿线地区制造业全球价值链地位的提升作用更大。就内在机制而言,提高技术创新能力和推动产业结构升级是数字经济影响制造业全球价值链地位的两条基本路径。进一步的空间杜宾模型分析表明,数字经济对制造业全球价值链地位的影响存在空间溢出效应。     

Testing the higher education-led growth hypothesis in a small island: an empirical investigation from a new version of the Solow growth model

This study employs a new version of the Solow Growth Model in order to investigate the higher education-led growth (HELG) hypothesis in the case of North Cyprus. Results reveal that a long-run equilibrium relationship exists between real income growth of North Cyprus and its determinants, namely capital, labor, and the higher education sector. Results show that real income growth converges to its long-term equilibrium level by 10.9 %. Granger causality tests suggest undirectional causality from higher education growth to real income growth in North Cyprus. Therefore, the HELG hypothesis can be inferred for the Turkish Cypriot economy.
