高级氧化技术处理废水的研究进展

高级催化氧化技术已经成为治理生物难降解有机有毒污染物的重要手段,在印染、化工、农药、造纸、电镀和印制板、制药、医院、矿山等领域以及垃圾渗滤液等废水的处理上已经获得应用,具有很好的应用前景。根据产生自由基的方式和反应条件的不同,可将高级氧化技术分为光化学氧化法、催化臭氧氧化法、电化学氧化法、芬顿(Fenton)氧化法、催化湿式氧化法、超声氧化法等。高级氧化技术具有诸多优点,但其中一些技术方法仍处于研究实验阶段。因此,需要研究一种更高效、完善的技术,以实现大规模工业化应用。     

Worktime control and work stress: the moderating effect of self-comparisons and social comparisons

Abstract

Perceived work-related stress has increased notably in recent years, reducing individuals’ well-being and increasing organizations’ and economies’ costs. This study focuses on worktime control as a key approach to reducing work stress, as the extant research on its effects reports inconsistent results. The study argues that comparisons play a major role in how work stress, conceptualized as effort-reward imbalance, occurs. Ordinary least squares is used to test hypotheses with a sample of 1721 employees from Germany to determine whether employees’ prior worktime control and employees’ referents’ worktime control affect the relationship between worktime control and work stress. Results show that (1) worktime control is negatively associated with the experience of work stress, (2) employees’ prior worktime control moderates the relationship between worktime control and work stress, and (3) there is no moderating effect of employees’ referents’ worktime control. The results are discussed in light of gift-exchange theory and related empirical findings.

本文首先描述了小子样可靠性评估方法的国内外研究现状,介绍小子样可靠性评估试验方法的定义及应用,并结合民用无人机的发射速度进行了一次小子样产品的可靠性评估.综合运用了数据样本子样的概率分布拟合检验方法、样本数据的一致性检验和离群值识别等统计学方法,最终完成了对该产品的可靠性评估.     

简述九江银行对IPv6的探索实践

随着移动互联网、物联网、工业4.0等新兴产业的迅速发展,为了解决IPv4资源枯竭等问题,全面落实《关于金融行业贯彻<推进互联网协议第六版(IPv6)规模部署行动计划﹥的实施意见》文件精神,作为地方性银行,九江银行积极主动开展从IPv4到IPv6演进的探索和应用,制定了原则、目标和措施,通过比对,优化实施方案,并逐步推进,取得了一定的成效。本文简要介绍了该行在IPv4演进到IPv6实践中的一些做法,以供同行探讨和参考。

Portfolio manager home-country culture and mutual fund risk-taking

I find that home-country culture affects portfolio managers’ investment risk-taking and performance. I focus on security value, which measures the degree to which people in a country assign importance to security, safety, and stability. Funds managed by managers from countries with higher security value exhibit lower fund return volatility, trade less frequently, and follow benchmarks more closely. These funds also tend to avoid lottery-type stocks and hence perform significantly better. However, the impact of home-country security value decays as managers spend more time away from their home countries.     

Azéma martingales for Bessel and CIR processes and the pricing of Parisian zero‐coupon bonds

In this paper, we study the excursions of Bessel and Cox–Ingersoll–Ross (CIR) processes with dimensions . We obtain densities for the last passage times and meanders of the processes. Using these results, we prove a variation of the Azéma martingale for the Bessel and CIR processes based on excursion theory. Furthermore, we study their Parisian excursions, and generalize previous results on the Parisian stopping time of Brownian motion to that of the Bessel and CIR processes. We obtain explicit formulas and asymptotic results for the densities of the Parisian stopping times, and develop exact simulation algorithms to sample the Parisian stopping times of Bessel and CIR processes. We introduce a new type of bond, the zero‐coupon Parisian bond. The buyer of such a bond is betting against zero interest rates, while the seller is effectively hedging against a period where interest rates fluctuate around 0. Using our results, we propose two methods for pricing these bonds and provide numerical examples.     

Security regulations,access to capital markets,and firm performance: Evidence from China

This study explores the cost of security regulations in China, where firms are required to meet a certain profitability benchmark before applying for permission to raise more equity via secondary equity offerings (SEOs). Using a difference-in-differences setting, we show that firms affected by the regulation (i.e., firms with high external financing demands (EFD) but profitability lower than the regulatory requirement) significantly underperform their counterparts, while unaffected firms do not. The affected firms’ performance decline increases (decreases) when the requirement of profitability is more (less) restricted. Consistently, the three-day cumulative abnormal return (CAR) of firms with high EFD is significantly negative (positive) when the regulation is tightened (loosened). Our study provides evidence on how the cost of regulation affects companies that have growth opportunities.
