Why Do I Feel Valued and Why Do I Contribute? A Relational Approach to Employee's Organization‐Based Self‐Esteem and Job Performance

Drawing on the relational perspective and self‐consistency theory, we theorize how relationships involving work‐centric, off‐work‐centric, and/or personal components can affect an employee's organization‐based self‐esteem and job performance in Chinese organizational contexts. Matched data were collected from a multi‐source sample that included 219 employee–supervisor dyads from a Chinese bank. Results based on hierarchical regression analyses reveal that a high‐quality relationship with a supervisor through work and off‐work domains (leader–member exchange and guanxi) is positively related to organization‐based self‐esteem. Organization‐based self‐esteem plays a mediating role in the relationship between guanxi and job performance. Additionally, career mentoring from a supervisor (a work‐centric relationship involving personal components) moderates the relationship between organization‐based self‐esteem and job performance.     

工作研究在按摩椅组件装配方法改善中的应用

基于工作研究的原理和方法,对某健康产品有限公司按摩椅组件的装配方法进行了分析改善。首先对按摩椅组件的装配过程进行了流程程序分析,运用5W1H和ECRS方法,通过流程化改善减少了装配过程中的搬运和等待;其次对按摩椅组件的装配过程关键瓶颈工序进行了双手作业分析,通过合理摆放工具和物料,消除了作业浪费。通过对按摩椅组件装配过程的两次改善,装配产能提升了26.7%,单个工人的效率提高了42.9%。     

外资银行进入对我国银行业影响的实证研究

本文通过实证检验,分析了外资银行进入对我国国內银行绩效影响的短期效应,并同其它发展中国家的情况进行了对比研究。计量结果表明,由于我国经济金融体制上的固有特点,我国银行业绩效在面临外资竞争时,也表现出了较大的不同。     

农村信用社农户小额信贷融资制度的效率：一个分析框架

在新制度经济学的分析框架内,重新构造制度效率评价的理论模型,提出农村信用社农户小额信贷制度效率的评价指标体系,并对该制度效率进行测评。结果表明,我国农户小额信贷制度的效率正在逐渐提高,但各地的差异较大,与经济发展水平无关;农户小额信贷制度效率仍存在较大的改进空间,改进的核心在于交易成本的降低和农业风险控制制度的建立和完善。     

A new market for an old food: the U.S. demand for olive oil

While U.S. consumption of olive oil has tripled over the past two decades, nearly all olive oil continues to be imported. Estimation of a demand system using monthly import data reveals that the income elasticity for virgin oils sourced from EU is above one, but demand for nonvirgin oils is income‐inelastic. The demand for olive oil as a single product is price‐inelastic. Differentiated by product characteristic and origin, olive oils are highly substitutable with each other but not with other vegetable oils. News about the health and culinary benefits of olive oil and the spread of Mediterranean diet contribute significantly to the rising demand.     

Partially varying coefficient instrumental variables models

In this article, we study a new class of semiparametric instrumental variables models, in which the structural function has a partially varying coefficient functional form. Under this specification, the model is linear in the endogenous/exogenous components with unknown constant or functional coefficients. As a result, the ill‐posed inverse problem in a general non‐parametric model with continuous endogenous variables can be avoided. We propose a three‐step estimation procedure for estimating both constant and functional coefficients and establish their asymptotic properties such as consistency and asymptotic normality. We develop consistent estimators for their error variances. We demonstrate that the constant coefficient estimators achieve the optimal ‐convergence rate, and the functional coefficient estimators are oracle. In addition, efficiency issue of the parameter estimation is discussed and a simple efficient estimator is proposed. The proposed procedure is illustrated via a Monte Carlo simulation and an application to returns to education.     

技术创新障碍及其提升机制的综述研究

随着现代科学技术和知识经济的发展,技术创新能力日益成为决定企业市场竞争力的重要指标。当前我国技术创新发展体系还不够成熟,存在一系列制约因素,主要包括体制因素、市场信息缺乏、消费者对于创新产品缺乏需求和信任以及技术创新高投入、高风险、高不确定性特征的约束。现阶段应继续在政策、法律等方面加大对企业创新的支持力度,并构建技术创新的服务和信息收集机制,促进企业技术创新能力的提升。     

碳信息披露对投资者保护影响的实证研究——基于沪深两市2008-2010年上市公司经验数据

基于降低信息不对称和代理成本原理,信息披露成为投资者保护的关键因素之一。2003年起英国CDP联署机构投资者邀请企业向投资者披露碳信息,全球共4800多家公司通过CDP披露其温室气体排放和气候变化所带来的风险和机遇。本文搜集2008-2010年进行碳信息披露上市公司的披露情况,评价碳信息披露质量,研究是否披露碳信息、披露碳信息质量与企业代理成本间的相关关系,进而验证碳信息披露对投资者保护功能。研究结果表明,我国碳信息披露比例与质量偏低,但均呈逐年上升趋势;上市公司是否披露碳信息对代理成本没有明显的抑制作用;碳信息披露的质量与企业的显性代理成本没有显著相关关系,但高质量的信息披露能够有效抑制上市公司的隐性代理成本。
