中小企业信用评级指标体系及模型研究

科学合理的信用评级有助于中小企业的发展,有助于金融机构和信用评级机构准确判断其信用状况。分析现行中小企业信用评级指标体系存在的问题,在充分考虑中小企业风险及创新能力等因素上,构建了中小企业信用评级指标体系,运用定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法建立中小企业信用评级模型,并对中小企业信用评级体系的建设提出建议。     

Mixed ownership reforms and the transparency of nonstate-owned enterprises: Evidence from China

This paper takes Chinese Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share nonstate-owned listed companies from 2008 to 2019 as samples to study the impact and mechanism of state-owned capital participation on the transparency of nonstate-owned enterprises. The results show that state-owned capital participation has a significant positive impact on the transparency of nonstate-owned enterprises. In terms of the mechanism of action, state-owned capital participation positively impacts corporate transparency by increasing investors' attention. Further research finds that the positive effect of state-owned capital participation on foreign-funded enterprises and enterprises with few financing constraints is more prominent.

Do regional house prices converge or diverge in China?

This paper aims to test whether the regional house prices are convergent or divergent in China using a monthly panel data set of China’s 70 large and medium-sized cities from July 2005 to December 2010. This issue is closely related to understanding the efficiency of the country-level housing policies made by China’s central government. The test results suggest that the regional house prices in China are generally divergent, and thereby the country-level policies may be inefficient since they do not explicitly take the strong heterogeneity of China’s regional housing markets into consideration. As a consequence, it may be better for China’s central government to further decentralize and devolve its governance toward the housing market to the local governments.     

Stuck in the Middle: Off-Farm Employment and Caregiving Among Middle-Aged Rural Chinese

ABSTRACT

Using the China Health and Retirement Longitudinal Study (CHARLS) 2011–12 baseline data, this contribution explores to what extent taking care of grandchildren and frail parents influences rural middle-aged Chinese adults’ off-farm employment. The findings show that, conditional on socioeconomic and demographic characteristics, taking care of grandchildren has a negative effect on rural middle-aged men's and women's off-farm job participation and hours worked. Caregiving for parents does not have the same negative effects on off-farm employment and hours worked. Furthermore, the study finds that annual earnings are also negatively affected by caregiving responsibilities, especially for women and men taking care of grandchildren.     

聚醚淬火介质的应用研究

利用硬度评定法对聚醚淬火介质的成分进行了优选,结果表明：４５钢试样在浓度为１５％的聚醚水溶液淬火介质中淬火,不但表面硬度高,而且硬度梯度平缓。使用该淬火介质对４５钢轴承套圈淬火,在获得高硬度的同时,显著减小了淬火变形。
