广西北部湾经济区紧缺国际化旅游人才开发对策研究

在经济全球化和区域经济一体化的大趋势下,拥有重要战略地位的广西北部湾经济区的旅游逐步走向国际化,但其人才资源现状与旅游国际化战略发展需要不相匹配,高素质、高层次的国际化旅游人才缺乏。本文分析了广西北部湾经济区旅游国际化的背景与人才需求现状,提出了从培养和引进国际化旅游职业经理人、吸纳国际旅游企业落户北部湾、建设国际旅游管理人才培训基地、建立国际旅游人才合作交流机制、整体引进国际旅游咨询公司、培养东盟小语种旅游人才等方面开发国际性旅游人才的建议。     

Uncertainty in foreign policy making: A Bayesian game analysis of Korea

Bayesian games are used to analyze situations where at least one player is uncertain about the other's preferences. For the past decade or so, the Bayesian models have been rigorously applied to various aspects of international relations involving uncertainty. These models have contributed to our understanding of international relations by uncovering complicated strategic interactions through deductive reasoning and by generating many empirically testable hypotheses. Apart from these efforts for general theory developments, however, scholars rarely applied Bayesian models to analyze real‐world international events, although many of them involve situations where one or more players are uncertain about the other's preferences. Some of these events are interesting and important in their own right, given their potential impact on regional security and the amount of attention paid by scholars and politicians alike. Therefore, these cases warrant independent studies utilizing Bayesian models. In this paper, we have developed two Bayesian models for the changing relationships North Korea has with South Korea and the United States. We also discuss another interesting aspect of North‐South Korea‐United States relations where North Korea is simultaneously playing similar, but separate, games with South Korea and the United States.     

Why is there no momentum in the Taiwan stock market?

Momentum strategies usually do not produce significant profits in emerging stock markets. Chui, Titman, and Wei [Chui, A. C. W., Titman, S., & Wei, K. C. J. (2000). Momentum, legal systems and ownership structure: An analysis of Asian stock markets. Working paper, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Chui, A. C. W., Titman, S., & Wei, K. C. J. (2006). Individualism and momentum around the World. Working Paper, Hong Kong Polytechnic University] argue that the lack of profitability is due to cultural differences. In this paper, we look at one of the largest emerging markets, the Taiwan stock market. We find that DOWN markets occur more frequently and momentum profits are more negative following DOWN markets in Taiwan than in the US. Taken together, our findings suggest that the lack of profits from momentum strategies in emerging markets may be due more to the state-dependence of momentum discovered by Cooper, Gutierrez, and Hameed [Cooper, M. J., Gutierrez R. C., & Hameed, A. (2004). Market states and momentum. Journal of Finance, 59, 1345–1365] rather than to cultural differences.     

关于大学生创业意识的评判分析

当今,大学生就业创业的意识的相关具体情况究竟怎样?我们到底应该怎样去提高大学生的创业意识?以心理学中的自我效能理论为指导思想,围绕创业的主体——大学生,利用国际化程度较高的关于创业意识的测量表,多次试调研,完善出适合大学生的问卷,进而展开网络电子问卷的调查。在问卷分析中,运用模糊数学中的层次分析法、综合评判等科学方法,深入剖析大学生的创业意识的现状,得出相关结论,并提出可操作性建议。     

Fostering entrepreneurship: impact of specialization and diversity in education

The present research aims to enhance our understanding of how prospective entrepreneurs benefit from specialized entrepreneurship education combined with a diversified educational experience. We find intriguing evidence that depth or specialization of entrepreneurship education is not enough for wealth creation from future entrepreneurial activities. Instead, it is breadth or diversity of educational experiences that positively influences future wealth creation, in terms of both the entrepreneur’s personal income as well as personal net worth. The results of the study have important implications for entrepreneurship educators and their students, researchers, policy makers, as well as nascent entrepreneurs.     

中小企业成本控制问题与对策

文章论述了成本控制的定义,深入调查并分析了企业的生产经营过程和相应的成本管理活动,发现企业在成本控制方面存在着许多问题,并且针对这些问题,分析其产生原因,提出相应对策和建议。最终得出了成本控制在中小企业的发展中起到重要作用的结论。
