论农地适度规模经营的实现

土地承包关系长期化导致家庭人均土地占有量的不均衡,同时农村中分家习俗造成了土地的琐碎化,而家庭人均土地占有量的减少将进一步加速土地的琐碎化,进而使农民种粮增收的空间进一步缩减。农地的适度规模经营可以提高土地利用效率,一定程度上实现种粮收益的增加。由于目前大部分农民并不愿放弃土地承包权,于是那些可以保留农民土地承包权的土地流转方式将有利于农地适度规模经营的实现。     

我国货币供应量与股市走向的实证研究

应用单位根检验、协整检验和格兰杰因果关系检验等计量分析方法对我国股票市场和货币供应量关系进行实证分析的结果是：从股票市场价格对货币供应量不同层次的影响来看,股票市场价格对m1的影响最大,对m2的影响次之,对m0的影响最小;从货币供应量不同层次对股票市场价格的影响来看,m2对股市价格波动影响最大,m1次之,m0影响最小,但影响程度均相对较低;从货币供应量对上证指数与深成指数的影响来看,货币供应量对深成指数的影响比上证指数大,但流通中的现金m0对两市股价指数的反应都比较弱。因此,货币当局在制定货币政策时,应密切关注股市价格波动因素的影响,将其纳入必要的监管范围,减少股市价格波动对货币政策有效性的冲击。     

林地承包经营权流转中存在问题与对策分析

在分析林地资源流转涵义的基础上,对林地资源流转现状进行了调查分析,指出林地资源流转中存在的问题,提出在森林资源市场化配置方面,政府应发挥调控作用,并进一步提出解决森林资源流转中存在的问题应采取的对策措施。     

可持续发展视角下江苏能源需求情景预测

文章运用IPAT方程和指数分解的方法分析了江苏省2000—2007年的能源消耗及能源消费强度状况;根据江苏能源需求的历史发展趋势、小康社会指标以及发达国家能源利用状况分情景预测了江苏未来能源利用效率及能源需求总量。文章针对实现小康社会目标的各种情景,分析了经济结构对能源需求和能源强度的影响并提出政策建议。     

新疆出口贸易竞争力实证分析

近年来,随着西部大开发战略的实施和上海合作组织经济合作职能的进一步加强,新疆充分利用其地缘、资源等方面的优势积极开展对外贸易,出口贸易的快速增长有力地推动了国民经济的发展.本文通过对新疆进出口增长率、外贸依存度、贸易竞争力指数和显性比较优势指数等指标进行测算和分析,试图对新疆出口贸易竞争力情况作一个比较切合实际的描述,并力争得出有价值的结论.     

The Principled Legal Firm: Insights into the Professional Ideals and Ethical Values of Partners and Lawyers

Understanding how the professional ideals and values of partners influence lawyers’ everyday life is a relatively unexplored area given the inherent difficulties of gaining access to lawyers. This case study sheds light on the professional ideals and ethical values of partners and lawyers in a mid-tier Sydney law firm. Semi-structured interviews with partners and lawyers/legal clerks reveal how partners’ professional ideals and ethical values play a pivotal role in: (1) upholding positive normative evaluations of lawyer/firm propriety (moral legitimacy), (2) stressing the importance of a balanced working life (cognitive legitimacy) and (3) satisfying younger lawyers’ needs for personal support, autonomy and responsibility (pragmatic legitimacy). The principled actions of partners are portrayed as the cornerstone of shaping a moral community in legal practise.

Renminbi exchange rate exposure: evidence from Chinese industries

This paper investigates sensitivity of stock returns of industry-sorted Chinese firms with respect to renminbi exchange rate movements. Strong evidence of significant exposure is documented for 7 out of 16 Chinese industries. Evidence is also found of the size asymmetry effects. In addition, we explore the characteristics of the exposure, and detect evidence of significant exposure among non-exporters in some of the industries. Special attention is given to examining the time-varying exposure under the impact of the new Chinese exchange rate regime in place since 2005, in which even stronger exchange rate exposure is reported. The conditional exposure estimated in this paper also reveals the close relation between stock returns and changes of the renminbi exchange rate.
