2008年8月份全国工业生产与消费状况监测

8月份,全国规模以上工业企业增加值同比增长12.8%,比上年同期回落4.7个百分点。工业企业产品销售率为97.75%,同比下降0.81个百分点。工业企业共实现出口交货值7247亿元,同比增长16.3%。1～8月份,全国规模以上工业企业增加值同比增长15.7%。

客户生命周期管理是根据客户价值变化的一个动态管理过程,提高管理水平的一个关键点是识别和判断客户价值。文章通过对客户终身价值的分析,提出客户内在价值和成长价值的概念,对生命周期管理思想进行了补充和完善,并在此基础上重新分析探讨了商业银行零售客户生命周期的管理过程。

Effects of Federal Nutrition Program on Birth Outcomes

Using a nationally representative sample of the birth cohort of the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study, we examine the impact on birth outcomes of the largest federal nutrition program in the United States: Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). By identifying a set of strong and valid instrumental variables for WIC participation, we are able to address the fundamental problem in the literature—selection bias. Similar to recent studies, we find that WIC does not affect average birth weight and average gestational week after correcting for selection bias using the instrumental variable method. However, WIC participation has significantly reduced the probability of very premature birth and (very) low birth weight after controlling selection bias by bivariate probit models. Our results indicate that rather than affecting the average outcomes, WIC is more effective for births that are at high risk. The potential benefits of WIC program can be realized by increasing its focus on more disadvantaged mothers.

我国是世界上较早建立环境影响评价(EIA)制度的国家之一,完善的立法体系是保障EIA有效性的基础。回顾了我国EIA制度的建立和完善历程,阐述了EIA的立法背景和主要驱动力,最后从完善立法框架及建立外部支持保障机制两方面提出若干建议。

准确有效地测度创新项目成熟度是提高企业创新能力的重要途径。以时间内耗因子是影响企业技术创新项目成功的关键因素为理念,通过线性归一化划分创新项目成熟等级,采用雷达图和创新记分卡测度创新项目成熟度,对企业技术创新过程管理和项目管理的可操作性方法进行了研究。     

Volunteer High Performance Work Systems and Service Performance: An Empirical Study of Beijing Olympic Volunteers

This study examines the key human resources factors that affect volunteers’ service performance from the perspectives of volunteers and managers in the Beijing Summer Olympic Games of 2008. Survey data were collected from 1,727 volunteers and 243 managers at the Beijing Olympics test events held at 10 venues between November 2007 and April 2008. Regression analyses and a moderation test were combined to test the hypotheses. A set of high performance work systems (HPWS) for volunteers in the Beijing Summer Olympic Games were developed which include performance management, training, recognition, teamwork and volunteer participation. Volunteer HPWS were positively related to psychological empowerment, which was in turn positively related to service recovery performance. Moreover, transformational leadership moderates the relationship between volunteer HPWS and psychological empowerment in such a way that the relationship is stronger when transformational leadership is at a higher level than when it is at a lower level. Implications and limitations were also discussed.
