国外一般消费品召回管理机构及召回信息公示工作对我国的启示

2010年《家用电器产品召回管理规定》征求意见稿已面向全社会征求意见。在我国一般消费品召回比起汽车召回才刚刚起步。文章从美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、欧盟、日本等几个一般消费品召回较成熟的国家或地区出发，分析了一般消费品的召回管理机构、法律、召回公示信息等内容，以期对我国一般消费品制度、法律及信息：佥示等内容起到借鉴作用。     

大学英语大班多维互动教学模式调查报告

大学英语教学的大班化已经成为不可改变的趋势。但在大班课堂教学中,如何开展多维互动已成为制约英语教学效果的主要因素。本文旨在通过调查,强调实施合作学习从而寻找到英语大班授课的多维互动模式,为大班英语教学找出了新的路子。

Does the location of stock exchange matter? A within-country analysis

The current study documents an interesting phenomenon that retail investors prefer to invest in stocks listed at the stock exchange that is geographically close to them in China. This pattern is robust when we control for the well-documented local bias within a country. Among companies with similar distances to both stock exchanges and companies headquartered locally, investors still display a strong tendency to invest in locally-listed stocks. Among stocks with similar distances to both stock exchanges, those listed in Shanghai (Shenzhen) co-move more in returns and trading volumes, with the benchmark at the Shanghai (Shenzhen) stock exchange. Such a preference for local exchange seems not to be motivated by information advantage, because investors do not obtain abnormal returns from their trades on stocks listed nearby. Our findings provide additional evidence that non-information-based familiarity bias induces investment and that such investor bias and exchange-level sentiment influence asset price formation.     

Bailouts,Monitoring, and Penalties: An Integrated Framework of Government Policies to Manage the Too‐Big‐to‐Fail Problem

This paper discusses optimal government bailout policy where the costs of systemic failures and moral hazard problems are considered. We find that a three‐tiered bailout policy that includes an ex post monitoring and bailout scheme for financial institutions with large systemic impacts (‘too big to fail’) is optimal. The optimal policy also requires a randomized bailout for medium‐impact institutions (‘Constructive Ambiguity’), and no bailout for institutions that have only minimal systemic consequences (‘too small to save’). However, in a volatile, innovative market environment where individual institutions may know more than the government regulator, monitoring error could contribute to risk taking, leaving the government regulator to always play a ‘catch‐up’ role in revising policy. Moreover, the optimal bailout policy may not be time‐consistent: institutions not deemed ‘too big to fail’ may still have an incentive to take excessive risks and expect to be bailed out in case of insolvency, primarily due to the short‐term orientation of the government. Finally, because an institution's systemic cost affects the probability of a bailout, we show that the boundary of an institution may be extended by the government subsidy.

农村合作经济组织是农业中的一种经营方式和组织形式，本文依据在江苏农村实地调研的信息，首先探讨新型合作经济组织在中国实行家庭联产承包责任制以及由计划经济向市场经济转变过程中运作的绩效，进而归纳出四种比较有代表性的合作经济地域模式，探讨其运行方式及其在不同农业部门，不同经营环节，不同地域的适应性。     

ISO9000新版发布——企业完善管理的契机

2000年12月ISO发布了新版标准ISO9000：2000系列标准，本文就此次改版的原因及新标准与当今先进的管理技术之间的联系进行介绍。文章 指出，企业应当充分利用这一大好机会，提高企业管理水平，为加入WTO后的市场挑战做充分准备。ISO9000：1994版标准在世界各国已得到广泛应用。但是，由于标准本身的一些原因，使得企业不能借助标准真正提高企业在市场上的竞争能力，而新版标准充分考虑到企业实际相结合，对世界成功企业的先进管理经验进行了总结，并将其内容丰富到新版标准中，这些先进管理经验主要有：企业战略管理，顾客导向市场战略、目标管理、过程管理、欧洲质量管理奖及美国鲍里齐质量奖等。

可持续发展是住宅工业化发展的必然要求.本文在可持续发展观的指导下,从社会效益角度对工业化住宅自身及其生产过程的可持续发展性进行了评价.主要从工业化商品住宅的社会经济影响、社会环境影响、社会互适性及社会风险四个角度进行分析,说明住宅工业化给社会效益带来的正面和负面影响.

首先对军队油料保障链进行了定义,然后在对军队油料保障现状分析的基础上,对构建油料保障链战略合作关系的必要性和可行性,从博奕论、委托代理理论和交易成本理论等经济学角度进行了分析,提出了牢固树立客户关系管理理念、共同成立协调协作机构、积极举行联合活动等建立长期稳定的军队油料保障链战略合作关系的实施途径.     

浅谈机动车维修企业技术负责人应该具备的素质

在机动车维修企业中，技术负责人扮演着重要的角色，其在维修工艺的组织、技术标准规范的实施和质量的控制等方面发挥着至关重要的作用。GB／T21338-2008规定，技术负责人应具备两个基本条件：一是具有机动车维修或相关专业大专以上学历，或具有机动车维修或相关专业的中级以上专业技术职称；二是具有在机动车维修企业5年以上的工作实践。具体归纳起来，技术负责人应具备9个方面素质。
