以人为本理念在妇产科护理管理的应用效果分析

目的分析以人为本的护理理念在妇产科护理管理中的具体应用效果。方法随机选取了2012年1月至12月在我院接受治疗的妇产科患者202例作为研究对象，随机分为两组，其中对照组患者采取常规护理方法，而实验组患者则采取的是以人为本的护理措施，采取科学的评价方法，对两组患者的护理效果进行比较分析。结果实验组患者在经过护理干预后，患者疾病的不确定感下降，患者自身的满意度提升，与对照组患者比较差异具有显著的统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论采取以人为本的护理理念在妇产科的护理中有比较好的应用价值，能够收到比较好的护理效果，所以值得在临床上进行应用推广。     

Treatment patterns,complications, and direct medical costs associated with ankylosing spondylitis in Chinese urban patients: a retrospective claims dataset analysis

Aim: To describe treatment pattern, complications, and direct medical costs associated with ankylosing spondylitis (AS) in Chinese urban patients.

Methods: The 2013 China Health Insurance Research Association (CHIRA) urban insurance claims database was used to identify patients with AS. The identified patients were stratified by AS treatments for the comparisons of well established AS-related complications and direct medical costs. Conventional regression analyses adjusted the collected patient baseline characteristics to confirm the impact of treatments on complications and direct medical costs.

Results: Of the identified 1299 patients with AS, 18.0% received non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID), 11.2% received immunosuppressant, 48.2% received NSAID plus immunosuppressant, 4.6% received biologic agents, and 17.9% received medications without indication for AS. Biologic group was associated with the lowest proportion of AS-related complications (8.3%) that was confirmed by multiple logistic regression analysis (odds ratio = 0.200, p?=?.017). The biologic group was also associated with highest direct medical costs (median: RMB?=?14,539) that were confirmed by the multiple generalized linear model (coefficient = 1.644, p?Conclusions: Biologics were not commonly used for AS in Chinese patients likely due to their high cost. Future studies are needed to confirm the potential long-term clinical benefits associated biologic treatment for AS.     

The integrated yard truck and yard crane scheduling problem: Benders’ decomposition-based methods

This paper proposes a novel integrated model for yard truck and yard crane scheduling problems for loading operations in container terminal. The problem is formulated as a mixed-integer programming model. Due to the computational intractability, two efficient solution methods, based on Benders’ decomposition, are developed for problem solution; namely, the general Benders’ cut-based method and the combinatorial Benders’ cut-based method. Computational experiments are conducted to evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed solution methods.     

我国扶持创新型企业发展的知识产权制度探讨

从金融危机以来我国企业的抗风险能力看，创新和知识产权在应对危机中发挥着巨大作用。当前，我国企业的自主创新意识不高、自主创新能力和知识产权综合能力不足，已经成为制约相关产业核心竞争力形成的瓶颈。一方面，是因为我国的创新政策法律体系尤其是知识产权保护法制仍显粗糙，另一方面，是企业本身的知识产权工作仍有不少的问题，需要在进一步提高知识产权工作的战略地位，以及营造保障企业知识产权的司法环境等方面，加以制度整合和建设。     

略论轮船招商局股份制变异之表现(1872-1911)——以企业主体性和企业内部治理结构为透视点

轮船招商局是在西方在华洋行的示范、刺激以及洋务官僚的极力倡导下产生的近代企业。它仿行西法,采用西方股份制,但由于当时社会历史条件的制约,在采用西方股份制及实际运作过程中发生了诸多变异,突出表现在企业主体性缺乏以及企业内部治理结构缺乏有效制衡两个方面。     

Role of tourism in connecting Taiwan and China: Assessing tourists' perceptions of the Kinmen–Xiamen links

For a broad understanding of tourism across the Taiwan Strait, this paper previously draws on an overview of tourism and the evolutionary process of “Mini Three Links” policy between Kinmen (of Taiwan) and Xiamen (of China). Further, using empirical testing, the paper assesses the perceptions of Kinmen tourists towards China. The results reveal the fact that low-politics activity or people-to-people contacts can be an effective force to reduce tension. The finding of the paper also indicates that as long as tourism across the Taiwan Strait continues to grow, the relationship between Kinmen and Xiamen can therefore be normalized and promoted.     

技术性贸易壁垒给发展中国家出口带来的积极影响

随着世界经济一体化在全球范围内的不断扩大,国与国之间的贸易往来也越来越紧密,直接导致世界贸易额的增长远远超过同时期世界工业产值的增长,对世界各国经济的发展起到了积极的推动作用。与此同时,参与国际贸易的国家,尤其是发达国家设置的技术性贸易壁垒的种类也在不断增多,给国际贸易的发展,特别是发展中国家出口贸易的增长带来了消极影响。从长远来看给发展中国家在技术创新、管理创新、社会效益、环境效益、竞争优势和立法水平等方面将带来积极的影响。     

蓝领中产阶级及其在转型期城市中的孕育

导读:当城市由"量的工业化"向"质的工业化"转型过程中,农民工群体 的定位也将发生由传统的纯体力劳动者向"蓝领中产阶级"身份与角色的切换.当前,中国城市正进入多元经济结构的调整期,其中区域结构转型、再分配结构调整以及人口管控的新趋势,为农民工转化为城市蓝领中产阶级提供了新的契机.     

北京奥运期间抵制法货运动对中国境内合资企业产法国品牌汽车销售量的影响估计

2008年北京奥运期间,中法之间由于西藏骚乱和奥运火炬传递巴黎受阻等事件,在中国各大重要城市引发了一场大规模抵制法货的运动.本文运用Difference in Difference (DID)方法,以中国境内合资汽车企业生产的法国品牌汽车为例,实证估计了抵制运动对法国品牌汽车销量的影响,并进行了多项统计检验.结果发现:(1)由于抵制运动,研究期内,法国品牌汽车遭受了巨大的需求冲击--月均销量下降至少40%;(2)由于替代效应,中国自主知识产权品牌汽车生产厂商在一定程度上从抵制运动中受益;(3)低排量汽车消费者是抵制运动的主要参与者.
