基于生命周期理论的FDI产业集聚根植性研究

改革开放以来,由外国直接投资的进入而产生的FDI产业集聚对中国沿海地区经济高速增长起到了重要促进作用。但是近年来,外资撤离的现象时有发生,形成这一现象的原因很多,其中FDI产业集聚的根植性问题尤其值得关注。本文从FDI产业集聚演化的角度出发,分析了处于不同发展阶段的FDI产业集聚影响其根植性的因素,并以山东省韩资企业集聚为例对其根植性状况进行了考察,最后提出了增强FDI产业集聚根植性的对策建议。     

我国城市应急管理体制存在的问题及对策研究

随着社会的进一步转型和市场经济深层次变革,许多深层次社会矛盾和问题逐渐显现,可能引发各种危机的不确定因素也随之增加,危机的危害程度大大提高。如何有效、及时、和平地处理突发性危机事件,已经成为今后一个时期必须给予高度重视的问题。为了提高应对公共危机的能力,我国城市政府应当尽快建立一体化的综合应急管理体制,汲取国内外应急管理建设的经验,提高管理的科学性,强化全社会协作能力,使城市更好地防御危机。     

增值税会计:税法导向还是财税分离

增值税已经成为我国第一大税种,但增值税会计理论研究及其会计处理实务,却没有像所得税会计那样给予应有的重视和关注。本文在简述增值税税负的基础上,分析了国内外增值税会计处理方法、存在问题及其原因。认为应该借鉴所得税会计处理原则,以体现财务会计目标为宗旨,尽可能减少税法对(财务)会计的"干预"。初步构建了以增值税会计目标为起点的增值税会计理论结构框架,提出了基于"财税适度分离"的增值税会计处理思路,并希望我国能够尽快制定增值税会计准则。     

环境治理的经济学分析

环境资源和环境治理具有公共物品性和外部性,这导致了环境资源的过度使用和环境治理供给不足。但是市场机制无法自行解决这些困境,因此政府有必要采取措施解决。常用的经济学方法有庇古税、产权界定和国家规制等方法,但是这些方法存在一定的缺陷,应当有选择性地使用。     

Nonlinear regression models with single‐index heteroscedasticity

We consider nonlinear heteroscedastic single‐index models where the mean function is a parametric nonlinear model and the variance function depends on a single‐index structure. We develop an efficient estimation method for the parameters in the mean function by using the weighted least squares estimation, and we propose a “delete‐one‐component” estimator for the single‐index in the variance function based on absolute residuals. Asymptotic results of estimators are also investigated. The estimation methods for the error distribution based on the classical empirical distribution function and an empirical likelihood method are discussed. The empirical likelihood method allows for incorporation of the assumptions on the error distribution into the estimation. Simulations illustrate the results, and a real chemical data set is analyzed to demonstrate the performance of the proposed estimators.     

探析我国农业物流组织存在的问题与对策

我国农业物流组织还未形成体系,农业产业化水平尚处在起步阶段,农业物流组织方面系统的研究文献资料也比较少。在这种前提下,作者根据有关农业物流、农村经济组织、农业产业化等大量文献资料,在对其系统学习和比较分析并结合实际调研的情况下,形成了对我国农业物流组织的基本认识,提出了自己的一些观点和想法,主要包括：农业物流组织的界定和分类、我国农业物流组织存在的主要问题,并针对相关问题提出一些建议。希望能抛砖引玉,使我国农业物流组织得到足够的重视和研究,为解决三农问题添砖加瓦。     

Effects of Federal Nutrition Program on Birth Outcomes

Using a nationally representative sample of the birth cohort of the Early Childhood Longitudinal Study, we examine the impact on birth outcomes of the largest federal nutrition program in the United States: Special Supplemental Nutrition Program for Women, Infants, and Children (WIC). By identifying a set of strong and valid instrumental variables for WIC participation, we are able to address the fundamental problem in the literature—selection bias. Similar to recent studies, we find that WIC does not affect average birth weight and average gestational week after correcting for selection bias using the instrumental variable method. However, WIC participation has significantly reduced the probability of very premature birth and (very) low birth weight after controlling selection bias by bivariate probit models. Our results indicate that rather than affecting the average outcomes, WIC is more effective for births that are at high risk. The potential benefits of WIC program can be realized by increasing its focus on more disadvantaged mothers.     

Complexity, concentration and contagion

This paper develops a network model of interbank lending in which unsecured claims, repo activity and shocks to the haircuts applied to collateral assume centre stage. We show how systemic liquidity crises of the kind associated with the interbank market collapse of 2007–2008 can arise within such a framework, with funding contagion spreading widely through the web of interlinkages. Our model illustrates how greater complexity and concentration in the financial network may amplify this fragility. The analysis suggests how a range of policy measures – including tougher liquidity regulation, macro-prudential policy, and surcharges for systemically important financial institutions – could make the financial system more resilient.     

基于终身价值分析的商业银行零售客户生命周期管理

客户生命周期管理是根据客户价值变化的一个动态管理过程,提高管理水平的一个关键点是识别和判断客户价值。文章通过对客户终身价值的分析,提出客户内在价值和成长价值的概念,对生命周期管理思想进行了补充和完善,并在此基础上重新分析探讨了商业银行零售客户生命周期的管理过程。     

大学计算机课程运用案例教学的应用研究

从培养目标、认知结构和学习策略出发,阐述了对案例教学的理解和认识;对计算机系列课程中运用案例教学的可行性进行了全方位的讨论研究;结合教学实际介绍了案例教学在课堂教学的实施控制过程和选编案例的标准;提出了对案例教学未来发展的看法。
