A response to the critiques of DEA by Dmitruk and Koshevoy, and Bol

We here critique the articles by Dmitruk & Koshevoy (1991, J Econ Theory 55:121–144) and by Bol (1986, J Econ Theory 38:380–385) by showing how to solve the examples they erected to show the non-existence of functions for evaluating performance efficiencies in DEA. We also show that functions satisfying these criteria—and other important criteria as well—were already available prior to the publications of D&K and by Bol and have since been greatly extended to increase the power and scope of DEA.

A context-based service matching approach towards functional reliability for industrial systems

ABSTRACT

As service-oriented computing is commonly used in industrial systems to deal with the continually changing business environment, matching processes with existing services becomes one of the most important phases in constructing, integrating and optimizing information systems. The precision of semantic service matching becomes a critical factor in ensuring the correctness of functionalities in system processes. However, the dependability of semantic service matching cannot be warranted in complex contexts. To improve semantic service matching for industrial systems, a context-based semantic service matching approach named ‘Process-Based service MatchMaker’(PBMM) is proposed in this paper. It selects the suitable services for the process from candidate services through taking the dependencies of related services process into consideration.

工程机械企业融资租赁风险分析与评价

根据工程机械企业的特点,通过对融资租赁的风险分析,构建了风险预警指标体系。在此基础上,运用多级模糊综合评判法,提出工程机械企业开展融资租赁的风险评价模型。     

电信企业转型中的组织与人力资源机制创新研究

电信企业转型是一个从市场转型到服务与技术转型再到企业管理转型的多种内容并存、全方位、相互交叉的过程,而管理转型中的一个关键问题是组织与人力资源机制创新问题。通过对当前电信企业转型中组织与人力资源机制创新的必然性和基本内涵的阐述,研究了电信企业组织人力资源机制创新的主要措施,即以市场化导向创新组织架构、以岗位和职务通道分类管理创新用人机制、以多渠道吸纳新兴业务人才创新用工机制和以市场与客户价值为导向创新分配机制。     

基于融资考虑对股权回报率确定方法的选择

上市公司在股票市场上融资时面临两类融资考虑问题:其一是资本结构的"溢出效应",它提高了股权回报率;其二是市场投资者的认知偏差,它可能提高或者降低要求的股权回报率。FAR与NEER是确定股权回报率的两类截然不同的方法:FAR有利于实现公司价值最大化目标,而NEER能够促使短期股价最大化。在通过比较这两类方法的异同后指出,在不同的融资考虑组合下,公司应根据自身情况选择适合的方法确定项目投资要求的股权回报率。

科技创新和成果转化是贯彻“科教兴国”战略的核心问题,而成果转化作为科技进步过程的重要环节,目前正日益演化为一项与科技、经济和社会三者紧密联系的综合活动。文章提出了标准化是科技成果转化的“船”和“桥”的观点,并讨论了如何做好科技成果转化过程四个阶段的标准化工作。     

国内金融风险预警系统研究综述及综合经营下的EWS框架构建

文章通过对1997年以来国内在金融风险预警系统研究文献的梳理和评价,以研究我国金融风险预警系统研究领域的弱势及空白领域。在借鉴国内外成熟和最新的理论成果及预警方法实践的基础上,结合当前我国金融业综合经营趋势及该趋势下风险来源、传染路径的特殊性,探讨了适用于金融综合经营趋势下的风险预警框架的构建。

为实现基于动态Web页面湖南晚稻品种选择平台,通过ASP.NET技术实现动态Web页面,应用框架编程思想结合C#编程语言和现代数据库技术实现数据交互式处理,利用MD5算法确保数据的安全性,Windows系列操作系统是该平台实现的重要基础及组成部分。     

Leverage, options liabilities, and corporate bond pricing

The two major problems with typical structural models are the failure to attain a positive credit spread in the very short term, and overestimation of the overall level of the credit spread. We recognize the presence of option liabilities in a firm’s capital structure and the effect they have on the firm’s credit spread. Including option liabilities and employing a regime switching interest rate process to capture the business cycle resolves the above-mentioned drawbacks in explaining credit spreads. We find that the credit spread overestimation problem in one of the structural models, Collin-Dufresne and Goldstein (J Finan 56:1929–1957, 2001), can be resolved by combining option liabilities and the regime-switching interest rate process when dealing with an investment grade bond, whereas with junk bonds, only the regime-switching interest rate process is needed. We also examine vulnerable option values, debt values, and zero-coupon bond values with different model settings and leverage ratios.
