基于产业链的电子银行服务渔业模式研究

渔业的发展离不开金融服务的支持,电子银行改变了传统的金融服务模式,丰富并拓展了金融服务渠道,为渔业的聚合发展增添了新的动力。根据渔业产业链各利益主体的行为,基于资金流和物流的运动轨迹,电子银行可以提供4种金融服务解决方案:基于电子商务和电子支付的全在线服务解决方案、基于手机支付的上下游绑定支付解决方案、基于网上银行和在线支付的订单融资模式解决方案、基于自助服务设备的非现金支付结算解决方案,可根据具体情况,交叉搭配应用。针对当前电子银行业务相关设备主要部署在城市、国民信用体系建设不完善、物流体系不健全、渔业产业链相关公司和个人认识不足等问题,需要加强我国信用环境建设、做好宣传教育、加强政策引导、鼓励部分地区先行先试。     

行政督察是我国行政监督的重要新方式——以土地督察和环保督察为例

行政督察是指有权机关依法设立专门的督察机构和配备专门的督察人员,明确规定其职责权限,并要求督察主体依法独立就特定的行政管理事项对有关行政机关在执行落实有关国家法律、法规、规章、政策等方面进行监督检查,督促有关行政机关依法履行职责并及时纠正它们的违法行为。它在我国行政监督体系中属于行政系统内监督的重要方式。就我国目前的行政督察现状看,它还尚不成熟,只是在某些特定行政管理领域进行尝试,需要进一步明确行政督察设立的法律依据、行政督察的主体、行政督察的权力来源、行政督察的职责、行政督察的权限、行政督察自身的监督。     

Intraday Behavior of Stock Prices and Trades around Insider Trading

Our evidence indicates that insiders' trades provide significant new information to market participants and they are incorporated more fully in stock prices as compared to noninsiders' trades. We find that market professionals do not front-run insiders' trades. Both insiders' purchases and sales result in significant contemporaneous and subsequent price impact, while sales by large shareholders result in a contemporaneous stock price decline that is subsequently reversed. The arrival of insider purchases reverse the prevailing negative order imbalances from third party trades and lead to piggy-backing by market professionals resulting in subsequent market purchase orders as well as stock price increases.     

知识异质性与知识创新绩效的关系研究

在界定知识异质性和知识创新绩效概念的基础上,基于相关研究文献,提出了知识异质性与知识创新绩效的关系假设,以企业研发团队为例,通过对有研发团队工作经验的142名员工进行问卷调查,并对获得的有关数据进行了分析。研究结果显示:团队成员的教育背景异质性对知识创新绩效产生负面影响;知识技能与职业经验异质性对研发团队知识创新绩效均有积极显著影响,藉此进行了实证分析,进而提出了对策建议。     

试论企业如何有效履行企业社会责任

近年来企业社会责任成为企业管理中的热门话题,很多企业不仅将企业社会责任作为维护企业声誉与品牌关誉及规避政府诉讼的有效手段,更将其作为可以有效推动企业可持续发展的重要管理措施。换句话说企业已不再将企业社会责任作为一种公关策略,而是已经作为企业有效管理的重要的一个组成部分。如何有效履行企业社会责任成为企业所思考的关键问题。     

退耕还林政策选择对农户收入的影响——以我国京津风沙源治理工程为例

在我国加入WTO后,政府已经明确提出将农业保险及其补贴政策作为促进农业发展和稳定农民收入的替代性政策。然而,农业保险制度可能导致生态环境恶化。本文以新疆玛纳斯河流域为例,运用联立方程组对现行农业保险制度与农户农用化学要素施用行为之间的关系进行实证分析。实证结果显示,化肥、农药、农膜的施用决策对农户购买农业保险决策的影响不尽相同;同时,农户农业保险购买决策对其化肥、农药、农膜的施用行为以不同的方式产生影响。此外,本研究也表明了在我国现行“低保费、低理赔”的农作物保险制度下,鼓励农户参保并不会给环境带来显著的负面影响。     

IMF Bank-Restructuring Efficiency Outcomes: Evidence from East Asia

We report new findings on bank efficiency in East Asian countries for the pre- and post-IMF restructuring periods. We find that bank efficiency has improved, but only to the pre-IMF intervention level, and that restructured banks are not more efficient than their unrestructured counterparts. Different restructuring measures have different effects. Bank closures are economically justified, but mergers show short-term efficiency losses. Recapitalization and reprivatization of badly performing banks lead to efficiency improvement, but also increase government ownership. Ease of entry that has allowed for more foreign bank participation results in slightly improved performance of badly performing banks.

How do quotes and prices evolve around isolated informed trades?

This article investigates the order imbalance and price behavior of trades and quotes around isolated informed trades intraday. Different patterns of order flows around informed trades are documented because of the originating stock exchange, the type of informed trader, the size of the order, and the type of the firm whose shares are traded. The informed trader acts contrarian to prior trades. Informed purchases follow price declines, and sales are after price increases. The informed trade is recognized by the market maker. The purchase is executed at a significantly higher price, while the sale is executed at a significantly lower price. Trades contain more information if the insiders are at small firms. Larger orders and orders by top executives also contain more information. The order imbalance changes around an informed trade. Orders are seller-initiated prior to the purchase and become buyer-initiated after the trade. On the other hand, the order imbalance changes from buyer- to seller-initiated right around insider sales. Reversals in order imbalance are more pronounced for informed trades in small firms, for larger trades, and by top executives. There are important policy implications of the results. The recognition of informed trades by market makers justifies more scrutiny by the Securities and Exchange Commission in order to ensure fair trading.

微博作为一种新兴的社交网络已经以极快的速度风靡世界,本文主要针对微博中的新闻语篇进行针对小句的主位分析以及针对语篇整体结构的主位推进模式分析,旨在揭示这类语篇相比较于其他类型文体以及传统新闻语篇,有什么前景化特征。本文采取随机筛选的方式,从各大主流新闻媒体的官方微博上选取新闻语篇作为语料,对新闻语篇的主位的结构、标记以及主位推进模式进行了分析和归纳。
