新机制下新建天然气管道运价和效益分析——《天然气管道运输价格管理办法(试行)》剖析之二

在新的管输定价管理办法下,对于新成立企业和现有企业来说,同样规模的新建管道项目,管输运价和经济效益明显不同.新管输企业新建管道项目在投产前后分别采用项目评价法和服务成本法定价,现有企业新建管道项目并入在役管道作为一个运营整体核定管输运价.因建设期、达产期、增值税抵扣、运营负荷等因素的影响,新建管道项目评价期的财务内部收益率均无法达到项目基准收益率.新政策将对管道企业的运营带来显著压力,对管道行业的投资将产生明显的导向性.     

Developing a quality prioritization procedure for IPTV service

This study developed a procedure to determine the quality priorities of the internet protocol television (IPTV) service. First, a set of key elements of IPTV service quality was developed based on a literature review and a focus group interview. Second, analytic hierarchy process and the Kano model were applied to identify the requirements of experts and customers, respectively. The experts measured the importance and difficulty of management, whereas the customers measured the satisfaction level and importance of each quality element. Third, quality priorities were calculated through the entropy principle and scenario-based analysis. The proposed procedure is illustrated with a case study of a telecommunications company in Korea.

Turning corporate environmental ethics into firm performance: The role of green marketing programs

In this study, we develop a better understanding of the mechanisms by which corporate environmental ethics influences performance through the adoption of substantive actions. The empirical results of a moderated mediating analysis show that firms with higher environmental ethics are more likely to implement green marketing programs, consisting of the green production, pricing, distribution, and promotion programs and then improve firm performance. It is also observed that closure mechanism negatively moderates the mediation effect of green marketing programs because it leads to low trust and unwillingness to internal cooperation. These findings indicate that the value of corporate environmental ethics could not be determined in a vacuum, both strategy and people do matter when pursuing environmentally driven performance.     

张力控制系统在变频造纸设备中的应用研究

张力控制在变频造纸设备中的应用是造纸业的控制难题。本文构建了变频造纸设备张力控制系统模型,通过张力检测装置采集张力值,经PLC接收和判定,最终组成了直接张力控制系统,有效地保证了张力的恒定。同时采用Simulink工具箱,模拟和分析了Matlab软件环境下张力控制系统的仿真运行,最终证实了张力控制系统在变频造纸设备应用中的可行性,为张力控制系统的后续研究与发展指明了方向。

公司创业投资对企业价值创造的影响机制——基于CVC项目异质性视角

公司创业投资(Corporate Venture Capital,CVC)是企业价值的重要来源。本文基于CVC项目异质性视角,探讨控股与非控股CVC项目治理结构下CVC投资组合多元化与企业价值关系的差异以及组织冗余调节效应的差异。通过2000~2012期间沪深主板78家上市公司CVC项目投资的686个创业企业样本组成的非平衡面板数据的实证研究发现:非控股型CVC项目治理结构下,CVC投资组合多元化与企业价值之间呈"U形"关系,组织冗余对两者关系具有积极的调节作用。

德国租借时期的青岛园林在中国近代园林中独树一帜，是世界范围的造林典范，是从造林到造园的成功探索，城市层面的建设意义突出。以史志、老照片、规划图与建设状况图等史实为依据，结合现场调研，梳理青岛园林规划，揭示其城市设计、科学生态、林业生产以及经济实用的规划思想。考证出公园、绿地以及林荫道布局在城市重要功能区；这些公园绿地既受到德国近代思潮的影响，又在地域环境中追求自然之美与森林化景观效果。希望理清青岛德国租借时期园林建设的状况，对当前我国城乡园林建设有所启发。     

Foreign Ownership Restriction and Momentum – Evidence from Emerging Markets

This study investigates the impact of foreign investors on stock price efficiency and return predictability in emerging markets. It finds that stocks fully investible for foreign investors exhibit stronger price momentum than non‐investible stocks. The difference in momentum effects between stocks with different levels of investibility cannot be fully explained by world market risk, size, turnover, or country‐specific factors. Further tests show that fully investible stocks have no post‐earnings‐announcement drift (PEAD), and their short‐term momentum reverses over a longer horizon. These results show that the stronger momentum of highly investible stocks does not appear to be driven by foreign investors' underreaction to firm‐specific information, but is more likely to be generated by their positive feedback trading.
