A comparative static application of the Heckscher-Ohlin model of factor proportions: Korean experience

Zusammenfassung Eine komparativ-statische Anwendung des Heckscher-Ohlin-Modells der Faktorproportionen: Die koreanische Erfahrung. - In diesem Aufsatz wird die komparativ-statische Variante des Heckscher-Ohlin-Modells für eine empirische Analyse der koreanischen Erfahrungen von 1960 bis 1980 benutzt und dabei gezeigt, da?die zeitliche Entwicklung der Struktur des koreanischen Au?enhandels mit den Erwartungen der Theorie übereinstimmt. In der Anfangsphase des exportorientierten Wachstums dominierten arbeitsintensive Sektoren im Warenexport, w?hrend die kapitalintensiven Exportsektoren in der sp?teren Phase hervortraten. Der gewogene Durchschnitt der Kapitalintensit?t von Korea’s Güterexporten stieg st?ndig entsprechend der Erh?hung der Kapitalakkumulation pro Arbeiter im verarbeitenden Sektor.

Résumé Une application comparative statique du modèle Heckscher-Ohlin des proportions de facteur: L’expérience coréenne. - Dans cet article l’auteur applique la version comparative statique du modèle Heckscher-Ohlin pour analyser l’expérience coréenne pendant 1960-1980. Il démontre que l’évolution de la composition du commerce extérieur coréen se conforme avec ce qu’on peut attendre du théorème. Il observe que les secteurs intensifs à main d’oeuvre dominent les exportations des biens coréens pendant la première période de la croissance orientée à l’exportation et que les secteurs exportatrices intensifs aux capitaux deviennent plus importants dans la période suivante. L’intensité de capital des exportations manufacturières de la Corée s’augmentait continuellement en conformité avec le progrès de l’accumulation de capital par travailleur dans le secteur manufacturier coréen.

Resumen Aplication comparativo-estática del modelo de proportion de factores Heckscher-Ohlin a la experiencia coreana. - En este trabajo se aplica la versión comparativoestática del modelo de Heckscher y Ohlin para analizar empíricamente la experiencia coreana en el período 1960–1980. Se demuestra que la evolución de la pauta del comercio coreano ha sido conforme a lo que predice el teorema. Se puede observar que las exportaciones de los sectores intensivos en mano de obra predominaron en la primer fase del crecimiento hacia afuera y que los sectores intensivos en capital surgieron más tarde. La intensidad de capital media ponderada de las exportaciones coreanas de manufacturas continuó aumentando de acuerdo con el aumento de la formation de capital por trabajador en cada sector manufacturero.

江苏居民收入分配差距及其治理分析

改革开放以来,江苏居民收入普遍提高,人民生活得到很大改善,但近年来居民收入开始出现差距并且日益扩大,已成为影响社会稳定和经济发展的重要问题。文章首先分析了江苏居民收入分配的现状,然后剖析了影响居民收入分配差距过大的成因,在此基础上提出了防止居民收入差距过大的治理对策。     

What Prompts the People＇s Bank of China to Change Its Monetary Policy Stance？ Evidence from a Discrete Choice Model

In the present paper, we model the policy stance of the People＇s Bank of China （PBC） as a latent variable, and the discrete changes in the reserve requirement ratio, policy interest rates, and the scale of open market operations are taken as signals of movement of this latent variable. We run a discrete choice regression that relates these observed indicators of policy stance to major trends of macroeconomic and financial developments, which are represented by common factors extracted from a large number of variables. The predicted value of the estimated model can then be interpreted as the implicit policy stance of the PBC. In a second step, we estimate how much of the variation in the PBC＇ s implicit stance can be explained by measures of its policy objectives on inflation, growth and financial stability. We find that deviations of CPI inflation from an implicit target and deviations of broad money growth from the announced targets, but not output gaps, figure significantly in the PBC＇s policy changes.

中国加入WTO后，我国会计行业将面临许多新问题。从理论到实践，都需要进行调整改进，本主要讨论了WTO对会计环境、会计理论与实务的影响，并提出了相应的解决办法，如尽快统一我国会计规范体系、尽快建立起以会计管理为核心的会计模式、在会计业和内容上进行创新拓展，对一些会计核算方法进行变革。
