企业人力资源管理中的伦理问题及对策

伦理作为一种重要的价值观念和行为规范，英在企业人力资源管理中具有十分重要的意义。从伦理角度看，当前人力资源管理中仍存在不足，需要从建立人本管理的理念入手，在人力资源管理的各项职能工作中践行人文精神和伦理观念。     

Effect of Money Supply on Real Output and Price in China

Over the past 30 years, China has achieved remarkable long-term economic growth. Using quarterly data, we study the effects of money supply on real output and inflation in China between 1993 and 2008. To this end, we use money supply shocks afler filtering out the expected component of the money supply. Our findings provide evidence supporting the asymmetric effect of positive and negative money supply shocks on real output and inflation in China. That is, real GDP growth in China responds to negative money supply shocks but not positive money supply shocks. In addition, inflation responds to positive money supply shocks but not negative money supply shocks. We conclude that the People＇s Bank of China＇ s policy of steady monetary growth appears to be appropriate. Our study offers important policy implications for China.     

Service quality gaps of business customers in the shipping industry

This paper extends the gaps model of [Zeithaml, V.A., Parasuraman, A., Berry, L. 1990. Delivering Quality Service: Balancing Customer Perceptions and Expectation. The Free Press, New York] from the service provider to the business customer side by examining two service quality (SQ) gaps. One is the SQ gap between types of business customers and the other is the SQ gap among employee statuses of business customers. Besides that, the five-factor SERVQUAL measure as the initial hypothesized model is also tested. The applicability of SERVQUAL to measuring the perceived SQ of customers in the shipping industry of Taiwan is rejected empirically. The existence of the two hypothesized gaps is verified by the method of MANOVA.

The impact of jump risks on nominal interest rates and foreign exchange rates

This article investigates the relationship between the nominal interest rate and inflation and also the forward exchange rate under a general specification of the underlying processes govering the foreign exchange rate. There are three distinct risks that affect the relation between the real rate of interest and the nominal rate namely, consumption risk, diffusion risk, and the existence of jump risks of inflation. Jump risks lower the nominal interest rate because of jump hedging of a nominal bond. The forward exchange rate depends on the expected depreciation of the domestic currency as well as these three risks. As the domestic jump risks increase, the domestic nominal interest rate decreases and the forward exchange rate decreases.     

浅析国有商业银行不良贷款资产证券化

本文在分析了我国国有商业银行不良资产以及证券化的现状的基础上,通过对国有银行不良贷款资产证券化的可行性分析,为我国国有商业银行不良资产证券化提供了相应的政策建议。     

水城县沙坡村人口和家庭再生产的历史分析

通过对沙坡村近50年来不同时期的人口和家庭再生产的历史分析,总结了影响沙坡村人口和家庭再生产的主要因素。结果表明:1950年以来,沙坡村人口数量增长和家庭再生产明显受到制度变革的影响,但对该村人口性别结构失衡日趋严重的现象,各种制度变革都不能给出合理的说明,而传统家庭观念的盛行却较好地解释了这种现象。     

赤道原则-国际金融公司政策的延伸

赤道原则是国际项目融资的环境与社会的最低行业标准。它的制订与执行由国际金融公司主导,它的核心内容基本上援引了国际金融公司的政策和指南,国际金融公司环境与社会政策的评审结果关乎着赤道原则的命运。国际金融公司也帮助赤道银行培训赤道原则专家,国际金融公司的政策与实践直接影响赤道原则的性质。它把自己定位为开发性金融规则的提倡者,是由于现实因素的推动,客观上提高了银行的公众形象,也提高了国际金融公司自身的形象。     

浅析地勘企业探矿权和采矿权会计处理

地勘企业按照现代企业制度的要求,以上市为目的进行股份制改制,是探索商业性地质工作进入资本市场一种积极和有效的尝试.本文结合云南地矿资源股份有限公司在改制过程中对矿业权的会计处理办法,提出了解决探矿权在<企业会计制度>中的归类、采矿权的摊销和后期投入资本化等具体论据.
