所有制信贷歧视对中国民营企业出口的影响:基于融资的视角

基于融资的视角,本文从我国企业面临的所有制信贷歧视现状出发,运用民营企业面板数据经验分析了所有制信贷歧视对民营企业出口的影响,实证结果表明:所有制信贷歧视加剧了民营企业出口对于外源融资约束的依赖程度,说明我国企业在获取金融资源时的政治主从次序问题,尤其是当前基于所有制的信贷配给模式,不利于我国民营企业外融资金的获得。另外,考虑行业的外源融资依赖特征后发现,基于所有制的信贷歧视显著地限制了融资依赖程度高的民营企业外源融资的获取,改变当前的所有制信贷歧视现状某种程度上可以带来民营企业出口结构的转变。

Managing supplier sustainability risks in a dynamically changing environment—Sustainable supplier management in the chemical industry

Varying definitions and interpretations of sustainability standards have become a major concern for purchasing and supply management (PSM). As the foremost interface to an increasingly global supply base, PSM plays an important role in the mitigation of sustainability-related risks. By conducting responsible purchasing and supplier management, the risk of corporate reputational damage to the buying firm, caused by supplier misconduct, can be avoided. However, resources for effective risk-mitigation are limited and the applicability of supply risk assessment and supplier assessment methods have not been evaluated for sustainability. In this paper, we explore how leading PSM functions identify, assess, and treat supplier sustainability risks and elaborate on the integration of sustainability risk management in supplier management processes. Based on the findings from a multiple case study in the chemical industry and by drawing on the dynamic capabilities view (DCV), we propose that mature and sustainable supplier management capabilities are a source of competitive advantage in terms of lower exposure to reputational risks and enhanced operational performance.     

浅析忽略物业管理早期介入原因

物业管理早期介入的观点是为了保证物业能正常使用和发挥功能而提出的。通过理解其涵义以及在项目各阶段的工作及角色,分析得到忽略物业管理早期介入原因如下:物业管理早期介入概念远未能普及、回避物业管理的早期介入、物业公司本身缺陷、物业管理经营与房地产开发经营是相互独立且互补的、历史和现实原因形成的陈旧观念。     

Autonomy and Effectiveness of Chinese Monetary Policy under the De Facto Fixed Exchange Rate System

This paper uses monthly data to examine the autonomy and effectiveness of monetary policy in China under the de facto fixed exchange rate arrangement in place from 1998 to 2005. The results obtained from Granger causality tests in a vector autoregression framework indicate that： （i） China actually conducted independent monetary policy during the fixed exchange rate period; and （ii） market-oriented policy measures are impotent in influencing real output and prices. The framework of the investigation into the autonomy of monetary policy adapts to the Chinese economic condition that primary loan and deposit rates are set by the central bank. Based on the empirical results, the present paper provides alternative strategies to improve the effectiveness of monetary policy in China, including developing the financial system and solidifying microeconomic fundamentals instead of forcing the adaptation of a more flexible exchange rate regime.

本研究以我国企业女性高管为研究对象,运用扎根理论的研究方法,探索影响女性高管职业成长的心理因素。研究发现:(1)职业价值观影响女性高管的职业选择过程,引导其努力工作以达到自身目标,驱动其职业成长;(2)较高的自我效能感提升女性高管对自己的认可度,使其对自己的能力更为自信,并在不断改变的过程中,驱动其职业成长;(3)职业价值观对工作投入、职业韧性和终身学习等职业行为有促进作用,进而驱动女性高管的职业成长;(4)女性高管的绩效成就、心理素质和思维方式等阶段性成就反馈作用于自我效能感,帮助女性高管形成较高的职业发展目标,并反映到职业价值观层面,进一步驱动其职业成长。     

道安与哲罗姆翻译思想同质现象考辩

道安与哲罗姆是公元四世纪东西翻译史上的伟大宗教翻译家。以直译与意译作为参照点,对其翻译思想进行了梳理、比较,发现二者表现出极大相通甚至相同之处：一方面,都极力追求直译,主张翻译应返回到原本;另一方面,在翻译实践上运用了意译方法来解决直译无法符合译入语读者接受习惯的问题。这符合由于原语和译入语之间的差异,翻译必须灵活处理的基本原则。这种既宣扬直译又兼顾意译的思想符合辨证的翻译观,其合理部分的充分发展,就是直译和意译的矛盾统一。
