上市公司过度投资动因研究——基于经理报酬视角的分析

当公司存在自由现金流量时,中国上市公司倾向于过度投资,不过自由现金流量与过度投资的关系会因公司的成长机会高低和持有的自由现金流量的多少而有所不同,从而表现出一定的区间效应。其中,代理问题最严重的高自由现金流量、低成长机会的公司过度投资倾向明显大于其他类型的公司。从对公司过度投资的动因检验来看,高自由现金流量的公司的过度投资与经理报酬显著正相关,显示出此类公司过度投资的动机很大程度上在于提高经理报酬,因而表现出很强的机会主义行为。     

中国超额外汇储备的原因、风险及其应对

改革开放以来，中国对外开放程度日益提高，利用外资规模不断增加，尤其是1994年外汇体制改革后，经常项目和资本与金融项目保持双顺差，外汇储备不断增加。截至2006年底，中国外汇储备余额已达到10663亿美元。随着外汇储备的增加，其对中国内外经济的影响也越来越大。因此，分析中国外汇储备快速增长的原因、风险具有非常重要的现实意义。本文从分析中国外汇储备快速增长的机理入手，通过对其成因的分析，指出了其可能引起的风险，并提出了对此风险的应对措施。     

Empirical study on Chinese tourists’ perceived trust and intention to use biometric technology

This paper presents a theoretical model based on the Technology Acceptance Model combined with a perceived trust model. SPSS 23 and Amos 22 were used to analyze Chinese tourists’ responses regarding use of biometric technology in hotels and to assess whether their perception of trust – measured through five potential factors – affected their intention to use it. Chinese tourists traveling in Macau were recruited, and three types of biological identification technology were discussed. A total of 600 questionnaires were sent out, and 583 effective questionnaires were recovered. The results that in addition to perceived ease of use, other factors affected visitors’ perceptions of trust. The degrees of effectiveness, however, differed between the three biological identification technologies. Fingerprint technology was revealed to be the most trusted and accepted biometric technology.

An experiment on the role of tourist attribution: Evidence from negative nature-based incidents

More so than previously, in recent years tourists have been exposed to unexpected adverse situations, such as political instability, caused by the destination. Many aspects of the destination experience do not involve service delivery and product consumption; thus, such an experience needs to be treated uniquely. Acknowledging that the effects of tourists’ inner psychological processes in this context are crucial, this study applies attribution theory to examine how tourists make sense of negative incidents caused by the destination’s natural incidents. The results show the crucial effects of globality attribution in predicting the levels of satisfaction.
