中国电子信息产业全球价值链长度与上游度测算 ——基于贸易方式的异质性视角

电子信息产业因其产品生产高度模块化而具有典型的全球价值链(Global Value Chain,GVC)特征.本文以GVC理论和贸易增加值核算法为基础,基于OECD-ICIO数据库的多国(地区)投入产出表,区分一般贸易出口产品与加工贸易出口产品,运用GVC长度与上游度指数对中国电子信息产业嵌入GVC地位进行分析与跨国比较.结果表明:GVC长度显示中国电子信息产业各环节的联系不断加强,国内产业分工不断细化;GVC上游度则表明中国电子信息产业加工贸易产品处于价值链低端的最终产品加工生产环节,而一般贸易产品虽处于GVC中间环节,但是嵌入深度不够,进一步向价值链高端攀升的阻力较大.     

Dissipative Competition: Evidence from a Quasi‐Natural Experiment

We document that contrary to the conventional view, the costs of domestic firms in terms of selling, general and administrative expenses and cost of goods sold increase significantly following exogenous shocks that increase competition, namely material import tariff cuts affecting US manufacturing industries over the period 1974–2005. Incompatible with an agency explanation, the cost increase is more pronounced among firms with higher CEO/insider/board ownership. We further find that the cost increase is more evident among firms with smaller market share and among focused firms. Generally, our results are consistent with the notion of ‘dissipative competition’ discussed in the seminal papers by Tullock.     

前瞻性人格、职业适应力与员工职业成长:工作自主性的调节作用

研究基于职业建构理论和情景交互理论,探讨职业适应力作为中介变量,工作自主性作为调节变量在前瞻性人格影响个体职业成长(内在职业成长与外在职业成长)过程中的作用.通过对问卷数据的分层回归分析,研究结果表明:前瞻性人格对个体的内外在职业成长有显著正向影响;职业适应力在前瞻性人格与内在职业成长间表现出部分中介作用;工作自主性在前瞻性人格与外在职业成长关系间的调节作用更为显著.     

多层微波集成电路中微带线层间互连仿真

针对多层微波集成电路设计的微带线层间互连问题，介绍了垂直通孔互连、垂直带条互连和层耦合过渡互连三种高性能的互连方法，并且采用三维电磁仿真软件HFSS对这三种互连结构进行了建模和仿真。仿真结果表明，垂直通孔互连和垂直带条互连在0.1～25 GHz的频宽范围内，回波损耗S11<-20 dB，插入损耗S21>-1 dB，互连性能优良，而层耦合过渡互连在20～68 GHz内回波损耗S11 <-20 dB，插入损耗S21>-1 dB，具有在毫米波频段实现互连的潜力。

Making the ‘Invisible’ Visible: Redevelopment‐induced Displacement of Migrants in Shenzhen,China

Gentrification in China is intertwined with urban redevelopment, which causes the large‐scale displacement of rural–urban migrants from ‘villages in the city’ (ViCs). Because of the informality of ViCs, migrant renters have very insecure tenancy and during redevelopment they are treated as a negligible (‘invisible’) social group. As they are very difficult to locate after displacement, they are also literally invisible to researchers. To make the invisible visible, this study traced a sample of displaced migrants from Huangbeiling village in Shenzhen. The focus was on the displacement process and on identifying the consequences for the displaced. We found various forms of displacement during the redevelopment process. Nearby ViCs were prioritized by displaced migrants to minimize as much utility loss as possible. However, they generally suffer from decreased proximity, increased living costs, and the loss of social networks and job opportunities. Remarkably, some choose to return to the gentrifying village, enduring displacement in situ caused by increasing rents, drastic physical neighbourhood changes and declining liveability, in exchange for retaining their original social and economic networks. Large‐scale urban redevelopment is causing the rapid shrinkage of informal housing. Recognizing and addressing the housing needs of this impoverished social group is a matter of urgency.
