根据国家标准对温州市旅游资源结构的系统分析

以温州市按《旅游资源分类、调查与评价》（GB／T18972-2003）国家标准进行旅游资源普查所获得的资料为依据。从旅游资源单体的类型结构、级别结构、空间分布结构等方面来对温州市旅游资源结栌作全面分析。初步总结出温州市旅游资源结构具有以下3点特性：类型结构上既表现出种类一定程度的完整度。又表现出资源种类在少数主类下的较高集中度;在级别结构上呈现出“谷仓型”结构;空间分布结构具有面上的广布性和点上的集中性的双重特性。     

小额信贷扶贫与财务可持续性:作用机制与协调发展研究

扶贫与财务可持续发展是小额信贷公司应该同时兼顾的两个重要问题,本文从静态和动态角度分析小额信贷公司扶贫和财务可持续发展的作用机制,研究发现在短期内小额信贷对盈利的追求会损害扶贫功能的发挥,但从长期、动态的角度看,扶贫与财务可持续发展是可以协调的,提出了我国小额信贷扶贫与财务可持续性协调发展的具体对策。     

房地产企业的规模经济效应分析

文章采用56家房地产上市公司2007年股票市场的数据,定量的分析了房地产业的规模经济效应,并应用数据包络分析法对我国房地产企业的规模经济效应进行评估。结果显示,我国房地产企业存在规模不经济现象。     

Fear of Floating and Pegging: A Simultaneous Choice Model of De Jure and De Facto Exchange Rate Regimes in Developing Countries

We present an analysis of the determinants of de jure and de facto exchange rate regimes based on a panel probit model with simultaneous equations. The model is estimated using simulation-based maximum likelihood methods. The empirical results suggest a triangular structure of the model such that the choice of de facto regimes depends on the choice of de jure regimes but not vice versa. This gives rise to a novel interpretation of regime discrepancies.

Chivalrous idealist and pragmatic strategist: the influence of Mohist values on Ma Yun’s leadership in China

ABSTRACT

In the study of leadership within the private sector in China, few scholars have tried to link ancient Chinese teachings to the present leadership style beyond the level of highlighting Confucianism and/or militarist philosophy. This study argues that Mohist teachings are the foundation of Ma Yun’s leadership in Alibaba.com. Using three propositions of (a) Ma Yun’s motivation to become a start-up CEO, (b) structuring his business using his inter-national skills and linguistic competences and (c) shaping his leader-ship style based on the Mohist teachings, one of the minority schools of ancient Chinese philosophy, this paper finds that innovative firms in China such as Alibaba.com deliberately shies themselves from conventional symbols of Confucianism or militarist teachings to accommodate Western managerial in the name of unpopular ancient Chinese teachings. The result of Ma Yun’s leadership is successful corporate social responsibility (CSR) performance amid rapid innovation within his company. Our results show that Ma Yun’s Mohist quality and balance of justice and interests are the most effective measurement indicators of Ma Yun’s internal operations; values of eloquent rhetoric, a chivalrous spirit, and mutual love have promoted Alibaba’s external reputation and expansion and constitute important indicators.     

Rotating group representatives and group members’ requests in repeated public goods game

ABSTRACT

This study investigated the effect of group representatives on contribution behaviour in response to group members’ requests in repeated public goods games. Data came from 135 students in 15 groups enrolled in the experiment, grouped in the following treatments: no group representatives (NR, NRG) and group representatives (R1, R2). We also tested initial requests wherein the group members’ initial requests (i.e. NRG, R2) mediated the positive relationship between individual-level contribution preferences and group contributions. We used a fixed-effects GLS regression and IV regression to analyse the effect of group representatives and group members’ requests. The results indicated the following: (a) rotating group representative/group members’ requests was related to group contributions at the session (within-members) and group (between-group) levels; (b) the reactions to members’ requests positively predicted group contributions; (c) subjects in the no group representatives treatment formed their requests by relying more on previous group contributions than subjects in the group representatives treatment, who relied more on the previous group members’ requests; and (d) the initial requests explained long-term contribution levels, which resulted in variations in group contributions observed between the NRG and R2 treatments. Our findings highlight the role of rotating group representatives in stimulating cooperation among members, while group members’ requests impel individuals to make contribution decisions at the group level.

文章从我国管理层收购存在的问题、政府规制管理层收购的现状等入手,进一步阐述管理层收购与政府规制之间的关系,分析政府时管理层收购规制的目标以及政府规制管理层收购的转变。     

股指期货的套期保值问题

中国金融市场即将推出股票指数期货。本文吸收和借鉴了国外的研究成果,对股指期货的套期保值问题进行了系统研究,采用方差法和β系数法对风险最小化的套期保值比率进行了充分论证,并结合案例进行了模拟计算。本文根据资本资产定价模型,建立了一元线性回归方程,对流行的β系数法进行了检验和重要修正,对套期保值实践具有重要的指导意义。     

Detections of changes in return by a wavelet smoother with conditional heteroscedastic volatility

In this paper, we propose two estimators, an integral estimator and a discretized estimator, for the wavelet coefficient of regression functions in nonparametric regression models with heteroscedastic variance. These estimators can be used to test the jumps of the regression function. The model allows for lagged-dependent variables and other mixing regressors. The asymptotic distributions of the statistics are established, and the asymptotic critical values are analytically obtained from the asymptotic distribution. We also use the test to determine consistent estimators for the locations of change points. The jump sizes and locations of change points can be consistently estimated using wavelet coefficients, and the convergency rates of these estimators are derived. We perform some Monte Carlo simulations to check the powers and sizes of the test statistics. Finally, we give practical examples in finance and economics to detect changes in stock returns and short-term interest rates using the empirical wavelet method.
