新建本科院校物流管理专业实践教学的改革与创新研究

物流管理是一个实践性、应用性很强的专业。然而,由于我国兴办物流教育的时间短,实践教学是目前新建地方本科院校教学中一个相对薄弱的教学环节。文中以惠州学院为例,探讨了物流管理实践教学改革与创新的内容及成果特色,为同类院校提供了有价值的借鉴和参考。     

基于自组织理论的供应链运作风险研究

对供应链系统的自组织特性进行分析,设计了供应链系统运作模型框架。通过对系统间的协同分析,运用熵值理论和可靠性理论从系统的角度分析和度量供应链运作风险,并提出了供应链运作的风险规避方法。     

Variety in the video game industry: An empirical study of the Wundt curve

This study analyzes the effect of variety on consumer utility using historical behavioral information for 1,397 consumers participating in 729,049 unique rounds of play. We show that consumers generally exhibit a preference for variety as part of their gameplay utility. The relationship between variety and utility is nonlinear and follows, at least for some types of variety, an inverted u‐shape as predicted by the Wundt curve. Our results represent the first such evidence on the importance of variety in video gaming, which has significant implications for consumption through optimization of gameplay utility to satisfy the demand for variety.     

TS模糊模型在个股股价预测中的应用研究

个股价格短期内的变化量一般可通过股票技术指标间接反映出来,且这些指标间有着一定的相关性;另外,股票价格模型具有Takagi-Sugeno(TS)模糊模型所研究问题的非线性、时变性特点,基于此,本研究将TS模糊模型与分析出的股票常用技术指标相结合进行股价预测。结果显示预测出的价格与股票实际价格近似一致,精度高,因此研究具有一定的实用价值。     

美国电子支付安全与防范对中国的启示

商务信息、资金支付和商品配送构成了一个完整的电子商务活动，其中网上支付服务是电子商务中最为关键的要素和最高层次．起着连接买卖双方桥梁的作用.采用网上支付业务，可以减少银行成本，加快业务处理的速度，方便客户，同时有利于银行开拓业务．增加中间业务的收入。但是电子支付的安全性问题成为阻碍人们选择电子支付的主要原因。如何化解人们对电子支付安全性的担忧．是开拓电子支付业务的瓶颈之所在。美国电子支付比我国的发展要早，要更加的成熟，他们的成功做法对于我国来讲具有一定的借鉴意义。     

From plan to market: financial statements and economic transition in the East German enterprise

This article examines the changing role of financial accounting in the former East Germany as that country underwent the transition from a centrally planned to a market-driven economy. The German government's insistence on a sales model of privatization in preference to some form of mass privatization, combined with legal requirements to make up equity shortfalls in eastern German enterprises, resulted in a highly centralized and interventionist approach to accounting change. The article reviews and analyses the historical, technical, economic and political aspects of this change process.     

The impact of corporate governance on employment relations in South Korea: the shareholder versus stakeholder perspectives

This study empirically examined the impact of corporate governance on employment relations outcomes utilizing a comprehensive data set drawn from 214 Korean firms. The study contrasted the stakeholder and shareholder perspectives of corporate governance in investigating the impact of corporate governance on employment relations outcomes. The results showed that the stakeholder corporate governance orientation (as compared to the shareholder orientation) had positive relationships with education/training expense, the level of average employee tenure and industrial relations climate, and had a negative association with number of strikes. Overall, the results implied that the stakeholder orientation of firms led to more beneficial effects for employees and more consensual relations with labor unions than the shareholder orientation did.     

对几种常用抗结核类药物的分析研究

当人类迈入2000年的今天,抗结核药物的研究已经获得了更进一步的发展,其中最引人注目的主要是利福霉素和氟喹诺酮这两大类药物,尤以后者更为突出。抗结核药物是结核病化学治疗(简称化疗)的基础,而结核病的化学治疗是人类控制结核病的主要手段。结核病化疗的出现使结核病的控制有了划时代的改变,全球结核病疫情由此得以迅速下降。本文就这一带给人类巨大贡献的事物进行阐述。     

基于知识管理的企业技术创新集成网络模式

论述了基于知识管理的企业技术创新集成络模网式,指出知识管理的核心是知识集成与知识激活。分析建立了通过信息技术直接进行信息、知识和技术的积累、筛选、传递、共享和整合,使分散的专业知识转换为系统的、具体的知识的知识集成机制,以及使外界信息、知识在创新主体中传播、反射、折射,传输不同观点和意见,最后形成基于企业文化和人员素质之上的新创意的知识激活机制。具有紧密压缩的知识管理立体结构的集成络模网式,为企业技术创新信息化、网络化提供了存在的技术平台。     

确保砼外观质量的施工技术措施

随着桥梁工程建设越来越注重砼外观质量,特别是城市及旅游景点的桥梁工程,出露的结构物往往要求一次浇筑成型,面层平整光滑、色泽均匀,棱角顺直、无碰损和污染,不需做任何外装饰,直接采用现浇砼的自然色作为饰面。文章通过模板、砼配合比、砼浇筑及振捣等方面详细阐述了确保砼外观质量的技术措施。
