上市公司资产减值方向信息含量研究——来自沪深两市2003年的经验证据

我国新颁布的《企业会计准则第8号——资产减值》规定,存货等已确认的资产减值不得转回。针对新准则对资产减值单向计提的规定,本文从资产减值准备计提方向研究上市公司资产减值的信息含量,发现资产减值的计提方向存在信号显示作用。这表明资产减值准备方向传递了公司未来前景的信息,全面取缔资产减值准备的转回将减少资产减值的部分信息含量。     

税务会计研究论文的实证分析

从1994年至2002年发表的税务会计研究论文有180多篇,本文通过对其内容、作者、发表时间、作者单位、发表期刊等方面进行实证分析,试图发现我国税务会计研究的一些规律,以期对我国今后的税务会计研究得出一些有益的启示。     

Anticipated Environmental Policy and Transitional Dynamics in an Endogenous Growth Model

This paper makes a new attempt toinvestigate how an anticipatedenvironmental policy governs the transitionaldynamics of an economy when pollutionexternality is taken into account. Themodeling strategy we use is an AK technologyendogenous growth framework with an endogenousleisure-labor choice. It is found that, unlikeinelastic labor supply framework, a rise inpublic abatement expenditure will stimulate thebalanced economic growth rate. It is alsofound that public abatement technology plays animportant role in determining the transitionaladjustment of the economic growth rate inresponse to a pre-announced environmentalpolicy.     

刘勰《知音》的理论辨析

在被誉为"体大思精"的<文心雕龙>中,专文论及文学的批评与鉴赏问题的只有两篇,即<指瑕>和<知音>,其中<指瑕>主要探讨了文章在用词、文义、比拟、语音等方面的毛病,而因其在概念的厘定和指认诸问题上存在较多的偏颇和疏漏之处,在多个方面已被后世的文论家如纪昀、黄侃等质疑.<知音>提出了对作品采取"六观"说的鉴赏(批评)方法和对鉴赏者(读者)"操千曲而后晓声,观千器而后识器"的修养要求.<知音>因影响深远的"六观"说的提出,并且在理论上又具有比<指瑕>更为圆融的自洽性而占据了重要的位置.     

This is what the leading indicators lead

We propose an optimal filter to transform the Conference Board Composite Leading Index (CLI) into recession probabilities in the US economy. We also analyse the CLI's accuracy at anticipating US output growth. We compare the predictive performance of linear, VAR extensions of smooth transition regression and switching regimes, probit, non‐parametric models and conclude that a combination of the switching regimes and non‐parametric forecasts is the best strategy at predicting both the NBER business cycle schedule and GDP growth. This confirms the usefulness of CLI, even in a real‐time analysis. Copyright © 2002 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.

继第三方物流之后,第四方物流又悄然兴起。文中对此进行了分析,指出了其兴起的原因、面临的问题,并以此为基础,探讨了我国应怎样合理发展第四方物流。     

资源约束与地区经济收敛——基于资源稀缺性与资源配置力的考察

本文从资源稀缺性出发,提出并运用资源配置力这一新的分析工具,对2003年以来中国所面临的经济增长、资源约束与区域经济变动状况作了分析。结果表明,市场供求关系变化导致资源稀缺的结构性变迁与地域性转移,使地区资源配置力与经济竞争力发展相应变动。东部沿海能源与矿产等资源短缺地区备受资源约束递增的压力;中西部尤其是能源与矿产等资源富集地区资源配置力与经济竞争力明显递增,从而出现地区经济收敛趋势。     

浅谈企业采购与付款业务内部控制测评

采购与付款业务是指企业支付货币取得物品或劳务的过程,是企业生产经营管理中的一个重要环节,也是一个薄弱环节。由于采购与付款业务涉及资金与存货的进出,极易产生错弊。在市场经济大潮的冲击下,缺乏透明度的采购过程,又产生了“以权谋私,暗箱操作,弄虚作假,收受回扣,跑冒滴漏”等问题,导致企业资金流失,采购物品质次价高,资金使用效益低下,影响了企业的生产经营效益的提高。因此,企业应建立采购与付款业务内部控制,对请购、审批、签约、采购、验收、审核和付款等环节建立标准化的业务处理程序,健全以采购申请、经济合同、结算凭证、验收入…     

Linking Public Investment to Private Investment. The Case of Spanish Regions

Public investment constitutes one of the main instruments of regional policies. The existence of a direct link between infrastructure and regional income per capita is usually accepted. Literature also describes a positive effect of public investment on private capital accumulation. This paper seeks to provide new empirical evidence on this latter relationship for the case of Spanish regions over the period 1965–1997 using panel data methodology. The results show a positive effect of productive and social public investment (especially in education) on private investment. The spillover effects generated by the productive infrastructures located in other regions do not seem to encourage the private investment in neighbouring regions. Public consumption and interest rate exert a negative influence on private capital accumulation. These results are robust to changes in the econometric specification.     

论全球经济失衡

全球经济失衡是当前世界经济的一大特点。在研究国内外有关全球经济失衡的观点的基础上,本文认为全球经济失衡实际上是国际经济新格局正在形成的表现。研究一国经济的对外失衡不应该仅仅研究贸易项目或经常项目的失衡,而更应当研究整个国际收支的失衡。全球经济失衡的根源是美国的失衡。一个国家的对外失衡是国内经济失衡的表现,中国贸易顺差与人民币汇率升值与否没有必然的联系,从根本上说来自于中国经济的转型。在解决全球经济失衡中,主要国家的货币政策的协调主要表现为汇率政策的协调。这一协调是解决经济全球失衡必要的、但不是唯一的手段。解决中国经济对外失衡的关键是治理中国经济的内部失衡。
