知识经济与湖南产业结构的战略性调整

知识经济的兴起,给我国发挥“后发优势”、实现跨越式发展提供了契机。湖南作为我国的一个发展中地区,经济发展水平相对落后,但科技实力相对雄厚,成为发展知识经济的首要条件。本文认为,产业结构的战略性调整应成为湖南发展知识经济的切入点,并提出了面向知识经济时代的产业结构调整战略。

股骨头坏死是骨科难治疾病之一,其具有较高的致残率,严重影响患者身体健康和生命质量,给患者带来极大的心理压力.目前,中药治疗股骨头坏死颇有特色,逐渐被人们认可,故从近年来中药单体、中药经方、自拟方剂3个方面对治疗股骨头坏死的作用机制进行综述,期望为未来中药更加合理有效治疗股骨头坏死提供一定的理论支持.     

Regional Versus Multilateral Solutions to Transboundary Environmental Problems: Insights from the Southeast Asian Haze

At an analytical level, economists have often categorised the international dimensions of environmental problems and policies as being national (or competitiveness), psychological (as opposed to physical) and transboundary (global) in nature. Focusing on transboundary pollution problems, the reasons why a multilateral approach among sovereign nations to solve such global externalities may be difficult are discussed within a simple analytical framework. The paper examines the Southeast Asian experience at a regional approach to tackling the haze problem due to the Indonesian forest fires. It goes on to explore multilateral policy options and constraints for dealing with such transboundary environmental pollution problems.     

Underwriter reputation,earnings management and the long‐run performance of initial public offerings

This study contributes to the extant literature on the nature of earnings management surrounding initial public offerings (IPOs) by investigating the role of underwriter reputation. We argue that prestigious underwriters will protect their reputation by carefully monitoring and certifying financial information on IPO firms, thereby limiting any potential earnings manipulation. As a result, those IPO firms that are associated with more prestigious underwriters are likely to exhibit substantially less‐aggressive earnings management. Conversely, we find the existence of a negative relationship between earnings management and the post‐offer performance of an IPO firm’s stocks only for those firms associated with less‐prestigious underwriters.     

Corporate Hedging Policy and Equity Mispricing

We show that firms’ use of derivatives is negatively associated with stock mispricing. This result is consistent with the notion that hedging improves the transparency and predictability of firms’ cash flows resulting in less misvaluation. Furthermore, we show that the negative relationship between mispricing and hedging is particularly strong when market value is below fundamental value, which is consistent with prior evidence that hedging has a positive impact on firm valuation. Finally, we provide evidence that a “spread‐out” hedging policy that entails the use of a variety of derivative contracts can be more effective in reducing mispricing.

目前国内不同学者对金融协调界定的内涵外延等存在交叉和冲突,导致其诸多层面尚未达成共识,理论体系比较杂乱。此外,金融协调的中观视角研究还很薄弱。通过金融协调理论溯源、内涵、外延、分歧及共识探析,对金融协调理论进行梳理,框定区域协调发展的金融地理学分析的研究主体与内容,同时凸显其实际应用价值,为进一步的研究提供了方向和借鉴。     

国际金融危机背景下我国农村金融服务深化路径选择

由美国次贷危机引发的全球金融危机,对世界各国经济社会产生了消极的影响,对我国农业和农村经济的负面影响也逐步显现。本文首先介绍了国际金融危机对我国农村经济与农村金融的影响,其次溯源了农村金融服务的相关理论,并探讨国际金融危机视角下农村金融服务深化的意义,最后针对当前我国农村金融抑制的现状,提出农村金融服务深化的路径选择,以抑制国际金融危机对我国农村经济及农村金融的影响。     

中部六省金融协调的"短板效应"解析

区域金融协调发展是金融、经济、社会系统的互动协调发展,是金融与经济力、文化力、劳动力、科技力、设施力、开放力、聚集力与环境力的交互作用与动态适应过程.针对金融协调宏观量化研究的不足,本文从显示性指标和解释性指标两个方面剖析中部六省金融成长状况.前者反映中部各省区金融发展差异与综合竞争力的大小,后者的贡献弹性和排名的历史演变提供了这种差异的现实解释,从而为剖析中部各省区金融协调发展的短板,寻找各区域相对薄弱的分力和分力要素,为金融资源的高效配置以及中部六省的金融协调发展提供针对性较强的政策建议.     

东北地区产业结构变化对经济增长贡献的实证研究

东北地区是建国初期我国优先发展重工业的重点地区。改革开放后,我国进行经济体制改革,区域产业结构进行了相应调整,东北地区产业结构随之改变,失去了工业发展优势,经济增长速度放缓。经过产业结构调整,东北地区的产业结构趋向合理,促进了地区经济增长。
